We had a hornet infestation outside of our back door. John was so excited to exterminate the hornets and was super knowledgeable by explaining what to look for next time if we suspect more. Gianina arrived promptly and completed an extremely thorough termite inspection and installed the termite preventative treatment. She explained in detail the science behind the system and talked through warning signs for us too look for. Both agents were exceedingly friendly and professional. We will be recommending Braman to all our friends and family, as well as continue to do business specifically with your company. Thank you!

This is the first time I ever needed an exterminator. The assessment was done by one person who was very knowledgeable, personable and explained everything. The person who came to do the treatment was also personable, respectful of property and thorough. The service was performed yesterday so I can’t speak to the efficacy, but have been assured they will return if there are future problems.

We had a large wasp nest above our front door and the technician sprayed and removed most of the nest. Part of the nest was left to allow the rest of the hive to return and be poisoned as well. I think it was Mike (so sorry for forgetting his name) explained the type of wasp and also sprayed some ground nests. Thank you, great service and no more wasps. Will call Braman again when (if doesn't apply with pests) we need service.

Wayne was very professional and thorough with his treatments. Got into every nook and cranny; moved appliances out to inspect all the walls; inspected the kitchen cabinetry; piped areas such as the radiators too. He provided a detailed Braman report with images of areas where the mice likely got in. We found that very helpful so we can plug them up and prevent reoccurrence.

We have a log home which presents unique issues. We have used Braman for 18 years. Things got a bit lax when our regular service person relocated to Florida. When I brought this to their attention, Matt, the manager, was very responsive and has been performing the regular service himself addressing a chronic mouse and stink bug issue with marked improvement. He has met and exceeded the challenge of maintaining a home that by its nature is porous to intruders.

We are very happy with Braman's service. We had a carpenter ant problem they came for one day and our ant problem seems to be fixed. They use an effective treatment that slowly kills them in order to give time for the worker ants to bring it back to the nest. The guy that came to do the job was very nice and professional. Helen is very personable and knowledgeable. Helen last treated my house in April during the peak time of the Coronavirus in Mass. We both expressed our concerns about contracting the virus (Helen kept a mask on and maintained proper social distancing the whole time). I informed her that I more than likely had COVID in February and I was still not feeling well even though it was now April. It is now July and the first thing she asked me when she arrived was, do I feel better since I was sick the last time she was here. She then spent time talking with me and did not just rush to get the job done. Braman is lucky to have such a professional, friendly and incredibly compassionate employee as Helen.

Best Pest Company I've seen , you really get what you pay for. Other companies talk a good game , however from my personal experience Braman delivers . There really is a difference between pest control and pest elimination. All you really need to know is that Braman services all the hospitals , most churches , health facilities and high end companies, hotels and restaurants also third party inspected Production plants in New England.... Hmmmm it's a no brainier if you want tried and true , highly recommended and knowledgeable professionals handle all your Pest control and elimination issues and concerns... then you Gotta go get Braman .

Found a termite mound in my basement last week and was nervous so I called Braman. Sean came over right away and gave me an estimate on how much the damage would be. It cost more than expected ($940) to install sentricon around my whole house, but for the peace of mind and 1 year warranty I was happy. I will continue to use Braman every year and was referred by my mother and grandma by them. Took a few days to find the laborer termites starting to die in my basement and started to see less and less of the dirt mounds. Overall I'm satisfied with how quickly they came out and how professional they were. I will use Braman every year
