Saela (previously EDGE) did a great job identifying some problem areas in both my attics, where critters could enter. They presented me with a couple of options, and went through the procedures for each one. I ended up having them fortify all the areas identified around the house, and they did a great job, putting down tarps and protecting my stuff. They cleaned up after, and we reviewed each of the area before getting my signature. Many thanks to Nick for the 1st visit and Nate and John for doing such an amazing job on protecting my house and my family.

I waited a few months to make this review to see how things went. They communicate with you very well. The prices are fair and the service is average. Technicians are very well trained and polite. I knocked it down a star because we had some big issues with one service and the sales guy didn't offer any restitution. It also seems when I talk to the servicing technician that mostly everything gets done but not 100% of the time do they send good techs. The customer portal is very helpful and they send a report on any day they are out so you know what was done. Customer Service is very responsive as well.

Saela, formally known as Edge, has been great. I have used their services for the past year and I do not have any complaints. I have had a rotation of three employees- all are responsive, on time, knowledgeable and professional. Marvin is one of my favorites- he is well versed in his profession and always answers my questions. He is also extremely considerate of my family. Grant is also great and explains the products and educates as well. I will continue using Saela as my pest control company and would recommend it as well!

Been using their service for 3 years. I was happy until I had to them service for mice extermination. They broke my master bedroom window screen and didn't have it fixed for 2.5 months. There was also poor communication. Once I got the screen back, it was still broken. I had to spend 100$ and fix it myself. Was very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend to friends or family.

The gentleman that came to spray our property was professional, friendly, and listened to my concerns. He provided feedback on a few concerns he had and provided advise on how to address the issues on our own. The first time this company sprayed was one month ago, and it was our initial spray. Our issue was mainly wasps and hornets. After that first spray, there was a HUGE improvement in that issue. I was actually able to enjoy our backyard. This second spray was a follow-up to respray and make sure that there were no further issues with wasps/hornets. I am really happy so far. Our next visit is October (they spray quarterly after the first two sprays).

They are treating the garage for a mouse problem. So far so good. Great customer service. Have had service since fall and the casualty rate has been impressive. They always call prior to showing up, quite professional and informative. Courtesy and friendlyness are also some of their traits. Overall a good deal.

On a positive note. I believe that they are knowledgeable when it comes down to the placement of rodent traps. I'm not sure which of the 2 worked for me if not both. But I use electronic sonic plugins that I purchased from Amazon along with the rat trap that were placed by Edge (Saela pest control) which solved my issue. The negative aside from $200 cancellation fees. Is that once you've reached the end of your contract the technicians come to your home unwarranted .They say that they've provided a service even when they cannot get onto your property with lock fence and all. create a bill and say that they came and your immediately invoiced these visits are considered quarterly. My issue with them today is that they paid themselves using my debit card without getting authorization from me to pay for a service that I was reluctant to pay. As aresult of one of the "quarterly visit" because the technician never came, rang my bell or called.. I know when someone's in front of my home or around my home due to cameras and no one ever came out and I was charged, access to the outside is needed for there "spider package". The technicians will say they completed the service even when they can't gain access to the property. So, I say if you use there services chances are you may be happy but beware of their shady billing practices and sometime the shady visits that you may experience.

I was not home for last application so inside of our home was not done. Noticed spiders in basement so called and the service tech came next day and not only treated basement but took it upon himself to inspect and treat areas outside he thought needed it. Great service by this employee!

My wife and I have been using Edge for several years and it has been worth every penny. We moved into this house almost 6 years ago. It’s on half an acre and it’s just blocks from a corn field. We began noticing our cat alerting on the baseboard in our kitchen, which was a huge red flag, but we never saw a mouse. One day, she was alerting on something that was drawing her attention beneath our sofa. I lifted up one end and a mouse shot across the room. I began setting traps around the house. In a very short span of time, between the traps and the cat, we caught 13 mice…3 in ONE day. That was all my wife needed to prompt us to call Edge. After their very first treatment, we never had another mouse come inside of our home. After a couple of years, we added treatment for ants and spiders, and we could not be happier. Their technicians are the best. They’re well-trained; they know their business; and they’re very friendly. It’s so refreshing to see a company whose employees take pride in the work they do. I cannot recommend them enough.

We had our first treatment done with Edge and immediately saw results within the first couple hours. Almost two weeks later and there is a considerable improvement inside and around our house. On the phone everyone at Edge was super helpful, offered us a discounted rate, and were flexible with scheduling. They Come out every 3 months, contact me about a week ahead of the scheduled date as a reminder. They call the morning of the appointment and give you a time they will be there. The service technicians are friendly, professional, and always helpful. If you need help after the appointment just call, and they come back out no problem. Good company to do business with.

We've only experienced our first service so far, but everyone at this company has been incredibly friendly and helpful, from on the phones to the in person visit. We had noticed an increase in pests in our home and were happy to find Edge to help us get everything under control. And he returned today with foam because mice are getting into our brick & concrete crawl space and yesterday he thought he spotted a couple of very small possible entry points. My experience with Edge so far has been for about 4 hours! I requested a quote through Yelp last night and someone got back to me first thing this morning. We needed help with silverfish and ants. As I contacted multiple companies for quotes, Edge was the best priced and the most responsive. I had a lot of questions and everyone I spoke to was very professional as they patiently answered all of them. The only downside today was that I was told a technician would call 30 min before arriving and that didn’t happen, so it was a little unexpected when he arrived. Also, when the tech arrived he asked if he was spraying the both the interior and exterior. Given that it was the first appointment, I would have expected them to know a little more. Ultimately, I think they still would have performed the same service anyway. The on-site technician was very professional and efficient. I appreciated that he wore a mask and shoe covers as well.

They initially came to do my normal quarterly outdoor bug inspection and treatment. As they completed the job, Ron my service person notice my broken dryer and exhaust vents. He recommended replacement before pest make it their home. He scheduled and completed the service very professionally. I am very impressed with the final covered vents and the professional look!

Larry arrived and explained today's visit with me. He directed the signatures instructions and or initials required first before inspecting the interior and exterior perimeter of my residence. He found droppings on the floor in back of the stove. We found a 3x3 hole with bite marks through the linoleum in back of the Dryer machine. We found two large holes from the outside on the grassy side of the house, also including five holes that were covered with dirt, rat poison and large rocks. He placed spring traps inside these areas and three black boxes outside near the hole entrances. He sprayed the exterior with poison and gave me his business card. Larry was very polite, professional, courteous, informative and helpful. He did not put in any black boxes inside the house bedrooms.

Matt, our service technician, is awesome to work with. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He shows up on time and always calls thirty minutes prior to arrival. When I started my service a couple months ago, there were 29 active ant mounds throughout my yard. Four weeks later when Matt came out for the first follow up treatment, we were down to just 8 or 9 active mounds. After two weeks passed there was still a small amount of activity at a few of the mounds and they came out right away to re-treat just like they said they would. So far I am very happy with the service Edge has provided me with.

UPDATE: We got the first follow-up service from Edge, as promised and everything went smoothly, as expected. Also it has been a month since our first service and I COULDN'T BE MORE HAPPY. All the bugs have disappeared. Highly, highly recommend these guys! The service was very fast and the quality superb. Both specialists were very cordial and professional. They explained their process in detail and they answered all my questions in a comprehensive way. I felt their passion for the work they did as well as the information they provided was authentic, not rehearsed as part of the sales pitch! The thing that I found even more satisfying is the fact they scheduled me within the same day and they were promptly at my home at the scheduled time. Clayton arrived in scheduled time frame. Sprayed outside and in for bugs and spiders. Placed several large bait boxes outside for mice. Inside after we discussed where the mice were frequenting, placed numerous traps. Was told that Edge would return in one month to check progress, adapt if necessary, and then revisit every 3 months. I am really impressed with this service. We had ants and spiders in our rental home. We called and they were out the next day with multiple people servicing the outside of the house and one person in full pandemic gear in the house. All of our needs were met and every issue I have had was dealt with quickly and without issue. This company gets it. An example of this is the contract that you sign for your household for pest service. We are renting a house for a year and don't plan on being here after that year. Their terms on the contract state 2 years of service and that just didn't work for me. I called expecting to fight and argue about the terms. The phone call lasted all of about 3 minutes. Me explaining the situation and the customer service person completely understanding and sending out new documentation that matched the terms of my rental agreement. It was an awesome experience and I highly recommend them.

My home was constantly getting bees and wasps nests. I'd pay to have them removed and after a few months they'd just come back. Wasps even built a next in a wreath on my door, when I moved the wreath I was stung multiple times on one hand. That's when my neighbor referred me to Edge. They came to my home the same day and removed the nests and treated my home. They also explained why they kept coming back and assured me it wouldn't happen again. So far, no Bees or Wasps. Edge employees are always professional. Customer Service is exceptional! I highly recommend Edge.

This was my 1st treatment. I can't comment on the quality or the value. My technician was professional and courteous answering all my questions. WELL... I was please with my technician, DeShawn Coffey, very nice and helpful. However, I have been trying everyday this week to contact as I have mosquitoes still. But, not one person has returned my call. They are NOT living up to the contract of guarantee and I am to live up to my end of the contract or I will be charged to break it. As of right now, I do not recommend this company. ****UPDATE***** I have had all my problems/troubles resolved and Edge has redeemed themselves. They come when scheduled timely, tech has been professional and have taken great care of those mosquitoes.

Edge hires great people. I am still in process of dealing with a bug problem, but in the meantime I can say that every technician that has come out has been extremely professional, kind, has listened to our issues and not belittled our experiences or concerns, has thought carefully through a plan and next steps, and have treated my home and children with respect. When our problem persisted, I was provided the opportunity to meet with a more experienced technician who was able to provide practical advice on what else to do around the home to control the situation. The customer service on the phone has been polite and helpful as well. Kind and knowledgeable people make all the difference in a frustrating situation. I have been pleased with Edge in that regard as well as their bug treatments being effective.

The technician did call the morning of the service as requested but I missed the call. He came and did something but I do not what was done. We do have pest issues in the basement and I wanted to make sure he sprayed around the basement windows and even inside the basement but since we did not connect beforehand, none of that was done. In general, the technicians are professional and courteous and when you get through to customer service (it's not easy), they are polite and helpful. But the service is very expensive and their contracting process is quite confusing. There is also a cancellation clause that requires payment for half the value of the remaining contract, i.e., future treatments not done. That is terrible.

Just had a phenomenal experience with Edge Pest Control. I had the pleasure of working with Chandler. He actually knocked on my door to offer the service. I normally just brush these types of salesman off, but he happen to catch me just in time. I am a first time homeowner and just moved in about a month ago. I have been noticing more ants and spiders around my property since moving in. Anyways, Chandler explained the whole process to me, he was very kind and courteous and not overly sales-y which was refreshing! After i signed up for the service he shared with me about what a wonderful company Edge is to not only their customers but also their employees. I did a quick google search before i signed the contract! And was pleasantly surprised at how well rated this company was on Google, it really made this an easy decision. A few short hours after Chandler left, Nate my technician showed up to perform the first service. He was a pleasure to work with as well! He showed me a really nice video that answered all of my questions and then was able to get to job done efficiently even though i had some family and friends over at the time. We have been experiencing rodent problems and Edge was the best service in the area, based on reviews. I now see why. From my first phone call, I was told exactly what to expect, pricing, treatments, etc. Deshawn arrived on time the next day and was professional throughout. He explained exactly where the problematic areas were and how to solve them. Throughout his service he explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. For the price per service ($125/service) it’s a job well done. Especially since they have a plan in place to come back after four weeks and then every 12 weeks there after. I would highly recommend Edge to anyone having rodent/pest problems.

I found this company while doing some online browsing... The first technician that came out did a not so good job. The Technician was very professional and nice but I feel like he did not get the job done. I was not wowd! I called the company again requesting a second evaluation with a different technician and got an extremely different experience! He understood our concerns and got to work. He found things that really could be the source of our problem. He took his time and also taught us a lot of things. I'm extremely happy because I was actually considering ending my service contract with them. I'm hoping they could end my rodent problem. I recommend to schedule an appointment with them earlier in the day. The first technician came out in the evening. The second in the morning. You do your own conclusions...........

I was skeptical about mosquitoe treatment, but Nick presented data about the treatments safety to environment and pets which assisted me in my design to accept the application. My tech Eugene was great. I only had a minor presence if pests but I had a ton of questions that I wasn’t able to confidently have answered by customer service. He was thorough in helping me to understand the process, what my options were, and how to take preventative measures. He was knowledgeable of the market too and was able to share insight into other experiences he’s had servicing customers. Also patient in helping me understand. Pricing was a little confusing. It seemed like customer service is definitely there to sell, so be aggressive in making sure you are comfortable with the level of service they are offering versus what you actually need.

Yesterday June 25,2020 my home was serviced by RAYMOND from Edge. I swear he renewed my hope in the company. Raymond was the first technician they sent out when I signed up for their service. He’s very thorough, professional, answer questions and not afraid. SINCE I signed up with service and since Raymond was my initial technician, I assumed (especially since I always asked for him) that they would send Raymond. Omg, NOT SO! Since my initial experience with Raymond they sent a total of 3 of the WORST technicians ever! They were horrible. Came out sprayed by my front door and said they were done!!! What? I pay too much money for service for them to come and spray by my front door. I could have done that!!! So I called the company. For the run around. Then they sent another horrible person. I went through this for 3 months until finally I tried canceling my service and then they want to charge all these fees so I asked to speak with the general manager. I said if I can’t get Raymond don’t send me anyone else and I’ll just have to secure legal counsel. Low and behold, they finally heard me and sent me Raymond yesterday and he did AMAZING! I’m a customer, as long as Raymond works there!

Used them twice so far and have had good results. We just moved into our house and they happened to come by when they were in the neighborhood. Gave us a fair price of $149/quarter to spray for insects and check for mice (since we live by open fields and farms). Both times they’ve come out they call about 30 mins ahead of time and will tell you what they will be doing. Guys who have come out have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were told if we saw ants/spiders or wasps nests in between services we could just call and they would come out for free. Haven’t had to utilize that but it’s a nice option to have available

I had gotten bed bugs from a friend who had them. At first i noticed little red bites all along my chest. By the end of the second week i had more on my forearm. After a while they subsided until my mom found one on my bed. I confirmed what i suspected and was terrified. I called Edge immediately and was reassured by the receptionist that everything would be fine and i need not worry. They were on time and quick. The product they use claims to be safe for humans and pets. It has been more than a month or so since i have had a bite or any other sightings. So far so good.

Edge has been great to work with. When I first contacted them it was after normal business hours, but I received a call within an hour to answer my questions and schedule my first service. We used to have issues with spiders and centipedes in the lower levels of our split level home; since starting with Edge 6 months ago we have seen maybe 3 spiders - which is a huge improvement (and since we come in and out every day obviously it's possible for the occasional bug to follow us). After initial treatment they don't need access to the house unless we're having an issue and need them to come inside, so it doesn't disrupt my work schedule at all. I’ve had service for about three years now. The tech I had previously named Ron was the ONLY person I felt comfortable with letting inside my property for my quarterly service. Reason being every tech that has been sent out since Ron either agitates my dog to where he wants to tear down the door (because he is put away for the techs safety) or skips rooms while I’m not hovering over them...mind u I leave all the doors open. So because of that reason for the last year or so I haven’t allowed any techs in my home they have only been treating the outside areas, the last tech that was here actually left bait outside of a pest trap alongside my property which I came to find out is hazardous to my animal. At this point I was almost ready to cancel my service because I didn’t feel like I was getting what I pay for. But the tech I had today changed my mind her name is Judy and I highly recommend her and WILL be requesting her from now on. She came inside was super courteous met my WHOLE family and my dog had no problem with her being in the house which is major. I felt comfortable leaving her to do her thing while I went back to my office, she navigated the floor plan effectively while taking care to miss random dog toys and child toys strewn about. I couldn’t tell this was only her 2nd day solo she did a fantastic job.

We thought we took care of the nest, but they were still present I called Edge they came out and sprayed and the wasps are no where to be found. Now I can enjoy my deck without being harassed by wasps. Called again about mosquitos and came the next day. Don’t know the results yet but so far so good! If not they will be back out no charge! Love these guys!

The 5 stars is for the technician Lebraun not for the company. A tech was supposed to be out between 10 am and 2 pm. He (Raymon) called me 12:47 pm and said he would be here at exactly 2 pm. I get a call at 2:19 pm from Raymon saying that he won't be able to make it because the truck broke down, which was true. He sent pictures later. So, we got a call from Lebraun, which is the second tech that got the call to replace the first guy. He said he was 10 min away. We were on the phone with their corporate office in Utah about to cancel and they said to hold on and they will try to fix this problem. They called 5 minutes later saying another tech was dispatched and he'll be there in 10 minutes. Tech never showed up till 3:47pm. I don't think it was Lebraun's fault at all. I blame the bad communication between the first tech and corporate. When he (Lebraun) came, he throughly explained what he was gonna do. He trapped and filled the big hole we found in the back of the house near the central air unit. I will continue the service with this company because of him and all the follow ups that they do. We called because we seen a rat the size of a male shoe in our laundry room. I will keep y'all updated.
