Our tech, Joe, is the absolute BEST! He is so knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He loves his job and it shows. He takes the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, respects our home, and is mindful and reassuring when it comes to our kids. He truly cares about us having peace of mind. The treatments used are effective; we’ve been using this company for years and have had great success keeping away pests. It’s always nice to see his smiling face and we rest easier knowing our home is comfortable and free of bugs, pests and rodents.

Trent was our service Agent for today. He may have done more than I have listed. He was Very nice, super informative and awesomely thorough. He spoke with us about every inspection independently, one right after the other. He was not timid he was very action driven and a real go getter. I was so comfortable with his services that I completely stayed out of his way. Didn't feel as if I needed to watch and make sure he did what was needed to do. My only regret is that I didn't go with them in August when I first called. So glad to be in business with Go forth. Thankful for Trent. John visited my home to inspect the concern that I had with noises in the wall. He was very thorough with addressing the issue, in addition to spraying for insects and going the extra mile. He was very friendly to my family and considerate of our pet. Update: I was initially attracted to this company’s perfect score with so many reviews and therefore felt a need to provide an update to my original 5-star rating, as I completed this initial review on the first day of service for this company, which is encouraged for customers to do and even made convenient by sending a link to your phone on day one. Indeed, the individuals who came to my home on multiple occasions were very friendly, as well as representatives that I spoke with on the phone. In regards to my pest problems, however, I continued to see spiders in the home too frequently after giving the company more than two months to resolve the concern. I was pleased, however with there ability to address the rodent concerns, I’ve since started to set TomCat houses near access points to my home, which continues to do the job and returned to fogging my home with Raid foggers.

Mr. John and Mr. Joe are really great! I waited awhile before doing a review to make sure everything worked, and they took care of the little mouse that was hiding, almost immediately! I had originally called Orkin and when they came to my house they made all kinds of excuses as to why they couldn’t do the job when I needed the job done but Joe from Go-Forth was at my house first thing Monday morning and took care of the flea issue in no time at all! I had a bug/flea problem in my apartment earlier this year and it was my first time dealing with them alone, so I had no idea how annoying they’d be to get rid of. I ended up wasting a good bit of money on foggers and at home remedies, but once I made a call to Go Forth Pest Control, Joe was able to come within the week and take care of the fleas with one appointment. I did have a few follow up appointments but in between them, I haven’t seen any bugs at all.
