The reason everyone on the reviews names specific technicians is because they (kindly) ask you at the end of service. I say this because when I was reading reviews, it struck me as odd. They did not compensate nor otherwise influence my decision to write this review. I am writing it as a way to say thanks for the service provided. My technician was Erica Loughner. I was 10 mins late to getting back to my unit from work and they were very patient and understanding. While I did some home improvements, they did their work quietly and with skillful haste. They were knowledgeable about the products they used, where they used them and why they used what they did. She seemed very enthusiastic about her trade and I am very pleased so far and will update this review if the treatment was successful. A “10/10” as far as the company is concerned. As a whole, greenix has superior customer support than just about any company I’ve spoken with. I can directly contact my sales/scheduler by phone or text in a very wide range of hours and have fast responses. They will work with you to fit and accommodate to your situations specific needs. I was scared to trust a google ad but they did great and came next day. If their treatment was as incredible as their communication, then I think I have nothing to worry about.

I’ve used Greenix for over three years at two different locations. My current service representative, Ashton Knoblich, does an excellent job. He is very thorough, even sweeping debris from the front porch while doing the treatment, and takes his time to complete his work. I love the way he communicates, telling you he is coming, asking if there are any new concerns, and announcing his arrival. When the service is complete he also sends a report outlining the service and what he found while treating. I would highly recommend Greenix and Ashton.

We have really enjoyed the Greenix service that Cameron Holcomb provides every time he comes to our home. He's respectful and does a great job treating indoor areas as well as outdoor. We notice a difference in bugs when we stop using Greenix and can definitely tell that the product works. However, the billing department/sales people on the phone could definitely improve. It took me 3 phone calls to fix an incorrect price that was charged to me and every time the person I spoke to told me they took care of it. Thankfully it wasn't a large amount, but it still shouldn't take multiple calls to fix a charge, or 21 days to get my money back. Overall, we continue to use Greenix because we like the service technician who comes out and the product. 4/5 stars

The technician that has been out to the house is respectful, personable and seemingly wise about the Industry. Punctual! They can service your home on day agreed upon with our without you attending. They would leave a thorough update via email. I like to be hands-on but I had a last minute change one-time, I called & asked if they could send me pictures and/or call me upon arriving to be included in real-time.... Done! The most recent service appt was this week -- Jacob Spears in the Hilliard branch was the best!

LaVell was very nice and very professional. He removed a wasp nest and I told him that I have started seeing those tiny red bugs on our patio, even though at the time, I didn’t see any. He took his time and sprayed around the entire house and took extra time looking and spraying around where those red bugs usually like to hide out.

Alec the salesperson was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. He answered all questions thoroughly and explained the process of how their services are provided. Bryan the technician was phenomenal with his attention to detail as he swept all of the eves with tempo dust to keep away and kill spiders and wasps up high, dusted cracks & crevices, and did a liquid barrier treatment along with a full granular bait barrier around our home. He also treated the interior of our garage. I highly recommend Greenix. We are extremely pleased with their service!

On November 21, 2022, GreeniX representative, performed a re-service at my house; because I miss his initial service by five minutes. My wife was present, but she didn’t ask the questions I would have asked. The reservice was awesome; I thought the representative went over, and above the call of duty. He was tremendously, thorough and polite to boot. it is service like this that is the reason why I have been with GreeniX; I have been a GreeniX customer for a long long time. It’s amazing to me that a mouse would crawl up an air conditioning cable and at the point where the cable goes into the house chew away at the caulking for entry into the house; that happened at both houses; GreeniX found both entry points and the problem was eliminated. I will be a GreeniX customer for a long, long time. He asked for a 10 rating I give him a 10 rating.

I live on sand. It's basically a huge ant farm. I removed a big tree stump a couple years. I found that it was infested with carpenter ants who, afterwards, migrated to the shed. A few days later I noticed them making their way to the garage. As if on cue a Greenix guy who works for a neighbor approached me about their services. They have since gotten rid of both the carpenter ants plus the 50+ ant hills around my yard.

Service for pests are good. But the scheduling on appoitments need fixing. They don't give you a time to expect the. It is usually an all day wait. Would be nice to have a time between 8 to 12 or 12 to 5. So your not waiting all day. Good service other than that. No pest

He is a wonderful representation of Greenix and should be considered the benchmark for all other employees to strive to meet. Bugs are now few and far between. The pesticide is rosemary, thyme and peppermint oils. These oils kill and repell bugs but are safe in the house around kids and pets. My daughter does not like spiders the technician sprayed the pleasant smelling bug killer where she asked him to spray. It’s a win win for me, daughter is happy there are no bugs and the spray smells nice. They did use a strong ant killer in our fresh mulch that was infested with ants. The first application did not kill them all, I called Greenix they came out that day and applied more and that was the end of the ants. I dont really know how effective it is given the price. I know every house is different but we still had ants all over the place and one time they tried to say there is a rodent problem without any evidence. I feel like that is a pretty common tactic to say you have mice and scare you with the thought of having mice around. That was 4 months ago and never saw one rodent anywhere. I rather do my own spray which seemed to be just as or if not more effective as a fraction of cost.
