Best customer service ever! From the dispatcher to the technicians. They were super kind and accommodating to our health needs, more than willing to wear an N95 mask that we provided. Engaging conversation and thorough inspection. Even when 1 thing was missed, they apologized and made everything right. Their service was fast, but effective. The price is reasonable for all of the services you get and they were very understanding and accommodating when it came to the initial payment. I wish we had found them years ago, but if anything good can come from a mouse, it's having First Response on your side. 100%, 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

We purchased a house that has had termite damage in the past. The original structure was built in 1890, and has been added onto over the years. Previous owners had repaired the termite damage, and had contracted with 1st Response to continue to maintain termite control stations and inspect for any new activity. We have continued with that existing service since purchase. Every tech that comes out is wonderful. Office staff is great as well. Everyone we have dealt with has been personable, kind, attentive and professional. Jason and Justin have been our most recent techs, and they are both great guys.

I have been with 1st Response for little over a year and I have had mixed reviews of services done at my home. However recently I had Justin A come in to treat rodent issues and I have to say Justin did a phenomenal job as part of the service. My apartment complex uses this company and I thought I saw a roach in my tub, David told me it wasn't a roach it was another type of bug, he checked my apartment and made sure he didnt see anything and he did a preventive spraying in my apartment. I live in an apartment complex that uses 1st Response so I was uncertain at first of what to expect. I found a questionable bug in my apartment so they setup an appointment for me. When the exterminator arrived, he was exactly on time and very professional/polite. I showed him some pictures of the bug and he was able to instantly identify it and gave me some info on the bug which put my mind at ease. He offered to inspect other areas of my apartment just to be certain there wasn’t anything I wasn’t seeing(behind the fridge and such). After confirming he didn’t see anything to cause concern, he did a proactive spray on the outside of my front door to prevent unwelcome guests from scurrying in when I open/close the door. Very happy with the service. I forgot to catch the gentlemen’s name but I hope it’s enough to discern who it was and thank them for me.

We have had a contract with 1st Response Pest Management for two years and are very pleased with their service. In addition to our regular inspections and service, they have come out several times in response to problems that came up between these. The first time concerned carpenter bees which they came out and treated. They have come out several times to deal with wasps and yellow jackets with nests between the metal of our mailbox and the wooden enclosure plus other locations. They came out within a day of being notified and took care of the problem very professionally. They were quick to recommend that I not try to handle the wasps and especially the yellow jackets on my own but have them come out to deal with them. I would highly recommend their services.

You know those times when people ask you to talk about when you've had great customer service? This is the model company for that. We've been with them for years and I cannot tell you enough about how fantastic they are. We are on a quarterly plan where they come out and help rid us of the things that make a person scream in terror. But the most amazing thing really is, when you need them, they come. Got some crazy angry stinging things coming out of the ground? (Who even knew this was a thing??) They will rescue you. Got a fun tree stump in your yard that is now the home to more angry stinging things? They will rescue you, and entertain your kids with the larvae. Recently brought a swarm of fruit flies home with your store bought peaches and your house sounds like a concert with everyone clapping trying to kill one? Have they got some magic for you!! What's that? I haven't said enough to convince you? I'll go on. When you call the office, they are lovely. I mean just lovely, they even remember who I am when I call. (Maybe I'm calling too much.) They are so kind and don't judge that you're afraid of spiders. Seriously, you should just hire them to finally be treated the way a person should be treated. Ok, review done. Now go call them!

Called after a few birds were trapped at our business, they scheduled quick to assess the problem. Ended up working on the weekend to make sure the birds weren’t in all weekend that would have surely caused bigger problems. Highly recommended!!

My initial experience with 1st Response was back in July 2021 shortly after I moved in to my condo. I was made aware of a mouse issue in my basement. I called 1st Response and they were able to get someone out the next day. Bobby Condon was the technician that arrived and he explained, in great detail, the situation and recommended a course of action. After the initial treatment, a technician was sent out a couple of weeks later to check the results. The result was no more mouse issue! I decided that I wanted to sign up for their annual pest control program but wanted to wait until I had some extensive landscaping done around the condo. At no time did I feel pressured to sign up before I wanted to nor did the technician try to up sell me on add on products. My neighbors as well as the prior owners of my condo use a “big box” company for their pest control and have commented that they are always attempting to be up sold on options they don’t need or want. I am extremely happy with my experience with 1st Response.

We initially contacted them over a year ago for an ant problem near our front door and on our front walkway. They were able to come quickly and did a good job. We've not had any recurrence of the ant problem! We decided to sign up for the yearly preventative package and it’s a great deal. They are always professional and on time. I especially appreciate that they send texts and emails when it’s time to schedule a service. Sometimes I forget and about 2 weeks later they send another. I appreciate that they remind ME when it’s time for my service to happen and don’t seem satisfied to take your money for a yearly plan and then wait for you to chase them down when it’s time for service! 1st Response is a great investment for my family’s safety. They have been treating our very old, turn of the century home for several years as part of their service plan and we have very rarely had any issues requiring additional attention. Whenever an issue does press the itself, they always rapidly resolve the issue the first time. Recently, we discovered a few venomous spiders in our attic late in the afternoon. After a call to 1st Response, they had a technician out that same evening to treat the entire living area and the attic, keeping our family safe. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and put us at ease after a pretty frightening experience. There was no extra charge for any of this late night, unscheduled work. I can not recommend them highly enough and would give 6 stars if I could. Thanks!!

I initially contacted 1st Response in March 2020 for an ant problem in the lower level of my split level home. Having had similar issues in the past homes (plus a extremely low tolerance for pests), I signed up for their annual program. It's a amazing deal and it takes any worry away! Everyone who has come to my house has been extremely professional and considerate and has always been on time. Additionally they're extremely responsive for their follow up service. Great experience from start to finish. I needed quick service as the infestation was holding up new gutters being installed. !st Response was able to get a technician out the very next day. When Chris arrived (on time), he explained what needed to be done and completed the work quickly. The estimate I was given over the phone was a bit more than what I actually paid which was a welcome surprise. Will use 1st Response again as needed.

David came out today to clean up a pest problem I'm having fungus gnats. Very knowledgeable and sprayed some pipe cleanser around sinks. Said the rest should clear in a few days. Tip: If you have a problem with these pests create Apple Cider Vinegar traps to reduce their numbers and check for a source like food caught in the disposal or rotten fruits/veggies. This is a good temporary solution until Pest control can come out to deal with it.

We have used 1st Response for at least 9 or 10 years. When we were living in a house we had a stink bug infestation, they were in our chimney. 1st Response had some unique ideas that worked to rid our house of the internal bugs. When we moved to a condo there are woods behind us. The condo association had a pest control company that they used, but we still had problems with carpenter ants and other bugs. so we hired 1 st Response again and they respond quickly whenever there is a problem. For the most part, even with the woods, we have been very pleased to not have many bugs inside.

I really cannot say enough good things about 1st Response. I have had multiple positive experiences with them. Once, I woke up to find a bunch of ants in my kitchen the day before leaving on a weeklong vacation. I called 1st Response right away and even though they didn't have plans for anyone to be in the field that day (I believe I was told their company was having a training or team-building event that day), the person I spoke to told me a couple of their guys had offered to come and help me out over their lunch break. They did a great job and I went on vacation confident I wasn't going to come home to a kitchen full of ants. More recently, I've had them take care of a mice problem and called earlier today to inquire about adding the flea/tick/mosquito service to my current plan. It was very reasonable and again, their service was exceptional.

1st Response is the company that our apartment complex uses & they provide exemplary service! Our upstairs next door neighbor moved out the winter before last, they must have had roaches because right after that is when most of the tenants in our building became infested with the awful bugs. Between the bugs they killed, the product they used, & the advice they gave us during that battle, we were able to completely rid our home of the bugs. I am sure that our neighbors no longer have this problem either because it's been almost a year since we last saw any roaches. We are extremely grateful to 1st Response. I also want to note that the man who came to our home most of the time was very friendly with our pets, all of the workers were great, but one man in particular was very kind to our then 2 year old dog. He even knocked instead of ringing out doorbell, unlike most servicemen, after the initial visit when we explained that our dog is freaked out by loud noises. Our experience with this company makes me believe that they must be this honest, kind, & upstanding with all of their customers.

Let me start by saying my issue with phorid flies started back in October at time I did not know how bad these things were going to be. I had two big pest control company come out they said they could not help us now I think they just didn't want to. Fast forward to December I found this company I had very long talk with Lisa and she patiently listened to my story. She said she had a tech that if anyone could help it would be him and he would be honest if he couldn't. That tech name is Chris. Let me tell you he knows his stuff and he is generally a really nice guy and a tease to work with. He came spray down the basement and within next two days no flies. Well fast forward three weeks and they came back. Chris came back and on this day was pretty sure he found the source of the infestation. There is a pipe in sump pump and it has crack and when he sprayed in it hundreds came out. Well now it would be out of his hands and we have number coming to put camera in there to see what is going on. We are far from getting rid of them but This company and Chris are the only ones that helped and not only helped but probably found the main source and Chris will continue to spray till we find fix. I have already signed up for a yearly service with them They do cost more than the last company I used but paying more for a company that knows there stuff is worth it. Lisa and Chris are some great people. So I if yuh ou need a reliable pest company First Response is it. If I could give a 100 stars I would. They are not just a great pest company but they truly care and make you feel like you are part of thier family. Thank you Lisa and Chris you have know idea how much I appreciate you.
