Carlos was amazing! Explained what he was doing and why and was completely understanding of my concerns due to my wasp allergy. He even explained why the materials used were safe for my dog. Before he left, he explained what to look for to see if there were any survivors and that he would come back if I saw them. 10/10

Good service. Professional service crews who really know what they're doing, but I don't like contracts that can't be modified, which Terminix uses. Still, they did fix the issues I wanted addressed, so I guess that's a positive endorsement.

We have had zero trouble with ants since we started using the service. We are on an automated schedule and we get a call notifying us when they'll be here, but we don't even need to be home (it's all outside). I didn't even realize they swept for spiders until I noticed a huge web was gone from our downstairs window and read the report...plus our service person is incredibly friendly if we do happen to be home when he comes by.

I have had a great experience so far. I have a terrible mice infestation and I wanted a company that can handle that, be knowledgeable and experienced in the sector and be available for regular communications and treatments. The online rescheduling, the online chat option, the online tracking of the person who comes for treating the house, etc., are all great things to offer that I did not really find elsewhere and the price is high for my budget, but comparable to other companies. Plus the sevices offered included all the kinds of pests that I was interested including rodents, wasps and mosquitoes, etc. Again this combination is hard to find in other companies and this along with the online platform offered won me over. So far the people who visited seemed knowledgeable and took the time to evaluate the situation and adapt appropriately so that we eliminate the rodents asap hopefully. Nothing bad to report from my experience and I hope it stays this way.

Terminix will not send a heads up via email notifying you that you are up for service. 24 hours before a service call "TELLING ME!" that they are coming. No, I "TELL" them. It is my time! This goes on every time. Terminix is in the Middle Ages when it come to contact. But, if your contract is up for renewal they are like a pack of wild hungry dogs, Emails, Phone Calls and Texts. There service is good but their Customer Service ROTS.

We have a major moth problem with both food and cloth moths present. Derrick from ;your Woburn office was very helpful. He did a thorough exam of the entire house and briefed us on how he thought it should be treated. He will be returning in two days to complete everything.

I am a long time customer who recently had an issue with bees dwelling in the side of my house. They made an appointment for a few days from my call, then called notifying they could come even earlier. They checked out the problem, discussed in detail the management plan, and sprayed the nest. I was given a card to call if I had any concerns. When there was continued activity they came immediately to examine, then further spray the nest. I have since called them for additional advice which they promptly provided. Excellent prompt service.

After noticing a wasps nest underneath my windowsill, I reached out to Terminix (via Angie's List) to request a quote. Someone from Terminix reached out within a couple hours to schedule the onsite quote the following day. After inspecting the nest, a technician provided me with a reasonable quote and was able to schedule someone to remove the nest (and another abandoned one) a couple days later. I was very happy with my experiences! Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. Most importantly, the wasp nest was dealt with professionally.

The whole process from setting up the appointment to the treatment was fast and easy. Our technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything. I know he said it could take a few weeks for the ants to die off but it’s been 2 days and I haven’t seen any. This has been a major problem every summer so it’s a relief. Thanks Derek!

All associates (from the one in the call center to the technician that treated our home) were excellent in listening about our issue with carpenter ants and addressing the actions to be taken to resolve the problem. In addition, the technician was absolutely perfect: in maintaining communication prior to the appointment, explaining how he was going to treat the home, explaining about the safety around the chemicals to be used, what to expect from the treatment, listening to any other concerns, and at the end, taking the time to check and treat the whole property. Terminex is a good company I find them to be priced high for a full year service where they come out each season. However we’ve had bad issues with bees and I need to keep the bees away and they’re very good at doing that.

Thorough inspection. My complaint is that Terminix schedules the visit without consulting the customer. It is then up to the customer to change the date-time of the visit. All the other vendors I deal with work with the customer (generally via a phone call) to pick a mutually compatible time for the visit. Terminix should be more customer-friendly with the scheduling.

I've been a Terminix customer for about a year. Mark, my technician is always punctual, friendly, professional and very, very knowledgeable. Very thankful for him. He's great. I had a problem with carpenter ants, specifically. Terminix has gotten rid of the ants and all the other annoying insects. There was a huge difference after just one visit! We have very happy with the services Terminix has been providing us. I can't put into words the feeling you get when you discover mice/rats in your home. It's upsetting to say the least. Terminix came right out and almost immediately we noticed a very big difference. Josh our service tech always lets me know when he will be by. He is very professional and does his job great. He made sure all holes were sealed so nothing else could get in our home. We are very grateful for the service Terminix provides.

Metro west MA Terminix team is amazing! Frances in pest control has protected us from pests for over 15 years! His response time and attention to detail is like no other. He listens and has solved all our issues over the years. We have been Vith and team in wildlife for over 5 years now and they have been diligent at finding and blocking access points in our 1860s home. At the beginning appt scheduling was frustrating but Frances has helped ease our frustrations and get us to the right people to schedule. Highly satisfied customer and highly recommend this team!

I REALLY like my Terminix person, Michelle. She is friendly, personable, patient.... she is 90% of the reason I am so happy with Terminix. Obviously, no ants was a must.... but that's not why I prefer Terminix over any other service. It's because of Michelle! Also, no ants :)

We had a nest of yellow jackets above a window in the front of our house. Terminix responded to my call within minutes. They came out the next day to inspect. The work was done 1 day later. A few yellow jackets were still around 4 days later. Terminix returned (no cost). With another application, they were finally gone. I would highly recommend Terminix.

Well, I was not home. The person called me to let me know he was on his way. The appointment was for 4pm to 7pm but he called me at 2pm. I had to call my mom to let her know he was coming. When he got there he sprayed on the the inside of the house and not the outside. Also he did not help my mom pull a refrigerator out so he could spray behind the refrigerator. Not friendly at all.

Contract??... 👏 they definitely honor their contract! I am a tenant & after the first technician came out to our homeThe Rodents began to come out & fall out! The technicians listen to my concerns, my ideas to search for other entry points and did what they can to catch the trespassing varmin. The customer service is great for the Woburn,Ma office. Also, the technician that came out for the exclusion service offered to come back following day to pickup dead rodent since he would be in my area.(up to a year they will come back and service the place to ensure work is effective) i would recommend terminix to EVERYONE!!!

I've been a customer of Terminix for 40 years and have never been disappointed with their service. Their pest control has meant that I very rarely see any insects inside the house; any mice that get into the cellar are caught by their traps and re moved by the technician. A squirrel managed to chew a hole in the corner of the house by the top of the chimney and apparently make himself at home inside the wall. when I heard scratching in the wall, I called Terminix. They sent out a technician who installed a one-way door so that when the squirrel went out to get food, he could not get back in. The technician came back several days later, removed the door, and sealed the hole. I've not heard any more scratching in the wall. I'm a very happy customer.

Aaron is our TERMINEX representative and has been for the years we've been at this Needham residence. Aaron is the reason for the 10. He knows bugs and critters like the back of his hand. ANY question I ask him about things that are crawling around our home he can answer and tell me something helpful. Even if I don't know what the thing is...if I describe it, even vaguely...he knows what I've described, he identifies it and can help me understand why they are showing up in the particular season and what to do or not do. When I save the little carcass for him, he says, "this is a......" Aaron shows up on time, every time. Now he is in social distance/mask safety mode-GREAT. He is always pleasantly professional and it does not take him long to do his work. If he is not an instructor already, Aaron ought to be an instructor in your company-in whatever way you teach and train your employees. As a higher education administrator myself, I know a natural educator when I see one and Aaron is that person. I hope he is in some kind of a leadership position because he represents TERMINEX at a high level. I don't know what he makes but give him a RAISE!!! Aaron is a blessing to your company.

I had old insulation in my basement that mice had gotten into. They removed the old insulation and replaced it. They worked efficiently and in great time. They were punctual, friendly, polite and explained everything to me. It was a pleasure having them work in my home.
