I woke up to a varmint in my microwave vent. I called and left a message. Jason got back to me well within the hour commitment on the voice mail that I did reach. He was great about checking the vent on the roof. He found bird feathers but by the time we could check further the bird was gone. He suggested a screen for the vent cover. I had spare screen the size he recommended that fit the vent so he installed it for me! Now I don't have to worry about that problem ever again! Very happy with my experience and will not hesitate to call Best Pest Control if needs be in the future! Thank you! Great Job!

Great experience with Best Pest Control! Josh was great to work with, helped us get rid of a major hornet nest so our kids could get back into the backyard and we could keep our sanity. Had slight confusion on the billing and they made it right immediately. Highly recommend, will definitely be using again if needed.

Lance and his assistant were very professional, decisive and courteous. The work done was logical and they were thoughtful about pricing. We ended up treating one room instead of the whole house based on Lance’s judgement. Great job!

scheduled appt 10 days ahead of time. active problem with spiders. best pest was short an employee (i found out later) and they simply cancelled my appt without telling me. not apologetic when i called them. leaves me in a bind about the spiders. they did not match their name. ADDENDUM: best pest control recovered from their initial poor customer service. at a second appointment, jordan responded promptly. he was professional, thorough and courteous. i will use them again now
