Our service technician, Curry, is an amazing man who is very professional, personable, and thorough. I always enjoy when he comes to service my property and home. He calls a few days before his scheduled arrival to ask if there are any questions or concerns and to be sure there aren’t any scheduling conflicts I might have. All around great service!

Called to set up service to prevent field mice from moving into a home we purchased. Called, set up appointment, they arrived on time. They did a home inspection found termites! We now have termites being taken care of, they sprayed around house to help with wasps and bugs and cleaned the crawl space since that is how we knew mice were coming to visit. They were professional, on time, did a great job. I appreciate they continue to come out on a regular schedule. We Highly recommend!

We had a poor experience with another local pest control service and called Western to deal with a mouse problem. The initial inspection was very thorough and the inspector gave us a range of service options. Prices were reasonable and in line with other quotes. The exterminator who came out to do the work went above and beyond in several ways and was very professional. Highly recommend.

The initial salesman was very personable and persuaded me to give Western Exterminators a try. The first technician was here and gone in no time....would say maybe 5 minutes. Pretty dissatisfied I called and they would send a different tech out. The second one...several bug critical weeks later did pretty much the same as the first but at least he introduced himself which I appreciated. By that time the bug damage was past recovery.

This was a door to door sale. A young man came to my door selling this product. He offered complete spray of my house & grounds to exterminate bugs, ants, spiders, wasps, ect. All for $99 plus I've seen their trucks around town for several years.I have had issues with these pests, thought it was a good deal so we made an appointment for later that day. A different guy showed up to do the job, on time. Took him about 20 min & he even removed all wasp nests.

My technician , I'm sure, Doesn't have anyone like me on his list. I have a cat that has hiding places all over my property. Mt technician has to service my property while keeping my cats" hiding places safe. I also have a wasp nest that I don't want him to bother. He just smiles and does his job the way I want. I realty like the way Western does business. I have other companies nock on my door and tell me they kill more things than Western. I like that Western doesn't kill every thing, but, they are more than happy to come back and kill yellow jackets that if they survive a visit. I am just happy to have someone that does the service the way I want.

I have had Herschel as my home pest control technician for about 3 years now and I have no complaints. He always informs me of his visit the day prior, a general time he will be at my home the day of service and shows up in good spirits with a smile. He has treated my home's interior laundry room (it's unfinished, so the spiders like to hang out in there) and the exterior, as we had a problem with ants before he started treating my home. I manage the Chinden Motor Inn located in Garden City. We use Western Exterminator to control and/or eliminate rodents and spiders. They also spray for ants as needed. Jordan M. has been great. He always calls the day before our scheduled service date to check in and see if we are having any specific issues. Jordan seems to be very systematic in his approach and does a thorough job. We are scheduled for service once a month but if something comes up before the next visit I have called and Jordan will usually come the same day or the next day. Back before they were bought by Western Exterminators, Gemtek had AMAZING customer service. Now, however, their customer service is suffering. It takes multiple calls to get things resolved and I've had them say they set up an appt but they did not. BUT STILL, I would recommend them - the work they do is good, their service people are friendly and fast, and I can often get them out within a day or two of when I spot an issue. I'm sure that the bumps in customer service are just because the buyout is still relatively new and that it will smooth out over time.

I am happy with the results so far but would love to give a little feedback with all and future technicians so that I can give 5 stars in future... while I was told the spray is safe for children and pets, it would be so nice if the technicians would wear disposable slippers when entering houses. I do have a very small baby and with carpet I found it upsetting when he was having to walk all over carpet (obviously) while spraying. It would just give me (and I'm sure many others) more peace of mind with small children playing on the carpet knowing that there are not other chemicals/pesticides for them to roll around in.
