Our neighbor raved about using Evergreen to keep insects under control and honestly, as a very natural minded mom of young boys, I was very hesitant. Evergreen far exceeded our expectations not only in their safety for children and pets, but their friendly and timely service. They answer when you call and get you on the schedule so fast! We’ve hardly found a creepy crawler in months. And that says a lot with the unimaginable amount of food crumbs of small children and living backed up to a pasture. Our tech even fixed my sons bike chain that fell off while he was servicing our home! All about above and beyond in service! Evergreen has our business for life. I’m so grateful for their friendly, speedy and efficient service.

Fantastic service! We have rarely seen any pests since Evergreen started coming out. It's wonderful. We had a really bad ant and earwig problem, including wasps outdoors. Now we only see an occasional ant from time to time. Our service technician, Marcellous, always does such a thorough job and is very kind. Highly recommend this service if you have resistant pests!

Our technician, Shelby, is very friendly and timely. She kept notes on what we wanted sprayed and things we wanted protected, like the flowers so that we are not destroying the bee population. She was very thorough, dusting the eaves as well as knocking down wasp nests and spraying in our shed. She checked in with me at each day, asking if there was anything in particular I had concerns about. She has been our technician the last couple of times, and we have really appreciated having somebody with familiarity with our home. I would definitely recommend their services. It is nice to get a quarterly visit to be proactive in combating the insects rather than reactive when they are already teeming on the property. They give notice when they are expecting to visit again, and coordinate to best fit our schedule if we would like somebody to be there when they come by. They take care of the exterior and the interior is well when we want it. If we have another problem between scheduled visits, they come out at no extra charge to take care of the issue.

Shelby came out and sprayed inside and outside our house. She is the one that typically comes out to spray our house and does a quick job and is very polite. I’ve never had an issue with Evergreen and they’re extremely responsive. Saw a few bugs and texted them to see if they could put early. They responded within an hour and scheduled an appointment right away. Great customer service and great services overall. If you’re looking for pest control, choose Evergreen!

update- adding a star. They have really worked to ensure that we are satisfied with their service. I am not sure if they had changed something but we had 2 bad treatments back to back that were just ineffective. But since then we haven’t had any issues. I appreciate that they care about their clients. I wasn’t impressed with last quarter’s treatments and had to have them come back out for retreats. Just had another treatment and I can already tell there is a difference. I’m hoping it stays like this unlike last time where we had bugs within a few weeks. I will update if in a few weeks with results.

Marcellous was in my neighborhood taking care of other clients when I approached him. I let him know that I was not available last time evergreen came around for the interior spray and was wondering if he could spare a few minutes or if he even had enough product on him to help me out by doing some spot treatments since we had flying pests that were bugging me. He was EXTREMELY nice and understanding. I really appreciated that he was willing to squeeze me in. The best part to me was that he kindly said he would help me out but that he wanted to take care of the clients on his schedule first then he would double back for me. I think that was very professional to take care of his already existing customers before offering to help me. If I could give you 10 stars I would. Great customer service Marcellous!

Excellent customer service and efficient communication from Benny! His scheduled arrival time was between 2-4pm. He called a little after 2pm to let me know he would be arriving closer 4pm. He wanted to make sure I wasn't waiting around for him for 2 hrs. He gave me a follow up call when he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. I really appreciate his consideration for my time and for keeping our yard and house bug/pest free. Thank you!

I was having a problem with the sugar ant in the hose so I called Evergreen to see when they where scheduled to come out to do the regular service . I was told it would be in two week. I explained my situation with the ants so they said they could send a technician out in four days Ben was the technician. When he arrived he introduced himself and explained his approach on dealing with the ants. He came in inspected our house then he set out some bait and sprayed. He told me not to spray any Raid cause he wanted the ants to take the bait back to their colony. Ben said he would check back in two weeks to see if it was work. After two days we have not had any ants in our house. Ben did call me to see how it was working. So far it is working well. Ben also told me if we did start to see them reappear to let him know and he would come back out to treat again. Ben's professional attitude is awesome. To show concern for the problem and the pride he takes in his job

Evergreen has been a godsend for us. We had a ridiculous amount of hornets and earwigs, and their technicians were helpful in nearly eliminating most of the problem. When our wasps came back over the summer, they came back and took care of them for free. Everyone who I’ve talked to that’s part of this business has been so nice and helpful. I’d highly recommend their services. This last time, Shelby was our technician and she was so kind, answered all of my questions, and was great at her job.

Shelby is the technician (is that the proper title?) That has treated my house twice this year, once in June and just today (Sept 17). She's been wonderful! Shelby is super easy to talk to and very informative. She is super respectful and really helped us get the mouse problem at my house under control. Same goes for hornets and wasps. I didn't see any of them where I didn't want them! We had zero ants this summer. ZERO! We usually get a ton at our house. I would recommend Evergreen to anyone that wants quality pest control services at a complete bargain. I'd give 6 stars if I could! Edit: I wanted to give Logan (salesperson) a shout out too. He was very understanding about the frustrations we have with our landlord and helped us choose the right plan that fit both our budget and our needs, not one vs the other. I never felt pressured to sign anything or pay for things. 12/14/21: Noah came by today to spray my house. Quick and easy! There are times I've considered cancelling my plan with Evergreen because I never see any pests around. That must mean it's working! I'll be sticking around for a long time.

I've been using evergreen for about 2 years now. I've been really happy with the lack of bugs that we've had at the house. It's really cut down on the spider webs that I have had to walk into walking out the door. It has been a really long time since I have gone running downstairs to screaming children because there are spiders in their bedroom. Their team is really responsive when you call them. And really friendly to having the house.

They have been very good at holding to their contract, with one exception. one timeliness -once. Took them 2 weeks to book a revisit. Wasps can do a lot in that time -so I would have preferred a few days. But of course, the labor market is rough these days.

The treament was for "a return with a vengence of the box elder and marmorated stink bugs." Noah was very professional (as was Shelby) when he arrived for the treatment. I agreed to watch for them for the next two weeks to make sure they are gone. They left after Shelby treated the dwelling and two out buildings for them and I suspect they will do the same again. If not I'm sure we can fix it. Thanks to the entire Evergreen Pest Solutions team for the help.

I'm giving a 3 for friendliness. I was not satisfied with my first spray from Evergreen. Also, instead of charging $39/service, they actually charge $39/month. The door-to-door salesman will lead you to believe differently and that this is some great deal. Read the fine print! Also the young technician who came to my house without a mask claimed he let his buddy borrow his...really? Then he asked for my 5-star review because it helps him get a bonus of some sort. Anyway, I felt so duped on my doorstep that I actually just paid the $130 required to get out of the 2-year contract, which is so odd to have anyway. So all-in-all, I paid $249 for 1 spray and my freedom back. I plan to switch to a local business that has no contract or monthly fee.

Nate did our first service today and not only did an amazing job, but while spraying the garage noticed a $100 bill lying on the garage floor. He immediately picked it up and brought it to me. Who does that these days!? Who is that honest? Obviously this company hires quality techs with integrity and character. VERY happy with this company and VERY grateful to Nate. We will definitely stay with this company. (As this is our first service, I will update later about the pest control. but can already tell you that we appreciate that they use non-toxic solutions that are safe for pets and kids.)

So I was really excited about this company at first, especially because they lock you into a contract which really means they can treat you however they want and they lose nothing. I really appreciate the fact that I can call whenever and have a spray scheduled even outside of my regularly quarterly service but what has me giving them a 3 star review is the fact that they reschedule OFTEN. This last service they’ve rescheduled on me 3 times for one reason or another. First it was the high winds, second it was the fact we were having roofing work done and they apparently aren’t allowed to spray to avoid getting spray on the contractors stuff (a generator and a ladder 😬) then it was due to the rain. When I finally got upset the third time the gal on the phone told me they wouldn’t be able to come out for 2 weeks, but they make sure to take my money out EVERY SINGLE MONTH. When I told her it was unacceptable that I was being scheduled so far out after being rescheduled so many times already she said she would try to fit me in earlier and call me back. It’s been 2 weeks; I never heard back. My husband and I are discussing other options.

I love Evergreen for the bugs. It is a great service at an exceptional value. They always take care of the interior, spraying down the baseboards and "flushing out" our wall voids for any pests we see. I love how on the exterior they make sure that nothing is getting in by spraying product at the base of our home, and even in our problem areas around the eaves. Their yard treatment is also exceptional; we almost never see any ants in the backyard anymore (except from the occasional one that wanders in haha). Honestly a great service, all the employees I've talked to are very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a solid deal because their trucks were in the neighborhood servicing a lot of my other neighbors. Highly recommend them for any pest problems!
