When I called, Katie was extremely helpful in answering my questions and because we had never had a service like this before, there were quite a few! Brad showed up on time, was great at explaining exactly what would be done and what we could expect afterwards. He was great with our dogs and very courteous of our space and new carpet. We were having wasps everywhere and now in less than one week, have not seen any more wasps inside or outside of our home. We are excited to continue using Elite Pest and Termite Control, LLC for quarterly home preventative treatments. I highly recommend them!

When researching companies for annual preventative service, requesting quotes and learning about everything involved, I stopped looking when I reached out to Elite Pest Control. They took the time on the first call to explain everything, give me pricing and really made me understand what they can do. This was not the case with other companies, who I almost felt was bothering them by asking so many questions. When they did the first service it was thorough and explained everything. I have only had one treatment so far, but the results are showing as we have not see so many pests as in previous summers. Partner with Elite Pest and you will not be unsatisfied!

Since they have built houses in the woods behind my house I have had an issue with mice. And in the last few years a horrible issue with stink bugs. I have had other services and was not happy with the service or cost. I found Elite and they are local to me so I gave them a shot. I am glad I did. They are awesome. Technician Brandon was dispatched to our home the same day we called for service. He was professional, informative, and personable. We had an infestation of ground wasps that where beyond DIY. Donning a bee suit, he dug up the nest and treated the area. He told us that there will still be some activity as the wasps out and about return to find the nest destroyed, but they should move on in a few days and to call if we still see activity in a week. The service came with a 30 day guarantee and he would be back to retreat if necessary. I will update to 5 stars once all the wasps are gone.

Just had to finally cave into having pest control take care of my yellow jackets. I thought I'd been managing them, but I was just encouraging them to find another way to their nest! Brad from Elite Pest and Termite Control, LLC (local- office is between Momma Linda's and Ivory Barn) was able to come out way sooner than planned and remove a huge nest above/in our garage. I would definitely recommend them for your pest control needs!

I called Elite and Katie worked some magic and reached out to Brad to see if he could come over and check out the hive for us. If you need pest and termite help, I HIGHLY recommend veteran and locally owned, Elite Pest and Termite Control! We initially reached out to them because we were having an issue with ants in our kitchen. They replied to our initial inquiry extremely fast. I explained what was going on and Jessica was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to come out and see what was going on that same week. After looking at what was going on, Brad explained what was happening and why (and in a way we could understand), went through treatment plans and next steps. That first treatment completely took care of the problem we were having, but Brad said not to hesitate to reach out if it persisted. We are now regular customers of theirs, taking advantage of one of their packages to treat our home three times a year. Jessica took time to go through all of their packages, and was super transparent with what we might actually need based on where we live and our home build. I never felt pressured to sign on for something. We also used them for a termite inspection when we refinanced our home. I could go on and on about their friendliness, customer service and professionalism. I recommend them to anyone I see asking for these types of services.

Elite Pest Control was over and above what I expected and was used to from other services. Brad was prompt, courteous and willing to go the extra mile for the things I asked for. He spent time here diligently spraying where my concerned area were. The last place I used was in and out within 5 min and told me they were thorough in where they sprayed. I'm so glad I found Elite and will continue to use their services and recommend to anyone I know looking for pest control. On a side note, I have seen no major pests on my deck since he was here. That was a major concern for me since we are out there quite a bit.

I have been a client for 6 plus months. Called due to a mouse being spotted in my house, they came out same day. They worked magic I have not spotted a mouse since. Been out a few times to check traps and to do normal treatments. On time, nice, explains each step and answers all questions. We went over my concerns, ID'd some problem areas, and he went to work with treatment and a plan. Having electronic copies of the work and invoices is very convenient, not to mention a very detailed work order with product and chemical info is helpful. Very professional and easy to work with. Besides being very understanding that I am a woman and kinda skittish about bugs and mice, so anytime I "could" see one he made sure to warn me lol, but he also showed and explained to us everything we could need to know about how the pests came into the house and how to help keep them from coming back. I called Elite pest control because of having major spider issue outside my newly built home. Jessica was extremely helpful with scheduling and got us on the schedule that same week. Brad was able to come early that day but called first to make sure it was ok. He talked to me to explain all he did and answered questions I had about other services he offered. Since spraying, I have found so many dead spiders and none in the house! The price was very reasonable and well worth it. He will also come out and spot check any other problems between visits if needed. Thank you!!

Elite Pest and Termite Control has been great to work with! Brad and Jessica respond to questions and requests promptly by phone, text, Facebook Messenger, etc...even after normal business hours. We've had a swarm of gnats or fruit flies that I thought we could handle. We've had fruit flies before. But after a few weeks it was getting frustrating. Brad responded promptly to a message on Facebook last night and came first thing this morning to apply a professional level pheromone bait and killer and suggest some improvements to my homemade traps. Wish I had called much sooner! We appreciate the knowledgeable advice Brad shares and prompt, friendly service we always receive. Highly recommend you give them a call for your pest needs!

What a great experience! We got the run around by a larger/corporate company.. so last minute I called Brad and explained what was going on. Within 35 min he was at my door step. It’s only been one service but it was a very professional visit. The technician was prompt and very knowledgeable. He checked all possible pest areas indoors and out. I was concerned with the mice in my detached garage. They show up every winter. I had Brad, the owner and operator of Elite Pest and Termite Control come out. He was on time, very polite, explained to me what he would be doing, and was very knowledgeable. He took care of my mice issues and if for some reason they return, I know who I will be calling. I will also be having him come out to take care of my ants that tend to show up in the summer.
