When we were looking for a new company for termite and pest Mountaineer came out to give us a free quote was LOCAL, better priced, but the thing that impressed me most was the knowledge of the assistant. My family and I moved into our rental property in the heat of July and I literally called in the late hours of our first night…from our car! There were so many roaches from the trees that had gotten into the house (we found out the house had been sitting vacant for awhile) that it just became too much for us (moved from TN/KY area). That very next morning I received a call from the sweetest young lady who eased my concerns and sent out an angel by the name of Stephen! He has been a godsend. When I called the company they sent out Buffalo. Buffalo does a great job. He is always on time and has amazing work ethic and a Great sense of humor. We had a cockroach infestation, we made the call they arrived on time, we have had 3 visits and the bugs are no more! I strongly recommend this company.

I have been with Mountaineer for 13 years and their service is amazing. They are always dependable and on time. IF you see a bug a couple of weeks after your most recent service you call and they come back and spray again at no charge. I've only needed to do that one time. I have always been impressed with the manner in which they manage their company. Greg was my technician and he truly went the extra mile. Wanted to leave review after having the service for a few months. I had a mole problem that came out of nowhere; raised tunnels all over my back yard. I got mole cricket treatment from my lawn service provider for a while figuring if I got rid of bugs, the moles would leave. This did not happen. I called Mountaineer and Michael Hill was out within a couple of days. He wasn't just a tech who talks scripts, he actually was knowledgeable on the subjects we discussed. He treated the back yard and since that application I have yet to see any more tunnels in the back yard. Why?...b/c they moved to the front (lol), but with one call Mike was back out and took care of the tunnels in the front yard and diagnosed where they were coming from. Definitely satisfied w/ my service.

Great service for the price with excellent technicians! I purchased the inside and outside pest control along with the termite bait traps. We've had issues with little black ants getting into our kitchen and they came out right away, free of charge because it's part of the package, to do a follow up spraying and we have been ant free so far. I can't stress enough how amazing the technicians have been with both attitude and work performance. We've had issues with other pests and they have a great response time to my requests. I could not ask for a better service as I am about 4 mos into our relationship.

I've been a customer of Mountaineer since 2010. In the last 8 years, I have had no complaints about their services. Their personnel have responded to my requests on many occasions, keeping my home termite free. I only rarely had them spray inside the house, but each time they did, it was very effective. I find their prices are more than competitive - I paid a lot more per year on my last home. And for those complaining about contracts, I have no idea what they're speaking of, as I've never had one beyond termite control, which I paid from up front.

Mountaineer Pest Control is without a doubt the best pest control for your home. I have used several other services and spent a lot of money with no results in getting rid of my pest problems. I have to hand it to Mountaineer, they will go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction! I had an issue over the weekend and was unable to contact them until first thing this morning. I spoke with a lady and explained what was going on and she reassured me that they would help me resolve the issue. Without hesitation she asked me if someone would be available today for the technician to come to my home and evaluate everything. Well to make a long story short two technicians came out this afternoon and listen to my concerns and had me walk with them to give me the opportunity to ask any questions I had. I showed them what the issue was and they did everything to make it right. The team at Mountaineer will definitely do everything to put their customers first and will answer any questions you may have!
