Pest Arrest is a wonderful company! I've been using them over 1 year for quarterly service and they are so responsive and efficient and reasonably priced. Their technician was professional, clean, and thorough. I had Michael do my initial treatment and he did a thorough job inside and outside of my house. He answered all my questions I had and knew the exact mechanisms of how the treatments work. He also took extra time addressing my rats issue, and was very thorough. So far I am satisfied with the services, and will definitely use them in the future.

We had wasps entering out home from where the brick meets the siding. I called Pest Arrest, as they were close and well reviewed. The initial call an employee answered promptly and had a same-day service available. Eric, the pest control specialist came on time, looked professional, and knew alot about the different species of wasps and bees, you could also tell he had a passion for the subject. ( I later found out that Eric is a certified Entomologist). Eric answered my questions and made me feel confident that the problem would be solved. Top notch service at a price I felt was more than fair. I will be using this company again should any future issues arise!

Called for info and an estimate to spray one of our trees for carpenter ants and Mike, the Service Manager, came to my home. He was very informative and explained the issue with treating carpenter ants and all other bugs. Mike told me that spraying trees is not guaranteed to solve the problem and a perimeter spray is the best method. He gave me a quote and then, sprayed my tree at NO CHARGE!! I has taken several days but it looks the treatment is working as there are no dead ants at the base of the tree. The quote I was given is almost double other quotes to treat our property and I do not know if all quotes were comparing apples to apples because most pest control companies wouldn't tell me the name of the product they would use. But Mike was pleasant and knowledgeable and I appreciated his time and attention.

I am the property manager for a 3-flat building in Chicago and was experiencing an excess of rodents on the outside of the property. I called several other companies and had inspections done where the inspectors promised various services but when the contract or proposal of service was presented it was completely different than what was discussed. Not to mention the prices were insane. I then called Pest Arrest. These guys are no nonsense and tell you exactly what the issue is and what might be causing it. Their knowledge and customer service is top notch! I had the pleasure of having Mike Z. assist me. Mike communicated with me throughout the process, even shooting me a text to notify me when he would arrive as opposed to having me waiting for whole hour windows. He was straight forward about what could be done, the causes of a higher population of rodents, and what their services included. I called Pest Arrest for a mouse problem in my home. We first started seeing droppings about a month ago, and thought it was just one mouse. After we caught three mice in our mouse traps, we realized that it was worse than we thought. That's when we decided to call a pro. Dave came out the same day, explained the procedure, and was able to immediately resolve the problem. At the two-week follow up I had them do a sanitation service to clean up and disinfect after the mice, and there have been no signs of anything since the service. I am glad I called them, and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

After living in my home for 15 years, I was shocked to find a wasp nest in my attic. They were chewing through the ceiling and had left a hole. On top of that, they get defensive when you approach their nest, which is a major concern for me as I have three young children. I called a few companies, and chose Pest Arrest, as they were able to come out within about 2 hours.
