David responded promptly in identifying the snake skin found in our house. We were in a panic and didn’t trust our own assessment from internet searches. Of course I had it being a copperhead! Hearing it was a harmless rat snake (which was later confirmed by a local angler) put us at rest (and literally allowed us to sleep in the house again). I’m so grateful for this service and will keep him as a resource for future challenges now that we live in wild and wonderful West Virginia!

David is extremely punctual and responds super fast. I had a snake skin shed in my house and was very concerned considering it was 7ft long lol. He immediately identified it as a non venomous rat snake. A big relief for me. He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. This company know how to deal with wildlife problems! I had squirrels that took over our garage. We tried another pest control company but the squirrels kept coming back.
