Clear Defense is a relatively new and small business. Don’t let their “put together” appearance fool you! They are new! I would recommend their service as it is cost effective and works! Even more so, let’s look at the return rate, not that you would need to call them out, but if you do, a real person (English speaking) will answer the line. They will be just miles away and will actually listen to your concerns! When you decide that this company is the one for you, do these next two things to ensure you have the best service and deal. 1. Ask for Joseph! He is sweet and kind. He entered our home respectfully and even was responsive to our pets!! He did an amazing job and best of all, he didn’t know the answer to all my questions! This is key! Many companies will act as though they know it all so that we perceive them as knowledgeable. This is a new company and this employee admitted the one thing he didn’t know and immediately sought the answer for us both. 2. Use my name as a referral- it give us both a discount! Who doesn’t love great service even cheaper- right?!? All in all- this is a great new company who spends more funds on service than advertising, so if you are reading this- make them your next call and get rid of those pesky bugs! (Or the ones who may come in the future) 😊😊

I switched to ClearDefense quite a few months ago. The reason why was because of the spider webs, (I live on the lake) which I understand is a big issue with the spider webs. I had a quarterly service yesterday with Brandon Rose. He was professional, yet very friendly. I expressed my concern about the spider webs that have developed within the last few weeks, he did explain that living on the lake is a issue with the spider webs. He explained how there process works, & was very thorough.

I had the pleasure of meeting the Clear Defense technician, Jonathan. I was visiting my mom who wasn't home at the time. I pulled up as Jonathan was de-webbing the front porch. He approached my car and greeted me. He asked if there were any areas both outside or inside that needed treatment or special attention. I told him since I was just visiting my mom I wasn't sure but I could call. He gave me some time to call and check with her. My mom said she wanted the baseboards inside the house sprayed for preventative maintenance. Jonathan was more than happy to do so. He was also extremely respectful about the process, stating he would feel most comfortable if someone was in the house with him. Jonathan also asked for permission before entering certain rooms and before going upstairs. He was super friendly, personable, and professional. He worked diligently and swiftly. As many have claimed ClearDefense Pest Control may be a new and small company but their professional workmanship has proved to be beyond some of the other major pest control companies. Very few companies will call back after a week of their pest control service to hear if the service was satisfied with the customers. Technician Kaylee of ClearDefense Pest Control came back and wipe down spider webs at our exterior house, and then spray. Kaylee was very professional, and a pleasure to communicate. I've been using clear defense for about a year or so now and I have to say the amount of pesky bugs I see has come down exponentially. We get the occasional cockroach but it's always full grown so I know it just snuck in from outside somewhere, but we either find it dead already or we do a quick extermination and they're gone again. Overall very pleased with the business.

At first, I was a little skeptical about the 5 star reviews. But Clear Defense truly delivers 5 star service and professionalism. They explain the entire process including all pricing. They call and text to remind you of appointments and are more than happy to reschedule even at the last minute. My technicians were very professional and arrived on time for each appointment. Clear Defense has been wonderful since we started using them at our new house. We've been in the house about a year and a half and the only issues we had were ants. Clear Defense came out a couple times putting bait and re-assessing problem until ants were gone. Any other spot checks they have been very quick to respond and come back. Eric was our most recent tech and we weren't home for treatment so he is having office schedule interior and garage treatment for later date instead of making us wait until next treatment.

Clear Defense has been servicing our home for approximately 9 months now. We've been extremely happy with their program. Living by the lake we used to get new spider webs that I had to clean almost every other day. Since Clear Defense started we very few webs, in fact prior to Clear Defense, when we looked out our screened in porch the screens had trails of webs spread across the screens, now we don't have any. Jonnie D serviced our home last, we were so impressed with Jonnie that I requested that Clear Defense would make him our exclusive service technician.

Pros: 1) Incredibly friendly customer service both in the office and in the field, typically knowledgeable about the problems and products that are then used for solutions. 2) Free re-services for persistent issues, which I’ve had several with certain pests. They don’t stop until the issue is resolved! Cons: 1) Scheduling - technicians could show up first thing in the morning or as late as 8pm in the evening. Harder to communicate directly with the technician not knowing when exactly they’ll arrive or when you have to bring animals inside, etc. 2) Locked into a contract and it’s not as easy to cancel as I’d like in a modern age of paying for subscription services. 3) Price seems to be on the higher end from talking to technicians I know at other companies.

Our experience with Clear Defense has been amazing! Every time they are due for an inspection, they show up, on time! We had one tech come out one day and got almost home and around 7:30pm called my husband to say that he was supposed to bring a glue trap by for us but forgot to and he was on his way to drop it off!! Wow! Now that is customer service if I have ever seen it! Today, we had technician, Todd, and he went above and beyond in helping us get rid of the mice issues in our garage (to the best of his ability). He also offered to come back out and switch out the traps for us if we did catch a mouse and didn't want to swap it out ourselves. Wow! I'm so impressed with the service I received this morning. Jonathan Scott throughly inspected and treated every nook and cranny on the outside of the house. He then covered areas of the house that needed additional treatment from the first service. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Although, I never received a callback, the company quickly sent someone out 3 business days later. I do enjoy having this company take care of my pest control, but I gave them 3 stars for two reasons. 1) The technician failed to perform the task that he stated were completed in his post service notes 2) The spray process was a little messy. The spray nozzle was draining and dripping all across the wooden floor as he moved from one area to the next. I do recommend this company, but make sure you are receiving the service as expected. The technicians are always very nice.

Been having roaches for awhile now. I tried Orkin once, they charged me $80 just to tell me my “options”, didn’t even spray. I kept trying to do it myself with the bug spray you can get at Home Depot, but just wasn’t working. So gave up and googled exterminators. Today is the 1st visit with them and I was greeted with the general manager, head technician Curtis, and Bill. All 3 of them are really friendly guys. They listen to you, they explain everything and if you don’t understand something they will go more in depth to help you understand. I like the fact that they have a quarterly payment option. Bill is a very nice guy, very detailed about what he’s doing and what he’s about to do. Saw a dead roach an analyzed it and found it was an American Roach. Explained about it to me. Did a great job spraying everything and explaining everything he did etc. I will be recommending this company to friends and families. 5/5.
