So far the service has been good. Customer service has been great especially with Aries. I was charged for mosquito treatment which was already paid/included in my first billing charges. Aries made sure to check with sales agent and took off the payment! He was extremely nice and kind

We just had Rocky come out yesterday from EcoShield to apply our quarterly application. He was right on time which is really appreciated as a customer. Some companies don't seem to value customers time and show up hours late (if they even show up at all!). Rocky was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what treatment was being applied and took the time to answer some questions that we had. We are very satisfied with the services that we are receiving from EcoShield in part because of the people like Rocky who work for them.

Kevin came to the house, listened to my concerns, and got all the spiders inside and out. We saw major results the same day! It's been a month and we are starting to see them again so I will be calling Kevin back out. He's fantastic! I'm still on the fence with the product. I DOES work and it's better than what we could purchase in the store. We're just not convinced yet.

I had service with EcoShield for about a year. I never needed to call for extra services or issues. I guess no news is good news and the treatments worked well. Everyone was very nice and professional from the kid that signed us up for regular services, the techs that showed up to clean and spray, all the way to Elba in customer service that helped close my account because we unfortunately moved out of their service area.

Ecoshield contacted me and canceled the subscription and zeroed out the erroneous balance on the account. However, be careful and make sure you are not signed up for a subscription you do not want and because you will receive nothing in writing, you may not even know you are signed up. A man from Ecoshield Pest Solutions came to my house after noticing a wasp nest. We discussed the price and he said they would come back once this year and then next spring. A month later, I found out that WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE the man had signed me up for some kind of regular service subscription. I was never told this nor received anything in writing, not even a brochure,.I just wanted the wasps taken care of.

Our EcoShield reps are always super friendly and helpful. Most recently we have had Donovan Howard at our house helping us with some extra ants and bees that started to hang around at the start of spring. He was super helpful and willing to listen to all of our problems and offered us multiple solutions to help fight them off. Joseph from EcoShield was amazing! He is very polite and courteous and did a very thorough job spraying for spiders both in home and the exterior! He also took down all the existing cobwebs on the outside of the home by the light fixtures and faucets and did a phenomenal job! I would highly recommend!!! UPDATE: 24 hours later.....A bunch of dead earwigs on my patio! I didn't even know I had this problem!!! This shows their product clearly works well!! Used the services primarily due to spiders outside. Home on a lake. They did an excellent job over the last few years. However, now have vole issues and they advised they did not have this service to get rid of them. I had to change services and cancel with them. The person I called was Enrika. She was very helpful and understanding. I wanted to be clear that I was not at all unhappy with the services I have received over the years., but had to cancel because I needed a service they did not have.She handled the situation very professionally. Zachary is a tech who we had today for our touch up. 5 stars!! He was very genuine, detailed, and methodical in his work. He addressed all of our concerns. He was willing to spray the rafters in our basement after I noted persistent spider activity. Dog friendly mouse traps placed. He even helped us set up an in depth home inspection once he identified signs of mice activity to help us find the point of entry and eradicate them. Jose S has great consultative skills, and also has a very proactive approach to the house needs. I have a fence (that I hate and will replace soon) that is a hotel to wasps. I marked 7 areas to clear. Jose came over and took care of those areas, PLUS he took a deeper look and found 3 more nests! He asked if there was anything to consider while I was there. I couldn't think of anything else, but he did mention that he cleared out a ton of spider webs in other areas. This gesture impressed me because I didn't think of asking to do it, and he proactively took the time to clear them. Overall, great attitude and very professional.

He was honest about the treatment not being as effective if it was going to rain that day so he came back the next day for the outside. I really appreciated that he wanted to make sure the treatment was the most effective. David is one of the best techs i've come across! He had a very positive attitude and was so patient with us. He was so respectful, honest and very knowledgeable and loyal to his company! When he came back to do the outside we asked him to spray above our cabinets in the kitchen also and he did it no problem at all! I really hope David can treat our home everytime! We feel very comfortable with him and we really appreciate his honesty and positive energy too!! Plus, I have to say, out of a few places that we had some out, this company charges a very reasonable price for all of the services they provide and they're very thorough!

Matt just completed servicing our home in Gurnee. He did an exceptional job treating the outside and inside of our home. The ONLY reason I'm giving 5 stars is for the exemplary customer service I received from Jasmina. She was empathetic to my concerns when the technician showed up for less than 15 minutes and did not service my full area. Jasmina was quick to make sure we would have someone call and get another tech out. Unfortunately, they can't come until July 7th. Jasmina should run a customer service training program for everyone else. She is definitely the only person who actually cares about providing true service.

However, my wife and I hit him with a litany of questions that pertained to a previous job that was conducted by a subcontractor of EcoShield, known as Green Sky. Obviously, David had no knowledge of what was done, but he took off his "technician hat" and put on his "customer service rep" hat on instead. In fact, he wore it very well, as he dug around and eventually had answers for us within minutes. He took all our concerns VERY seriously. David H. is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We were happy that he serviced our home. He is definitely a credit to his organization.

I appreciated his ability to attend to what needed to be done without interrupting the flow of our daily household life. When he had completed his task, he reviewed all that he’d done and explained how the spray supported elimination of the insect pests. He reiterated that if we have ANY concerns call the office and they will happily work with us. Based on my interaction with Nick H, I feel the company trains its employees carefully. So i have 2 reviews to write. About 3 weeks ago we had Nick come to our house. We had an issue with mice(we later found out it was a family of 4). Nick was great, he was checking any and everywhere for holes and droppings to suggest the best possible spots to lay down traps. He ended up finding some areas outside where they probably got through some insulation. He plugged those holes up with steel wool and made sure to recommend using the foam spray to finish closing up the holes. He explained the different types of bait that he could use to my wife to make sure she was ok with what he was going to use. In the end we caught the adult mice and later found the babies as they were unable to survive without them and have mice free since. Nick was great with his knowledge and being very thorough. Today we had Tony come by as both our quarterly touch up and a review on the mice situation. He also did a thorough check through cabinets and such. What was great with Tony was his knowledge on construction, so he was able to really lay out how mice get in and how they are able to move through a house. he was thorough on checking potential spots and even found an area that showed a minor draft issue. He explained the difference between the bait that he was going to be laying down instead of spraying, since they don't spray in the winter. He explained some of the science behind it so that the bait can interrupt the egg laying cycle and prevent any pest explosions in the spring time. Tony was great and really knew how to do a good job. Thank you guys for having great approachable and knowledgeable employees. They are always nice and really know how to explain things to customers so that we understand whats going on. Joe

This time of the year by us boxelders and stink bugs become a problem as they cling to warm locations on the omes exterior, but also manage to get in the house sometimes. He identified areas around windows where boxelders and stink bugs were congregating and getting in. He applied a powder that seems to be working extremely fast.
