I’ve had such a great experience with Dodson thanks to John Nelson!!!! I’ll never use any other pest control service. John was on time, very professional, very thorough and took the time to explain to me what was being done and why. All around one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a company. Respectful, non judgmental, and honestly their prices are unbeatable. If you don’t book your pest control service with Dodson/John Nelson you are absolutely cutting yourself short. 10/10

He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and caring to my fears and concerns about any bugs found in my home. He checks the inside and outside of the house for the obvious and not so obvious. My house is inspected every 2 months by Casey Rhodes. He checks glue boxes regularly and spot sprays potential problem areas inside as well. He is friendly and thorough in performing his job and results have been excellent. Overall very pleased with quality of service.

I am so pleased to be able to offer feedback on my "bug guy," Casey Rhodes. I cannot say enough good things about him. Not only is he proficient in eliminating my mouse issue (and ants, spiders, fly infestations of biblical plague proportions), he is just generally a good, good man. I am disabled due to MS and in a wheelchair. Casey never fails to offer to take out trash, shovel my ramp, fill my humidifiers, or hang clothes up on rods I cannot reach. I am certain there are other things I can't remember. Casey never seems to be in a hurry. There were times when I couldn't pay him on the day of service (which I told him on the phone when he called to remind me that my service date was pending) and in between scheduled services. He is always the same sweet, good natured, helpful guy. I further appreciate that he is a military veteran and I hope that it is a policy of Dodson Bros. that you give priority in hiring veterans. I have had several other technicians over the last 5 years who were just as proficient but Casey is the full package and more!

My experience with Dodson Bros. and in particular Jason Beeler has been everything I had expected and more. Jason has consistently been here on the 15th of the month (unless it falls on a weekend) and has taken care of my every complaint concerning not only termites, but others pests too such as mice, insects and other critters as they appear. He is always polite and never leaves without asking if I have any other complaints of "uninvited" pests. If anyone wants serious pest control, Dodson is the place to go and Jason is the guy if you appreciate someone who is all business with enough kindness and mannerisms added to make his visit pleasant.
