I was shown the termite damage, also, notified that there excessive moisture from my hot water tank. I was grateful to learn this. They did a fantastic job of explaining everything they were doing and why. Took the time and showed my wife the new type of traps they use that are safe for our 2 small dogs are to be around. What really impressed my wife was he was the fact that he made sure that he was fully complied with PPE as he was informed before coming to our home that I was 73 and had a lot of severe medical problems that she was worried about. We were totally impressed and glad we called Terminix!!

Even though your service is a little pricy for us who are on Social Security your service, along with the experience that your technician has, is doing the job intended. He has gotten the any population in our kitchen eliminated and has addressed our situation with the rats on our property.

Your regional manager, Bryan Hopkins, has totally dropped the ball on my termite treatment. The pest control treatment is going well except the price keeps creeping up without notice.

We LOVE Terminix! First, the staff - Michael Donnelly is our inspector and he is professional, honest and great to work with. Your online chat folk we chatted with included Ambria (I think I spelled it correctly), Tracey, and Brittany - were wonderful in the same way... very efficient and polite and got the job done. Terminix staffing is obviously top drawer. We have a very unusual situation in our property being shaded in more than property surrounding us and in the area because of mountains. We are ffrozen in the November through March months. Also our top soil shifts around because of the steep sides on our land - PLUS in the middle of the woods... termite control is a MUST. All your staff took great care to note this and put it in our account for Michael to see when our schedule comes up. Our primary reason? We trust Terminix. That is a huge plus in being willing to recommend your company to folk we care about.

My place was overrun by cockroaches. I called Terminix they came out and done their Job and now I haven't seen one for a minute well maybe 1 here or there. I literally feels good to go to the kitchen and a roach rob ya for you and friends. Thank you Terminix
