I called ecoguard due to my apartment complex pest control service being severely inadequate and ineffective... Pete, the service manager came out to my apartment to survey the bug infestation . The quote he gave me was waaaaaay outta my range but gained my confidence due to the warranty of guarantee of the bugs not returning after the 1st initial treatment. I can tell the business is 1st rate!!!

I have to say that once my neighborhood was infested with mice and that at least 5 houses on the block contracted mice I was quite dismayed to know that I was one of the 5. I was not aware of their nesting in my basement due to the fact I had an injury and hasn't used the basement. I called EcoGuard and they were here in no time. They helped clean the basement for me with complete pick and discarding damaged property and sanitizing the entire area and keeping it in a very neatly ordered fashion so that stuff wasn't everywhere but as each item was cleaned they were placed in a separate area and basement was done in no time. They were fast, courteous, kind, patient, thorough, efficient, and very helpful. I love their reminder service too! They are great!

We had a very weird infestation of flying ants during the middle of winter. I callee Eco guard in a total panic and they sent someone out almost immediately. They were very professional and had no problem working around my 4 kids that were all schooling from home. The ants were gone after one treatment and luckily haven't been back! I thought the cost was reasonable. They charged us less than I thought they would so I have no complaints there.

Had a relative that recently used the EcoGaurd services. Was left more than pleased. They had lived in their home for about 6 years now and tried all of the home remedies. Nothing was working, I suggested looking into a professional company to come out. They had set up their appointment for the following week. After the initial inspection, the contractor explained where the issues were coming from and how to treat them long term. After treating some area's and setting some traps inside the house they were done. The household saw results almost immediately. After about 3 months they had no returning ants and were thrilled. Excited for anyone that utilities this company and the changes they can do for you.

Reece was on time, knowledgeable, super friendly, and professional. He treated both inside and outside of the house and explained the product used and the process. He was able to ID the ants in our kitchen and explained why they were coming inside. I hope to never have a pest problem again but if I do I will be sure to call them!

A termite inspection was needed for the sale of our home. I called on a Friday at the recommendation of my realtor and scheduled an inspection for next available appointment. Was surprised to find that it would be the following Monday and booked it. The inspector texted me when he was on his way so that I would know when he would arrive. This was helpful as both my husband and I are working from home and cannot just stop to get stuff done. The inspector was professional and answered all my questions without hesitation and gave me a lot of great information about termites. He thoroughly searched the house for any entries, sealed them up, and trapped the attic where there had been previous activity. He was also very sensitive to the fact that I did not care to use glue traps, and said he would be happy to use a different method. He was very communicative and arrived on time for each visit. Great service, friendly and cost effective. They came out this summer to take care of a mice problem. They inspected the outside of the home, did some treatment around the house, plugged up some trouble areas and left some kid friendly traps that worked surprisingly well. Mice are all gone. I highly recommend these guys and would definitely use them again.

I contacted this company to come in due to moisture ants in our basement that I could not bait or get rid of. Peter came one morning, worked his magic and by the next day there were no more ants to be seen. He didn't spray around the house due to the possibility of snow or freezing temps. He said to call if we saw any ants and that the work was guaranteed for 30 days. We left for vacation the next day and were gone for 3 weeks. When we came back we noticed ants not in the bathroom but in our family room. Called and Peter was here within 24 hours and sprayed the outside of the house at no extra cost because it was part of the agreement when he first came out. He was very professional, thorough and ended our ant dilemma. Highly recommend this company.

We had the pest control service done after we moved into a sfh in September. There were some spiders and small bugs in the basement and living room. We called for help and Peter came over. He was nice, friendly and efficient. Sprayed in and out every edges of my house. I waited a couple weeks to do the review because I wanted to see how it worked out. After the service done, I only saw one spider from the vent and no more other bugs (flying bugs like stinky bugs still because their service targets are ground bugs only). So I am quite pleased for their work.

We discovered ants on a kitchen counter yesterday afternoon. I called Ecoguard Pest Control immediately and they sent a technician. Not only did he address the countertop when we saw the ants (who were mysteriously absent today!), but he undid several outlet covers to spray inside, sprayed our baseboards, all the doors in/out of our home, and then suggested the inside of our garage as well. Before he left he looked at and addressed the outside of the window where we suspect the ants were entering. I appreciated his suggestions to address pretty much any way the ants could be entering.
