Great service! I love that the technician asks if I have any concerns before he starts spraying. I have ant issues in my kitchen and my bathroom and he sprays and puts bait down. He made sure to go around the whole house and spray around my garage and my deck.

Saela does things right!!!! 11/4/22- Johnnie showed up for today's service "in the rain". I offered to ignore today's service, due to the weather. Johnnie wouldn't have it...and performed the work regardless. Saela should be very proud of their professional personnel. Johnnie gets an A+. Thank you. 1/26/23- Kevin was just here doing the first pest control for 2023. As usual he was professional, cordial and thorough. I've been with Saela for 3 years now and will continue.

WOW! We just acquired this property and it had so many huge bugs and spiders EVERYWHERE! Once our first service was completed we noticed a significant drop off of live pesky bugs after about a week or so....!!! Thank you. Trust me this service is so worth it! They can cover inside, outside and tend to bugs, and rodents! Saved our bacon! Yayayaya thank you! Update: since switching to Salea, it's hard to speak with a person who will let us have additional treatments and call center is really rude.

Jack is outstanding! He came the first time to access the situation and found multiple places that needed fixed so mice couldn’t come in! ( things unfortunately not done when the home was built 2 years ago). He set multiple traps. He is very knowledgeable and told me what not to do and what to do. Jack came today to fix openings and was efficient and fast! He is so professional and yet so nice! He showed me what he did, and what he used, and what it does! UPDATE 2/17/20 Jack was out a few days ago and we super informative about what treatment he provided. We discussed the wasp issue and he leveled up the treatment accordingly. I changed my review to 5 stars because I now have a better understanding and greater appreciation for the services they offer. _______ Today was our second application from Edge. Starting today they are just addressing the exterior of our home. The serviceman did a great job of spraying the areas we asked for special attention to be given to as well as the rest of the perimeter/ exterior. So far, the servicemen that have come to our home have been friendly, professional, kind, patient, and considerate. They have done a great job of ensuring that we understand the agreement and the work they will do or have done. I am currently very happy with this service and company. It was easy to add some special requests to the service with a simple call into the office where they notated our account for the service personnel. Why only 4 stars? Because the price is a little high considering the service agreement is two years and I wish they offered a service to address/ remove wasp nests within our fence (for the life of me I cannot understand why people ever built a fence what was hollow - think 4x4 posts with 1x4 slats on either side... asking for pest issues).

I was particularly impressed with my technician Luis, who went above and beyond the call of duty to make me happy. I mean that from the bottom of my heart! He braved my 20 animals and ventured into the crawl space of my 90 year old home to help rid it of mice that just don’t want to leave. Love, love, love this business! They have been awesome both to my family and grandmother! They are always on the ball, giving a heads up call when they're on their way. They then come, asking for anything extra that needs to be done first, then work their magic! They are always clear and transparent, making sure to inform us step-by-step of what they’re doing. We especially appreciate this. And as an added bonus: their chemicals are NON-TOXIC! So I don't have to worry about my pet rabbit or my family members inside or outside. Great!! They answered my phone call at almost 6pm on a Friday night and had one of their guys come out to spray my house that Saturday morning at 9am. I understand that they will not always have that quick of a turn around time but they fit me in when they didn't have to. I was very pleased with their customer service over the phone. The tech that came out was very nice and respectful and did a very thorough job. He explained everything to us before he began and when he finished he told us what he thought our biggest bug problem was and where they were the worst. I was very pleased with our service! Service is always great and they always knock on the door when they arrive. But today he went directly into the backyard without notification, sprayed quickly and left, also without knocking on the door to notify us that he had completed the service and to ask if we needed anything else or had any concerns, which we did but I guess that will now have to wait until next service we can get scheduled.

The technician's took the time and made the extra effort to rid my home of mice successfully. Customer service was outstanding. Unfortunately the outdoor bait boxes are NOT dog proof. Luckily the green bait seemed to "go right through" my dog, making yard pick up an interesting challenge. I am satisfied with this company and would recommend Edge to solve a mouse problem.

We enjoyed the ease of pest control treatments with Edge. We had an earwig infestation in a brand new sandbox We had just built, and the first treatment got rid of them right away. We also had mouse droppings in our shed and haven't seen any new evidence of mice since Edge started treating our property. Very convenient and fairly priced.

We had some initial problems with pricing but worked with Parker and everything is resolved with satisfaction. Thanks for working with us. So far we have had two treatments done on our property and we have seen a significant decrease in pest activity. When they come out to service our home, they are friendly, they listen to our concerns and find out areas we are having problems with then they treat those areas along with the common areas of treatment. Overall, my experience with Edge has been positive. If you're looking for pest control company, give them a try, you will be glad you did.

We had a pest control company who was cheaper before but cheaper isn’t always better. Past company wouldn’t take care of spots that were “too high” or have me tips on how to kill ants myself. Which is fine but not when I’m paying because I pay to not do that myself :) Edge did everything and more. Super thorough and our hiuse has never looked better for pest control! Update July 22, 2022: you know when they sell you, they say, even if you see an ant, call us. if you see a spider, call us. Well, i saw stuff and cobwebs that were missed, and then i asked him, after he sprayed outside, if he was going to spray inside as i had killed 2 spiders, soon to be three, he said, oh thats normal, call us if more come (not his exact words, but what he was getting at. a little frustrating. i spend the 129 per quarter not for 95% pest control. am i wrong for wanting 100%? idk.. 3 stars, once was 5 stars :)

Thank you so much edge. Also the reason I contacted edge is large amounts of construction was very close pushing animal species out of the locations they lived. First time in my life I encountered mice in my home. Was a terrible experience. Edge helped put a end to this. Also no 8 legged beast in your home crawling on u in the middle of the night. First Trevor came and explained about Edge Pest Control.pPet and people friendly sprays and answered all my questions about the program. Once I selected my program, they were able to come that day to start it. B Andrew came and cleared all the webs and other bug indicators from our foundation to the eaves. He then sprayed around the house and the yard perimeter. He specifically asked me about ant sightings and treated those areas. He also left mice boxes in areas of concern. He then indicated someone will come back next week at our convenience to spray the inside of our home. A job professionally done.

Prior to working with them I had a different pest company and the spiders just kept coming back. Caled to request someone to spray our house. Sales Rep told me the price and the cost of each service after that. Long story short, I didn't want to sign a year agreement for this so I told the driver when he called, that I want to cancel. He told me to call in and cancel which I have been trying for over a week. Their phone wait time is terrible, call back from out of state numbers, and then they don't answer when you call back. Their service might be great but their phone process is not!

Very nice people on the phone and friendly polite techs. Been dealing with an ant problem for the whole year since we bought our house and it's still an issue. I wish they could get to the root of the problem and kill the colony instead of keeping them 75% contained for 6-8weeks at a time. No spiders or other pests in or near our home anymore which is great. But I don't plan on renewing my contract.

I was very Impressed with Edge Pest Control employees. I tried to Eradicate the bugs myself with no luck and the money I paid month after month.. I simply had no clue what I was doing.. I research 10 companies to try to find the best company to tackle my bug problem, with no luck.. I contacted Health Department and begged him to help me find a Honest, company who would not rip me off and that gives 100% guaranteed and satisfaction. They have a great recommendation from the Health Department. What I really liked was he listen to me when I was panic, scared, fear that he would put enghout liquid through my home. The only problem was that we didn't know they were coming, so the gate to the back yard was locked. We had to reschedule, which went fine, and everything else was very good. They had sent an email notifying us, but it went to an address that we don't check often, so we made sure the primary contact address was up to date. We're sure it will be fine going forward.

We called them yesterday, their Service Tech arrived this morning and immediately went to work. We have a tremendous problem with the little "Piss Ants". Edge comes out, runs down their original trails and nesting area , treats them as needed, ants are gone. They are gone for several.months and then we find them in a nice neat military file, coming down the corner of an exterior corner of a kitchen cabinet. It's not Edge's fault, they do a very good job when we call and they come without hesitation each time we come.It's not our fault, we just happen to live in a neighborhood that is plaghed with Piss Ants. The ants can't be faulted, they just do what the good Lord put them here on Eath to do. Edge does an excellent job for a ery reasonable price. Their Service Technicians are well trained in entomology, herbology, and the proper pesticides for use when, where, and properly incoming us, the residence of any precautions we need to take for our pets.

Do not use this company. I am locked into a two year contract and they cannot kill ants. Today was third time in about 6 weeks I have had them out for same issue. I was promised manager would come today, no show! The employees are fine business is not! The previous company I had killed ALL bugs, they were sold. I went with this company due to reviews, do not believe .

The work has been generally efficient and thorough this summer, with only a couple of incidents of non-weeds that may have been killed. The lawn looks great. My only reservation about continuing the service next year is cost; I’d be interested in options to reduce the cost in the future

Was in a bit of a pickle - I purchased a new mattress and the mattress company misdiagnosed my home of having bed bugs and refused to set up the mattress. Having been told that, I was in a bit of jam. I called and spoke to Logan who presented some options and was able to schedule a technician Matthew to come out the same day. I was very impressed with the urgency and care they provided to me both over the phone and in person. Luckily, I do not have bed bugs and the carpet beetle problem with be gone with a few of the treatments that they offered. It was a bit expensive, but were able to locate some additional discounts. I would definitely recommend this company!!!

To start, I saw about 5 different types of spiders in one day and I do not do spiders...at all. So I did a quick Google search. I called 2 places beforehand Edge. Both places basically treated my situation like every other let me take your money but don't tell me anything your going through situation..so I hung up. I went to the 3rd choice Google gave me and called them. No one answer but I immediately got a call back within 5 mins. I spoke with one lady who transferred me over to their "specialist" on spiders and we spoke for about 20 mins. I had a lot of concerns! I scheduled my appointment but ended up having to reschedule. I didn't reschedule right away since we were traveling for work and got some interesting VM's from Edge from their account manager, one who even said he felt like me not rescheduling was a brain fart and had no idea why I was not rescheduling.... a little odd, but... Anywho, when the actual appointment happened, the person who came out seemed OK. He wasn't what I expected but he got to work right away. Gave me the video to watch, paperwork to sign and then left. I was a little nervous that I was going to see spiders for 2 weeks like he said after he did the initial, but..surprise surprise...I didnt!! :) So I leave 5 stars for this. These guys do the real job here! They care, they try to get in touch with you because they care and when they come out, they will do the job. I was pleasantly surprised! The fact they have their guarantee that they will come if you ever see spider makes love them more. Call them first if you ever see a spider or bee or whatever! They will take care of it!!

I have been with Edge (now, Eclipse before) for a couple of years and have always been satisfied. I had wasps under my siding and was told by my previous company that they would have to take the siding off to kill them. Casey, at Eclipse told me that he could do it without that. He could and did. I have been with them ever since. They do fence lines, shrubs, garden statues and things like that in addition to spraying around the house. Inside and outside, whatever is needed. I have certainly been bug free since I have been using them. They do watch out for blooming flowers to minimize killing bees. I definitely appreciate that. Great company.
