We were seeing a mouse in our home about once a week and we have 2 cats! After Affinity 1st visit, did not see any signs of mice. They came back for a follow up and did even more to ensure we can keep mice out of our home. The technician was thorough and explained all the means he was using very well. Adding to this review. Everyone is so professional there! We met Daniel today and not surprising at all, he was simply amazing to work with! If you need help, call Affinity and save yourself the time and hassle of shopping around. First they took our call at 9pm at night for general questions. We really like that. With a busy life it’s important. Second, Scott came on time and was very thorough and very informative. Our house was treated and we are looking forward to having a pest free home. He even gave me some tips for between that I can Do on my own if need be. Course they come out between services if need be as well.

We have always had earwigs around here, Especially when the farmers spray at the beginning of the year, all the bugs and earwigs flee to our property and house. But this year they have been way worse. I seriously couldn’t take it anymore. I was finding them in my babies crib and my toddler‘s bed. I googled and called around a few different places and this business was able to get us in the soonest. They were also the most professional on the phone. They did an amazing job, the young man that came out was very professional and courteous. When he came I was starting to get kids to bed, so he did the inside of the house first. And since they’ve come out I have noticed hundreds of dead earwigs on the front and back porch every morning. And I sweep those porches every night before bed. I 100% recommend this company for any pest control service, especially earwigs.

I love Affinity! They have been able to keep the earwigs and spiders at bay and I am so grateful! Daniel was respectful of my home and wore shoe covers. He asked me which areas I would like treated and paid special attention to problem doors where the bugs come in. He even closed the back gate when he was done so that my dog wouldn't get out. Affinity pest control is fantastic! The first year we were in our home we were OVERRUN by box elder bugs spiders and more bugs. They came out and sprayed everywhere inside and out. And our pest problems were greatly reduced. We have a few spiders on and off but usually they are the tiny ones that are just going to happen. Any time we might possibly need them they come out in between services but I think I maybe called them once for an extra spray over the last 3 years. They are extremely responsive. And this year when I needed to split my yearly payment up over seperate paychecks they worked with me with absolutely no hesitation or frustration. Honestly I couldn't advocate for them enough!

This was my first service with Affinity. My property has been serviced for years by another company. After it became apparent that their service had been reduced to what amounted to about 15 minutes with a quick spray, I decided to give Affinity a try. Daniel was very thorough, both inside and outside of the home, as well as the garage and shop. He was doing things that I had not seen done in years with my previous pest control company, such as running a sweep pole to clean all the eves, light poles and patio awning. Once inside, he thoroughly treated for insects in every room of the house. I will continue to use and recommend Affinity so long as their service remains at this high level of quality. Daniel came and did the initial work, so far I'm very impressed. He went around the exterior of the house thoroughly cleaning the spider webs, cobwebs and new/old wasp nests, the house looks great! Even wiped the sheds down. We also have a pretty serious ant problem and he took the time to hunt them down to place the gel they use in the best spot. I signed up for their quarterly plan and texted their text line a few days before my next service because we were being dive-bombed by yellow jackets at our front door. They pushed up my service a few days. The gentleman that came the second time was just as attentive and removed several yellow jacket nests and took care of other problems I was not aware of. Being allergic to yellow jackets, wasps, bees, and hornets, I'm a little wuss when it comes to icky flying, stinging pests so I put my confidence in a company that will keep my family and me safe. And, if I need to have them come back between my quarterly services, they do it for free. Highly recommend Affinity!

Scott, the owner of Affinity Pest Control took my call and was very kind and professional from the start. He was prompt and was even able to arrive earlier than scheduled, but not without calling me first to confirm that it would be OK to arrive early. He and his assistant spent time carefully spraying the areas of concern and went above and beyond by placing a mouse bait in the garage to check for mice activity. I didnt have to ask for this, he just did this at no extra charge! So far I haven't let my animals outside yet, since I am waiting for the sprayed areas to dry, but hopefully when my cats play in the grass, they will be fine, as he assured me. There was no pressure sales in the entire transaction and that was a welcomed change from other bug barrier companies I had called to get quotes. Plus, although one could be in a contract, Scott didnt pressure me to sign a contract, as I just need this bug barrier periodically not on any schedule.

We moved into our new home in February 2020 and noticed we had more than a few spiders in our basement. Then we noticed them in the garage. Then when I finally pulled weeds by the house, we were overrun with ear wigs! I sent my boyfriend on a mission to get a pest control company called. He chose Affinity. Two employees came out and did a thorough spray of both the inside and outside of the house. Not long after that first spray, I stopped spiders in the house (boyfriend has seen a couple stragglers in the garage) and the ear wigs have found somewhere else to hide. Just had our second round of spray and Daniel came out solo. I finally learned that Affinity is a family owned and operated business. Daniel is super professional and did another thorough outside spray and hit the garage one more time. The best part about Affinity is that if you have any trouble between quarterly sprays, they will come out for free to hit them again! Can’t recommend them enough!

They (Scott & Leslie) arrived and I met them at the door. My husband is a day sleeper so I asked them to use inside voices as well as silence their cell phones because he was sleeping. They were compliant and respectful to my wishes. Scott put shoe covers on before entering my home. He did a thorough job and answered all my questions. Leslie worked outside cob webbing and getting rid of wasp nests. Then Scott joined her outside to do foundation work. I watched from my camra surveillance as they did the outside work. Needless to say they did a fantastic and thorough job outside as well. Even including the wooden part of my fenceline where wasps like to build their nests. I am on their quarterly pest package and I'm looking forward to many years of service with them.
