Neal, one of the employees, examined the traps today. Afterwards he addressed some questions that I had about termites. He certainly was knowledgeable. I appreciated his professionalism as well as his communications skills. He not only answered my questions; he also explained his answers. Very informative person. I really feel like my home is in good hands with Palmetto Exterminators, Inc.

Used this company from August 2018 to April 2022. I have no complaints really. Good customer service, very reasonable pricing. Took care of issues when they happened. Only real complaint is they didn't have a viable answer or response to a mouse invasion. But palmetto bugs and ants stood no chance.

I had to wait about a week for them to be able to come out, do a one time ant spray and a termite bond. Both prices were way more reasonable than other places I called. Gentleman that came to do the service was professional, friendly, and courteous. Only thing, I wish they would not utilize glue traps. He was about to stick some in the garage and I asked what they were, and I asked them to be removed. I hate that little lizards and frogs could get stuck on them and starve to death.

Great quality and customer service. They missed several mosquito treatments tho, and I had to call them about this. They were able to get things straightened out and provided compensation for the trouble. I recommend them based on value, but be vigilant in monitoring when/if services are provided and call if scheduled treatments are missed. Always look for a door hanger!

This is my first time using Palmetto Exterminators. I can’t say if treatment works because I’m doing preventative treatment. I was told service comes with glue traps, and tech will treat crawl space. No glue traps and they only treated areas of the crawl space that had vent openings. Only treating vent openings will stop bugs from coming in the vent area, but won’t do anything for bugs that’s already in crawl space. Over all im happy.

The technician was excellent and we received great customer service. We had our house sprayed for mosquitoes. I found out however that they do not spray flowers, which I have a lot of in the front of my house. I got bitten 5 times the next day watering my flowers. Disappointing. I wasn’t told they don’t spray flowers until AFTER they had sprayed. They don’t do it to not kill bees which makes sense but I wish I would’ve been told before hand.

I had to change the schedule at the last minute due to conflicts and he worked with me through the office and we scheduled it so that I would be home for the first treatment and make sure we all were on the same page. Great service(s) provided by a great company. The techs are knowledgeable and answer my questions straight away. Used them once for the interior of the home when I first bought it, have yet to need them for a repeat. Exterior quarterly services are scheduled with efficiency and I don't need to be home, they have my intrests and needs down. With the post card reminders, it makes it easy to make sure the yard is accessible. They always secure the gates when they are done and the attached door pamphlet lets me know they were here with a quick run-down of services done and what may need to be attended too. Ron B. from Palmetto conducted our CL-100 inspection for the purchase of our sixth home and is one of the most personable and professional inspectors I have worked with. After this many homes I have seen many pest control companies and have fired more than I’d like to recall. However, I will absolutely contract with Ron and Palmetto for our termite prevention and pest control policies for our next, and hopefully last home. Before I selected Palmetto to conduct my CL-100 inspection required for South Carolina, I did my research to find the best rated (with the most reviews) pest control service provider, so let me save you the effort. Palmetto is a long time (58 years) family owned business that truly focuses on the customer and not the dollar. Their services are flexible, the professionalism is unquestionable and their prices are fair. Have no fears about hitching your wagon to Palmetto and Ron in Columbia.
