I never knew much about Terminix, but when we were having mice in our storage room we decided to give them ago. Our home inspector Stan was so friendly and wrote out what we needed to do. We have had great service from the whole team and they communicate with texts and calls. Highly recommend!

I rented a condo that turned out to be infested with creepy crawlers. I was alerted by the air vent cleaner & immediately called Terminix. (They were great working with me with my mom’s vermin infestation so it was a natural choice.) That was several years ago and we still have a relationship. If my landlord would fix the entry points it would help. 🙃

I called Terminex to deal with a rodent issue, specifically. Terminex sent an inspector who examined every nook and cranny of my condo and made some recommendations regarding blocking entry points for the rodents. The technician then came out, further inspected, and set a multitude of traps for the rodents. He also sprayed my unit, inside and out, for other pesky critters, all the while explaining what he was doing. I found the Terminex personnel to be courteous, thorough and highly professional.

Because you call the day before and if that is inconvenient, your agent does not make the new appointment that I suggested. Also, I waited one (1) month and NO ONE contacted me about rescheduling. I had to initiate the call and then when I was given a date, the tech called me on another day to fulfill the appointment. And then, he wasn't clear on why he was coming by. It was for the annual termite inspection. You folks really have to get your act together.

JeRoyce is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and responsive Technicians at Terminix! Whenever we have a question, or need service right away he answers the phone, and/or shows up at our residence on time and takes care of the mice issues in the garage. He then makes sure everything is setup right. If a mouse tries to make its way in, it never gets far! The way JeRoyce has the traps set has given our family peace of mind. He is personable and now has a good relationship with our family. I am so glad that he is my assigned Pest Control Technician at Terminix!

And on the occasion I need a little a quick visit in between, they are Johnny On The Spot, and it's no additional charge. Ron who has been servicing customers for 32 years was great! This was my initial visit and he took the time to get to know me and the issues we were experiencing. His experience and level of customer service confirmed I made the right choice by selecting Terminix. I will let my friends know about Terminix and that they should go with them if they have any pest problems. Especially if they live near me since Ron will be servicing them. I’ve dealt with many companies in my line of work. Employees like Ron are a rare find and a dying breed. My only suggestion make sure you hold on to him.

Our technician Nick was kind & thorough. I’d rate him a 10/10! He contacted me the night before, although we didn’t chat & the day of. When he arrived we reviewed my concerns (carpenter bees & a rat). He treated our property & said he didn’t have a rat trap so he’d set up an additional service stop for us next week. Thanks Nick! However, I’m extremely disappointed in Terminex’s online system & responsiveness. We noticed our carpenter bees were back and making new holes in our back step railing. Despite being close to our mid-August service date, I requested an additional service on the afternoon of August 1st. Carpenter bees were causing damage to my property & as I’ve been told, I’m well within my contractual agreement to request service. I received a confirmation email of my follow up request stating a technician would contact me and NO ONE DID. While Nick apologized, not that it was his fault, the fact that I’m paying for a service & my request was ignored is unacceptable. Sure I could have called & followed up myself, but I was 9 months pregnant & now have a one week old baby. So by the time someone came out, Nick for my regular service, there was MULTIPLE carpenter bee holes in my back steps. While I’ve been very pleased with the technicians that have visited our home for treatment, I’m frustrated with the company. For our annual termite inspection someone cancelled the inspection appointment I purposefully made on a day I could be home without telling me. (I had a confirmation email of the appointment. No notice of cancellation) No one could tell me where the appointment went & I had to reschedule. Then this. I’m starting to feel like I need to find another company that maintains better records, cares about the treatment of their customers, and responds.

Curtis was the professional technician that responded to our home to remove a bald faced hornets nest. He clearly explained the process upon arrival and worked quickly to remove the nest. He was very kind. Although his job is to extend satisfactory customer service, he didn’t do that he gave exemplary service. A few days later I received my service and so far so good. The serviceman did not volunteer to change the glue boards, but he did leave a few for us to change them. We do not have any extra glue boards left to change them between visits.We are concerned that we did not receive a phone call or an e-mail notifying us of the scheduled service in advance of the visit. The serviceman said he called that morning (we did not receive the call) and we saw an e-mail that morning stating that he was on the way. We need at least a day prior notice because it is important that the serviceman has access to the basement and the garage so he can treat these areas.

I'm on the fence with this company. I have a contract with them and they do get rid of the bug issue, my only gripe is with the customer service. If you are a new customer, you have no issues getting someone on the phone BUT! If you are an existing customer it becomes next to impossible to get someone on the phone. Fix this issue and ill give them 5 stars easy!!

I would have given a score of 10. However, I spoke with 2 customer service agents on Tuesday. The first agent was rude, hostile, and attempted to be very persuasive. Instead of having patience with me was rushing. Furthermore, when I was scheduling the appointment I stated I had just lost a family member and have to book my appointment around that time. The agent acts if I did not state anything that was important. At that moment, I decided to cancel my appointment. Later, I called back and spoke with a different agent who was understanding, patient, and understood my time restrictions. Even when the specialist came out he was so pleasant, respectful of my home, and informative. The initial person I spoke to is a poor representation of Terminix.

Everyone was friendly and my technician was on time and explained everything that needed to be done and the plan! I love that multiple pest services can be included in your plan! We are trying to deter rodents from our backyard and getting into the trash and get rid of ants and it’s good that they can take care of all of those things I’m happy about that.

Mr. Parsons, Is very knowledgeable about his work and pest, we have a garden outside and he made suggestions on what we should do. If we have issues plus when we asked him questions about what he was looking for he gladly answered them and explained why he was doing it. For instance he flashed his light along the walls and explained to me that he was looking clues of termite damage if we had any. His inspection was top notch, he made a phone call a d had a service person come out the same day to service my house and property. Once the young man was finished he explained everything to us. He installed termite bate base traps around the outside of my house. My Dad was in the business for over 46 years he would have been satisfied with the two of them on their job knowledgeable, thank you.

I've had Terminix service for several years, with four annual visits. I initially called Terminix because of an ants invading the house. What I didn't anticipate was that in addition to eliminating the ant problem in the house, I now see far fewer ants outside when I garden (in some spots around the house, there used to be so many, they would crawl up my arm while I tried to weed) I no longer have huge spiders spinning their webs between the lamppost and my house and the mud wasp nests get swept away. If, between regular visits, I see a problem developing, I just call Terminix and at no extra charge, Nnamdi, my Terminix technician, will come out and take care of it. I also like the fact that I always see the same technician - and not someone different every time. I'm very pleased I called Terminix.
