Steve and Stewart were both incredibly helpful and professional. Steve looked around our whole house for potential entry points for pests. We paid them to seal interior and exterior entry points and were very happy with their work. They were very friendly and very fair in their pricing. Of course, the best outcome was they got rid of the pests that had taken over our home. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a straightforward and honest company.

One of the most professional and organized companies I have ever dealt with! I called them and explained my problem. I was given a price and later they texted me with a very detailed proactive plan of how they will solve the problem. They followed up with other texts to confirm time of arrival. Stewart texted me before his arrival with a picture of his truck so I would know it was him. He came out and was on time. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about any questions I had. He was very thorough with the inspection and the treatment. He explained what to expect and what I needed to do and when he would be back to follow up. It has only been a few days and I can already see a difference in my home. The price for services was reasonable (and cheaper than the previous company I used who couldn't solve my problem) and it was the same amount that was quoted over the phone - no extra charges. I highly recommend this company - much better service than the larger company I used previously! My aunt recommended them to me and I am so glad she did!

Good Neighbor Pest Services is the best pest control service I've ever used. I used another company for almost four years and even though their pest solution was all natural, it never really got rid of the bugs. After one exterior spray from GNPS, I noticed a HUGE decrease in spiders AND wasps! Spiders are only around because there is food so, it's a relief to not have them hanging out in the house now. They are also very understanding and flexible with scheduling. I appreciate that as our family schedule is often unpredictible. I am definitely pleased with their service. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them indefinitely.

They didn’t make us schedule a quote, wait, then set it up two weeks later, sign a contract full of hidden fees- they talked to me, and immediately set something up, and we were good to go. We heard about Good Neighbor from one our employee's that used them and had good reviews about them. We were having an ant problem at the clinic and Steve came right away to inspect and treat the problem. He was very professional and took his time making sure he treated every area. We haven't seen any ants since then. We were very pleased with their service.

I’ve live in another state for over 10 years now and I have had to try and find different services for my mom who getting up in age, not really knowing who is trustworthy, reliable, and dependable in the area anymore after being away for so long. My mom was starting to have big problems with rats/mice and didn’t know who to call. Just like most of us would do, I started with a Google search in the area. I was after an independent small business that would not break the bank and low and behold at 6:30 on a Friday evening, Good Neighbor answers my call. I explained what was going on and and after thoroughly explaining to me the process via phone and text,, they were able to get me on the schedule the following week. Steve and Stewart worked as both Batman(no Robin’s) in addressing the issue and then making sure there was not away for them to come back in the house once they got them out. The company was VERY responsive and took the time to answer ANY questions we had. I was able to fly in for one of the treatments and meet Steve and he was very thorough in answering any questions I had. He was very engaging and down to earth, explained everything simple, speaking with care and concern. He let us know his goal was not only to get rid is the problem, but in the most cost-efficient way possible! And I believe he has succeeded! It has been hard for years being so far away from my mom, especially now since my dad past away at the end of last year, and not really having quick access to her from day to day. But Good Neighbor definitely gave me comfort in knowing they were taking care of the issue, providing superior service at a very good price! There are still good, family owned small businesses out there that care not only about making a dollar but care about their customer and getting the job done right! Good Neighbor is one of them!!! I’m very happy a simple Google search led me to them!!

We absolutely love Good Neighbors Pest Services! In the past, we’d been seeing several brown recluse spiders in our basement area. But since we’ve started using them, we’ve found absolutely no bugs or spiders on the sticky pads we put out. Stewart is always so friendly and professional, as well as always on time. I highly recommend Good Neighbor Pest Services! Mr. Steve and Stewart are very honest and fair. Stewart sealed all entry points in our home and went the extra mile to clean draws etc. If you want honest and skilled professionals I highly recommend them. Other companies gave unjustifiably high estimate costs and they explained to me why they were charging for every dollar and performed our exclusion less than half of the other companies. I cannot say in a loud enough voice or with more emphatic language how impressed I was with Good Neighbor. They met us in a critical time of need for our business. We had someone carry fleas into out business and in the next few days, we found ourselves with an infestation at the store and even at our employees homes. Steve and Stewart jumped on it immediately and treated all locations and even the vehicles our employees drive. Their commitment to excellence and service was not represented in the other companies we talked to at the time. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Stewart explained everything to a T from what the plan was to showing us exactly what all he did while here (we had to leave for an hour for the flea spray due to having children.) he walked us completely through our home and got into spaces I would have never gone into to bait for rodents! We had a horrible rodent infestation due to living in a pea field. Stewart came to the rescue! We was hesitant about putting poison out in the house due to having small animals but Stewart assured us they would be fine! Which was super good to hear! He set poison in a small lock box out of the dogs reach in each room and 2 outside. Plus the boxes are so small dogs couldn’t get in plus it took a special key! Well 4 weeks later in our house are NO MORE RODENTS! we are not giving up yet he came for a second visit yesterday and did the same process, just to make sure we got em!! These guys are amazing wished I would have used them the first time we had rodents instead of COOKs. I highly recommend these guys they are super friendly and know their stuff! Their prices are amazing and They are now my rodent and pest kings! Thank you guys!!!!

Steve is great! At first I used him just outside because I was in one of those pest control contracts. The contracted people did not send out reputable people so I asked Steve about servicing my whole home. He talked with me to learn what my needs were and began addressing the issues day one. These guys are hands down THE BEST. I have tried several other pest control companies and could never get anyone to come out consistently or even get a call back. We had a big rodent problem due to 2 recently abandoned houses that have not been kept up. They answered my message very quickly, and came out the day after I reached out. They send you reminders of your upcoming service, receipts, and what your payment will be before they come to your home. They also send you a picture of who is coming to service your house and what kind of vehicle they drive, and they text you when they are on the way and an approximate time of arrival. Within one service we noticed a huge difference and within 3 our problem is gone! Now I am getting an 3-5 week maintenance for rodents, mosquitoes, roaches and ants. They have very fair prices and bundle prices for more than one service. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Stewart noticed evidence of a mouse in an outside room that I was completely unaware of and he placed sticky pads and a trap since I didn't want to risk poisoning my pets. What caught my eye was that great reviews that others where leaving, so I decided to give them a call. I am so glad that I did! Steve came a few days later and did a through spray inside and outside of my house. He was polite and knowledgeable about pest control. He gave us options based off of our needs. He even noticed a small hole outside near out AC unit that needed plugged to keep pests out! He is very responsive to his calls and texts. We called Good Neighbor Pest Services to put a stop to bugs etc before it became a problem. We chose them because of their online reviews. They are very good. Best pest services we have used. They came for a 2nd visit after 4 weeks for routine maintenance & to battle chipmunks in the yard.
