Isaiah, our rep/technician from Croach, is awesome. He is always very polite and personable, and makes sure to ask if there are any specific problem areas or places that he should focus on. He works thoroughly but efficiently, which is really helpful when we have our dogs at home. Overall our service from Croach has been stellar and the price is very reasonable. I love that they don’t just stick to periodically spraying, but will also come out as-needed for specific issues without any additional costs. Isaiah came out multiple times in a week period due to get rid of wasp nests that were starting to form, which we really appreciated.

When the sales rep came out he said their service included getting rid of all the cobwebs at the exterior of the house. This was not the case when the service was preformed. In addition, one wasp nest still remains under one of the eaves. After seeing my 3 star review, Jordan contacted me and said he would be back out in less than 2 hours to address the areas mentioned. The two technicians, Mike & Adam, who have been two my property consistently these past 2 quarters are incredibly knowledgeable and extremely understanding and helpful. Considering I have troubled them a lot this year with a very long (time-wise) project I have been working around my home, I know it has been an extra challenge for them to work with me. Update: I contacted Justin (owner) he gave me a refund for my last payment. He was very understanding and caring. I called to cancel my service and they agreed sent me an email stating that everything was fine and that they had canceled my service and then turned around and charged my debit card. I had wasp and wasp nest I pointed them out to the service tech and they missed about six of them and had to come back out. I also had ants in the backyard and in the front and they came out and supposedly treated for those and I still had ants after they had treated my house twice. The salesman was like talking to a used car salesman.

It is terrible in our area and the nests were so high up on our eves there is no was we could have taken care of them although we bought our fair share of wasp spray. They knocked down the nest, sprayed and cleaned our house and the mess the nests made. I have seen very few spiders because they’re not magicians and spiders are going to appear here and there but nothing like before when I was spraying constantly. I only called between service one time for mice that come from the field behind us and they took care of us quickly and professionally. EDIT though the service was done well, i later found that i was not informed that this was a year long contract at three times the price i was told.. i'm on a fixed income and could not afford to continue.. they don't make it easy to stop service; there is a $200 'early termination fee' involved so at this point i've now paid $486 to get rid of a nest of wasps.... not really worth the cost... unless you have some real pest issues then try taking care of them yourself... they get going on the threats of legal action pretty quick... again, NOT WORTH THE COST...
