i had heard an animal in the wall of my bedroom and called the serviceman to see what he could do about it. He looked around for entry points and to see if there was any evidence of activity in the attic but there was none. He gave us some options of what to do but we decided to let it go for now.

This would have been a 5 star rating. Lost a star for not bringing the outside equipment with him to spray for spiders. However, having said that. Worker who came out was extremely friendly. Knew exactly what he was doing. Communicated well with me. I told him I had another appointment so he email billed me. I payed the bill as soon as I got home. Even suggested a follow up appointment in 2 months which I will probably do. Have not seen a spider since he was at the house. Thank you!

They seemed busy, were difficult to reach at times and required multiple attempts at contact to reach occasionally. Otherwise they were fair, honest and very reasonably priced. I would recommend the service. They didn't charge the first time when the treatment failed to reach temperature. Returned later after some changes were made and the treatment was successful. Haven't seen one of the buggers since.

These guys are awesome. I closed on a house from out of state and the person cleaning it found bedbugs 48 hours before I was supposed to be moving in. They were super responsive, did an inspection same day and set up the heaters to kill them. Moved in on time…. No live bedbugs found as I’ve remodeled the inside of the house including changing outlets and flooring. So thankful they were able to handle it pre-move in. 10/10 recommend

Best Pest Control was able to come out the day after we contacted them. Josh was very friendly and seemed to really care about helping us. He spent time investigating things and talking to us about our options. He asked us to check back in with him to let him know if it worked, which I appreciated. So far, so good!

We were inundated with boxelder bugs that were all over the siding on our house and they started coming inside. When I woke up with them crawling across my face, it was time to call the Best Pest Control folks!!! They came promptly and sprayed the siding of the house. It took a few days for the spray to work completely but we are bug-free now! They did a great job quickly! I will definitely use them again if we need to get rid of crawly things! Thanks guys!!!

I called this company to remove two wasp nests and perform a perimeter spray outside of my home. The gentlemen came within a few hours after calling him, and he also searched my backyard and found other hidden wasp nests which he removed for no additional cost. Amazing customer service.

We called because we have a mouse infestation and Lance came to the house, put treatment down, and said to call if we still saw mice in 5 days. Well we did so another person came and put more treatment and picked up the dead mouse he found. He said to call again if we see them in another 5 days. Very professional & concerned. No charge for the return visit.

Lance explained the workings of a termite colony and how to best get rid of them by using certain methods. After being a Landlord for over 30 years, owning several properties, there is a problem in Billings with these critters as I have seen their destructive handywork! We woke up to thousands of moths on our back porch and surrounding the house. I had never seen anything like it before and it was hard to even go outside because the moths were in a frenzy. Sensing my panic, Tim came out the same day and sprayed the perimeter of our house and porches. When we woke up the next day, we only saw a handful of moths and could enjoy being outside again. I will definitely use this company again!

I was pleased to have someone come to look at my gopher mounded garden within a few days of calling them. A fellow came and did put poison bait in three tunnels. That was a week ago today, and, although I was advised to wait up to 2 weeks before calling them again if I still saw a few mounds afterwards, a new one appeared the next day, and I'm seeing new mounds still today. I've carefully dug to the tunnel opening of each, and see them replugged every day, so I know someone is still active in this relatively small area. I reserve judgement therefore, as to how highly I would rate this company, and I did think they are fairly expensive ($175) for what may or may not be an effective treatment. I am planning to get some coated grain bait and apply it myself pretty soon rather than see the pocket gophers ruin my whole garden, and worse, get out of control to the degree that it will take much more to get rid of them.

I called about a pest problem (clover mites) at a rental I own. The response was the next day and on time. The worker sprayed inside the house and outside around the windows and said that should take care of the problem. I feel it is a little early to see if it cured the problem. He suggested I change fertilizer in the spring to keep the mites at bay. Thanks for the quick response Ken
