I've been working with Catseye pest control for sometime now and everyone has always been nice, but today I had Alex and just wow he exceeded my expectations. We had a great experience with our technician as he was thorough in identifying possibl entry points of squirrels that had moved into our walls. In addition to trapping, he was able to seal up the spots that needed it, and went above and beyond to help patch up an internal wall when it sounded like one might break through into our bathroom. He explained each step and the thought process along the way. We are now squirrel-free and had a great experience!

My family lives right next door to a restaurant and as you can imagine with restaurants come pests. Well we ended up with cats eye as a preemptive measure and they are amazing. One of there employees Alex was very informative and explained exactly what he was doing and looking for. He also let Me know what to look out for and when I should call and make another appointment.

We discovered snakes and traces of mice in the basement of a newly purchased old house. We had small children in the household so we don't want any kind of poisons anywhere near the house. Catseye did an inspection and suggested their residential exclusion system. They used metal sheets, silicon, and some metal mesh like sponge sealed all possible entries for rodents. They also removed old insulation, disinfected many places, and installed new insulation. They did an excellent job with great attention to the details: my special shout out to Eddie. The changes they made to the house are not visible unless changes were pointed to you. Both my wife and I are very pleased with their work. I think their residential exclusion system should become standard for all newly built houses.

So far very good. Punctual, polite, informative and the common ants are gone. Trapped a couple of field mice in the attic . Set traps inside and outside. All signs of field mouse activity are gone. Took a week for them to get control of the situation. Now they are aggresively taking preventive measures. I signed up for bi- monthly visits on a maintenance plan that is very affordable.

At first we had Alex come out and inspect our house, since we suspected an animal living in our attic. He was so knowledgeable, and professional and really walked us through all our options. After we had a women come to set some traps, I believe her name was Kristen! She was so kind and helpful, they also were so caring about my dog which I appreciated so much! I would recommend them for any pest control needs!

I hired Catseye 12/14/21 for squirrels that had started living in my attic a month prior. I paid of a thousand dollars for them to trap and remove the squirrels and to repair the ways the squirrels were getting in. I was told by Alex, who did the inspection, that I had gray squirrels and a “wildlife expert” would trap the squirrels then repair the 2 small holes in the upper corners on one side of my house, near the roof. They finished trapping ( caught 1 gray squirrel) and repaired both holes, which they said were how the squirrels were getting in and out. After the entry points were closed, I continue to have squirrels in my attic but Catseye did all they could but I need a new roof and siding on my house bc of wood rot. So they refunded my money since they weren’t able to keep the squirrels out.

These people were very good. They have been honest and through (Idalys was superior, really quite incredible, personable and professional) I initially contacted Orkin, but they showed up maskless and it never got any better. From unclear service to pulling back offers because they wanted to make it all or nothing service ($4100 to clean and reinsulate basement and $10,000 to clean and reinsulate attic became $14100 to do both or not at all) Orkin also signed me up for a yearly service even though I did not ask for it. Also they had no contract that followed Massachusetts consumer protection law. I did not trust Orkin. I trust 😻 👁️. I signed up for a yearly service with Catseye Pest Control and will be looking to them for more work if needed. They are in it for the long haul and value customers. Moreover, they have pride in what they are doing.

After contacting another business that showed up late for first appointment then informed me they weren’t the right division for the job, the correct division told me three times that they would have the district manager call me, never did- made an appointment only to have a no show, called the office three times to be informed that the tech was delayed and would call, then that the district manager would call…no contact and no follow up. I called cats eye, their office answered promptly and professionally, their inspector arrived on time and gave their recommendations and we agreed and booked the technician right then, the technician showed up every day on time and with good communication, the family of raccoons was removed from our chimney, and all has been great and raccoon-free since then. Fantastic, professional service- strongly recommend

Cat guard installed "bird exclusion". It was a big job, took about three days but that was due to the careful crafting of each of the components, paint matching, and overall thoroughness. Team was awesome, communicative, and never felt uncomfortable with them in the yard. Each night we got an email with detailed breakdown of all work and materials. Really impressive. CatsEye is prompt, professional, reliable and responsive. They installed a lower CatsGuard System and repaired our basement foundation to eliminate mice coming into our home. They have removed birds from an upper level vent and installed protective cage so the birds could get out but cannot re-enter, and they are now inspecting and spraying for insects and pests every other month. Everyone is helpful and the service is first-rate. Highly recommend.

Catseye Pest Control technicians are professional,courteous and show up as scheduled. We have their monthly plan and our mice problem in the attic was resolved right away. Now it's been a year and their still are no signs of the critters. We also have two dogs and expressed concern about poison being around. They managed to put bait stations in and around the perimeter of our house and there are no concerns of the dogs getting near them. They also are very responsive. Rich our service manager who initially set us up is great. If you have a problem with any kind of pest these are the folks to call. And yes you get what you pay for!

Well the 1st visit I did not know what they did until I talked to the technician on the 2nd visit she/ they explained the process and listened to my concerns. I am now on the 4th and last visit for this specific service and I believe they did an incredible job. I had taken my beds apart just for my piece of mind that they treat all areas they literally put them all back together which I did not expect. I could tell that they treated the entire house. I specifically liked the girl technician she had some other ideas of why the child is getting bit but not everyone else like carpet mites (so I threw the carpet out) I wish I knew the names of the technicians but I requested the same technicians for each treatment and Catseye accommodated the request. This was a long and tedious process and pretty expensive so I am hoping it was worth the price. Lastly I do not wish this on anyone it is a PITA

The company responded promptly to my call regarding squirrels nesting underneath my rooftop solar panels. They came out twice within the next week, first to give me an estimate and then to formulate a more detailed plan. They explained in detail what they would do. The work was then completed within a couple of weeks by people who were professional, friendly and courteous. It's too early to tell whether the little devils will find a way to defeat the barrier--I've learned of their resourcefulness the hard way over the years--but I'm hopeful. I would recommend this company.

We had a major rodent infestation over the winter while our house was closed down for the season. Although I found the price of using Catseye to be astounding, and more than twice the cost of their competitors, they offered a guarantee no one else offered and as we are out of town most of the year, this was by far the best bet for us to protect our house. Because the entire process had to be done by email, and to make matters worse emails from three different continents in three different time zones, there were some communication break downs. I would say that communication between myself, the supervisors and the team inside my house was the area of most concern however each time something was not done as expected, it was quickly rectified. The team inside the house (once we arrived in country) were fantastic, kind, and appreciated that we were shell shocked at the damage to our home. They were very helpful going above and beyond their own obligations more than once. I cannot say I enjoyed any of this process it has been a homeowner nightmare, but Catseye overall have been good to deal with. Fingers crossed we do not need them again like this!

I called Catseye pest control to get help with evicting a family of racoons from our property. They sent out an inspector (Kyle) promptly, who performed a through inspection of our home and the roof. He gave he a quote for trapping, and also suggested we get a pest prevention system called CatGuard installed. It wasn't a hard sell, which was great. The technician (Will) then stopped by to setup traps, and racoons were gone on the very first day! Regardless, Will stopped by every day for the rest of the week to ensure that there were no other pests in the house, and did an excellent job of setting up the traps, cleaning up afterwards, and explaining to us in great detail the nature of the traps, as well as setting expectations with us. Prompt, professional, thorough, friendly - I couldn't ask for more. I would definitely use their services again, if needed, in the future.

Today (5/9/18) I met with an exterminator from a well known company at my house because unfortunately I'm dealing with a minor bed bug problem. He was very vague with explanations and really didnt check the areas I mentioned. Wasnt impressed at all. Then Tyler from Catseye showed up little after the other guy left and it was like night and day. Tyler is very knowledgeable knows his facts. He went through each room checking each bed even Checking under our space rugs as well. He took his time with the inspection and our questions answering them fully even when he was supposed to leave few minutes earlier. I just wanted to say how wonderful and professional catseye company is. First thing I've been having issues with mice on and off and obviously traps alone were not doing the trick . I found catseye on the website and decided to get informed . I found it quite intriguing how the system would work. To actually keep mice out for good , not just sugar coating the problem but getting to the root of it. Unfortunately I ended up having house mice which are much harder to get rid of then field mice , in other words they are very smart and we're beginning to get comfortable in my home , well I figured 2 things had to happen fix this problem permanently or have the mice move in while I'm paying the mortgage , so I decided to invest in my piece of mind . The best decision I've made , it took some time to get rid of them because like I said they are very smart , but every time I called they came running ,so if anyone is thinking about trying the catseye guard I would recommend it highly ,if I could I would give them 10 stars , I might sound like a commercial but when you finally find something that works you bet I'm going to let the world know about it, oh and by the way all the technicians are highly qualified , a special thank you to Rich Merullo , Sincerely , Nina Coughlin

A HUGE THANK YOU TO CATSEYE PEST CONTROL!! Easiest experience for an awful situation! Started last Saturday with Brandon on the phone, after discovering a fat grey squirrel in my basement! He set up an appointment with Tyler Hopkins coming out to my home the day after the Noreaster. He called to let me know he would be here, and he thoroughly went through the basement, then tromped through @8 inches of snow around the perimeter of the house and found where the sqirrels got in. We set up the plan to get rid of my new housemates and seal up the holes! Great work Catseye, both of these men were extremely professional and knowledgable of this issue and was very happy with the service so far.

Now that I have hired Catseye Pest Control I would never hire anyone else . They solved a raccoon problem that had been going on for years that other companies could not figure out . Solid option for pest and wildlife control. The guard systems they apply prevention not just control like most pest control companies. With the guards pests don’t get into your house whereas spraying and traps like most other companies don’t stop the problem

I had 3 raccoons caught that were coming and going from my attic and had all the eves sealed up with galvanized steel. Customer Service was outstanding and were almost immediate in answering any questions I had. They got the job done fast and complete. Price seemed a little high for what was done but I think they had a little easier time trapping them than usual. The end goal was met for the agreed upon price so I can't really complain. Only thing I could recommend is if everybody working on the project were all on the same page, but other than that 5/5. Would definitely call again, hopefully I don't need too.
