We've been using Spidexx for several years now and have been very happy with our service. Their technicians have been friendly, professional, and efficient in treating our home. They've come our quarterly and do free follow-up/touch-up treatments when we've had the very rare issue between our scheduled visits. We've been approached by some aggressive competitors that are quick to try to undercut on pricing to get in the door - but have stayed loyal to Spidexx because of the quality and attentiveness that they provide.

Joshua and Casey followed my lead by putting on their mask (during the pandemic) when they saw that I had my mask on. Joshua sprayed for insects inside my home and put covers over his shoes so he wouldn’t track dirt, etc. into my house. I want to thank them for respecting me and for spraying where I requested. I have always been extremely satisfied with Spidexx. I utilize their services for preventative maintenance. I can honestly say I have only seen a maximum of five spiders in my home in two years! In between regular treatments, IF I have an issue, they take care of it instantly. Which has been spring time wasps! When I called about wasps starting to gather around my deck they took care of it right away. Their service technicians have always been extremely nice and seem to really take pride in representing Spidexx. I would recommend them to anyone.

The people we speak with and who service our home are very polite…so the people are great. However, we switched to Spidexx over a year ago. We see more bugs than we did with the previous service provider. In terms of scheduling, Spidexx sends an email one or two days before they come to treat our home. I called to change the service schedule once and was told that would be fine - only to get one day notice of a treatment date that was not what was agreed to. I ended up having to call again (and wait on hold again) to set up a separate time to treat the inside of our home. Sometimes you switch to save a few bucks, and it just isn’t worth it. I didn’t think killing bugs was that hard.

We had Spidexx come spray our personal home over a year ago. It was better than I expected, as we didn't so much as see a spider any longer after just 1 visit. We continued to have them return every 3-6 months (depending on the time of year) for maintenance visits. Today we had a wonderful salesman come to our home and provided in great detail how the services work and set up an appointment today at 3pm. The price was great for the services provided! The truck showed up at exactly 3pm and Mike explained exactly what he was going to do. He gave us a report when he was finished and it only took about 20-30minutes. We are very pleased so far and would recommend Spidexx to others. Thank you for helping keep the pests away!

Both the agent who came with the offer and the agent who did the actual service were pleasant and professional. However, there seemed to be little communication between the first agent, who made note of the issues and the second agent who arrived to perform the service. I was told there would be a visit one week after the first application, but I was never contacted to set up that appointment. I have no way of telling how effective the service has been to date.

They sprayed once so far and I was told that the wasps should leave after 48 hours but they are still around. Carpenter ants and spiders as well. They did say to call them back if they continued to be noticeable but to give it 10-14 days. I will definitely do that. Service providers very knowledgeable and kind. The salesman was very patient with my extremely energetic and loud 4-year-old. 😃

I assume they spray for all but haven’t ever had bed bugs or a couple other and I suppose wouldn’t be a bad idea to have a spray that gets all but, think spray different areas for some. I had Springer Pest since we move in this home in 97 and had no problem whatsoever so I suppose price is no 1 reason I switched as cheaper and stewed a bit and felt guilty but so far, good with switch. From the one who signed me up to the guys that come out very good. Haven’t had a woman yet so guys you got it all! After reading this after being with this new company, Spidex I’ve still been satisfied with there work but still feel bad about leaving other after so many years of excellent service with Springer pest control. Thank you to both and recommend either. Price won as I said above.

Spidexx is relatively new to the Metro Milwaukee area, so I was a bit skeptical to contract with them. After having all of my questions answered in a satisfactory manner, I proceeded with signing a contract. They performed their first service today and I am very pleased. The work was done as outlined by the sales professional (Hunter). The work actually exceeded my expectations. I am not one to post many reviews, but since this is a new company to the area, I wanted to share my very positive experience.

This is a great company. Our spider troubles are over thanks to Spidexx. I have been using them for two years and I haven't seen any spiders/bugs in our house. They now only treat outside the house and it works and I don't need to be home when they come. Best of all when I had problems between treatments (two wasp nests) they came out the next day and took care of it -- no extra charge. I've had different technicians, but they must train them very well because they have all done a great job.

9/29/20 - Since posting my review, Spidex has come out and performed a thorough treatment and followed up with me to check on my satisfaction. I am updating my review based on that to a 3. I promise to update in another month based on the results of the treatment. I want to be cautious because I have never had these issues before. I do believe they want to make it right and I do believe that the first tech did not do the job as he was supposed to. 9/15/20 - I should have NEVER left Fenix! I have spiders WAY worse than I ever have in the previous 4 years. Obviously whatever they are using is NOT working.

Although they told me over the phone that ant problems generally take time to go away, I am very pleased that after my first service I have noticed a significant reduction! These guys do a good job and offer a lot of services. We have small children and had dogs so we checked and they use fairly safe products. We had a mouse issue when construction started nearby disturbing the nests... Spidexx came out the same day and set traps. Then they came back to rebate the traps and sealed off possible entrance points which fixed our issue. The people were very friendly, called ahead and let us know what they were doing. We then hired them for general bug control, and It's been great. We don't get the noseeums in the porch, the june bugs or the little beetles anymore. They also took down a few wasp nests I hadn't noticed. After that the mice were at it in the yard. Some big ones were tearing up the sod so we hired their exterior mice service, which has helped a lot. Having had mice I'd rather be proactive about not having them in the house, especially when they were tearing up the yard. They also offer a mosquito service, we have a screened in porch so I haven't gotten it yet but with the weather turning and us getting into the backyard it's tempting.

I LOVE Spidexx! They are truly my heroes haha! We started using them last year when a man went door to door offering their services. My boyfriend was skeptic and thought it was a scam. Definitely NOT! We haven’t seen ANY spiders in our home or deck. Sometimes the garage but RARELY. A man just came today 3/25/19 and he was so sweet! I told him I didn’t want to do the inside of my house because I was cleaning and he said to call whenever and they will come back and do it for free! (maybe that’s part of the contract) Anyways, he put my garbage can up by my garage (he didn’t have to but he did!) As he put everything away, I forgot to mention about the garage and he got his tools back out and sprayed the garage for me! I am a forever customer! Super satisfied with their work! All winter, I didn’t see ONE spider in my house! CRAZINESS!
