We contacted TruTech due to a significant vat problem in our attic and we were immediately put in touch with Shane Glover from the Florence area. Shane was a true professional in every way. He managed the bat eviction process with care, concern and environmental/conservation responsibility. After investigating the possible entry locations, he closed all the potential entries and was very careful to ensure that it did not damage our home. He further cleaned and disinfected the area completely. I am very happy to say that the project has been completed to great satisfaction. Shane was great to work with and i would not hesitate to recommend him and TruTech.

Called Critter Control because I was hearing noises from the ceiling and within the wall. Bill Cobb came out right away and did a though inspection outside and in the attic. Found there were flying squirrels and roof rats getting in the house. Jared came out on a Saturday and sealed the places they were using to enter and put out traps. Both these gentlemen and Jared's helper were professional, friendly and knew what they were talking about. They took the time to explain the problem in detail and how to solve it . Very responsive service .

We've been using Trutech for almost 3 years (on a monthly basis). I had been having many problems with rats, snakes, bats (oh, my!). We live in a very wooded area, and my problems have since been almost eradicated. Thus, I would not dare cancel my monthly service. In fact, I had an emergency situation today where my cat brought a chipmunk inside the house. My tech, Casey, came and handled my problem within the same day -- humanely to boot. This kind of service is pretty unheard of and suffice it to say goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this company.
