From my initial phone call to the office to the end of our inspection and treatment, the staff of Pest Czar were extremely considerate, professional, and friendly. Making an appointment was quick and easy. Ryan, the technician that came to our house, was knowledgeable, thorough, and very helpful. He explained so much to us and made us comfortable with signing up for an annual treatment plan and made sure we understood the terms and what is included. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Ryan and would highly recommend this company!

Jennifer (the Office Manager) is absolutely outstanding! She is so incredibly personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. She recommended Joe to be our technician because we have one very large dog (a Great Dane/Black Lab mix) and a medium-sized dog (English Shepherd), and Joe is an animal lover. Jennifer was absolutely spot on with suggesting Joe! Not only was he great with our dog's (and our dog's absolutely loved him!) but he was also VERY knowledgeable about the products that he was using to get rid of our ant, and Oriental cockroach(water bug's) problem. I cannot say enough great thing's about this company, and ESPECIALLY their employees! From the first initial contact (I requested an estimate online on their website), to Jennifer calling me a short time after I requested the estimate, asking Jennifer several questions regarding the application of the products and whether or not it's safe for my animal's, to having several very wonderful, and extensive conversations with Jennifer about our dog's, to Jennifer making sure that we received their $100 off deal that they were running until the 1st of July, to her reaching out to me right after I signed the contract to get us scheduled as soon as possible, to suggesting Joe because he's such an animal lover, and then finally to Joe calling when he was on his way to our home, to showing up at our home (our appointment window was 12pm-4pm) right at 12pm, Joe coming into our home and immediately loving on our dog's, explaining why we are having the problem with the bug's, explaining what he was going to do every step of the way on the inside and the outside of our home before he did it, to asking several times if I had any questions along the way, to Joe actually applying the product's, and finally, after Joe was finished applying the products to all the areas he said he was going to, he asked me one final time if I had any questions for him about anything. This company is beyond thorough, professional, pet-friendly, and geared toward customer satisfaction in all aspects! As I said before, I cannot say enough great thing's about Pest Czar, Jennifer, and Joe!!! We are VERY satisfied customers and I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone who is in need of pest services! A+++!

Pest Czar has a very customer oriented and quick response company culture. The persons I have directed dealt with the past year are Jennifer the supervisor and dispatcher to the technicians and also customer service contact person and Erica owner of the company. They have been very helpful in dealing with a tenant that made it difficult to conduct a regularly scheduled visit. Jennifer was able to accommodate the visits based on the ever-changing schedule of the tenant. Erica has also stepped and helped with some the issues were having and picking up the slack when Jennifer had a family emergency and communicated with Jennifer to follow up on the task at hand. Their staff always arrives on the schedule time down to the minute/ Ryan was the tech who was assigned to the most current visit at the rental property. Ryan Dilling is thorough and a very competent technician. He visited the rental property that was due for a quarterly checkup. He was able to perform his duty despite the unfriendly and uncooperative tenant who was there at the time of his service call. He gathered important documents supported with pictures that may indicate the cause of the pest problem the tenant has been complaining about. His report is very useful in our effort to mitigate the pest problem that the resident has expressed about. Ryan, thank you very much for your professionalism and your detail-oriented approach in dealing with issue. I highly recommend Pest Czar for all extermination services. I contacted Pet Czar via the online application for a quote and within the next 12-24hra received a personal quote. I had a fair number of questions which Jennifer answered in full and patiently (emphasis on patiently because my experience with exterminators was nonexistent). She was able to schedule me in a timeline that best suited my schedule. Fast forward to today and technician Ryan called to let me know he was on his way. He too was incredibly pleasant and was able to answer questions, provide guidance and even give me some helpful tidbits that I wouldn’t have known otherwise. I felt super comfortable with him in our home and then how to proceed. The products he used were more advanced that what I would be able to purchase myself for the most part and placed in areas I wouldn’t have thought necessary. The products with poison were placed in a way that wouldn’t harm our dog and I truly appreciated that. While I hope this visit ends up being a one and done, the reality is it probably won’t be, but I would completely recommend this company for anyone looking to solve a mice problem.

There are a lot of fly by night pest control companies out there. And this is NOT one of them. Pest Czar is professional, friendly, and reliable when it comes to your pest control needs. I have used them for two properties the past few years and they have been incredibly responsive. Jennifer, the office manager, always responds to my calls and shares her expertise. And Matt is an excellent technician. If you have pest issues, from bed bugs to moths, this is the company you want to call.

I looked at dozens of pest companies over a 4 month period. There were complaints here and there. I just took the leap with PC. I DID NOT want another contract, but I needed the roaches gone ASAP. The service was so great, I didn't mind the contract. The issues were irradiated after 3 months. There was one young man that would cover his footwear inside the house; my tenant loved that. Hopefully, I won't have to use the service again, but if I do, the research is already done.

I have utilized Pest Czar for about 2 and a half years and they are always exceptional! They offer pretty much any service you can think of when it comes to pest control and they have kept my home pest free. What I love most is how they offer service with a personal touch. Had a large Hornets nest on my shed. Call and booked an appoinment which was very easy. Jennifer was plesent and let me know Joe was my man I woudl see and he would be out promptly. Joe called before arrival to let me knwo he was on his way, once at the property he determined that he could get rid of my problem immediately. We did not hesitate after several stings, and Joe showed us afterwards what we had going on, and gave us some good advice moving forward. Very professional and personable. Response time ws quick and thought the value for the removal of the hive was well worth the price. No hard selling after removal for preventitive maintenance which I believe is something that most others would try and sell. I would use this company again. Joe was great.

Bryan has been an absolute joy to work with on my first visit! I used another (more expensive) company beforehand and was so happy a neighbor referred me to Pest Czar for my second time around. I can’t lie, I’m happy it’s a woman-owned business as well! A lucky “extra” that I appreciate. Bryan spent the time telling me what’s going on in my home, checked everywhere I requested and set out bait stations and traps, which is something the other company didn’t do! (Just glue boards from them.). He even calmed my nerves about the whole thing (happy about my quick therapy session) :) Additionally, he was absolutely knowledgeable about my WHOLE plan, not just rushing in to set some traps and getting to the next appointment. I appreciate that the company seems to care for their customers and aren’t only worried about the bottom line. I feel extremely comfortable and am actually looking forward to the second visit to see how everything has worked. I have confidence Bryan will continue to troubleshoot my issue if results aren’t what he initially expects. He took into account that I have a dog and made sure to place traps where they’re inaccessible. I got the indoor and outdoor plan and initially, I’m going to say it’s absolutely worth the money. I will report back if it’s not, but I’m confident I won’t have to do that. I highly recommend Pest Czar. To have a company actually care about customer service AND the actual job, is really nice.

So far our experience with Pest Czar has been great! We moved into a new place and after a couple days, noticed a mouse running along our baseboards. We have been getting the quarterly service for about a year now and have been incredibly happy with everything. Each time they are getting ready to come out they call to touch base and ask if we've been seeing anything new, which seems simple but it's helpful to be prompted. They are also responsive to calls I've made with questions and while they will always let me know about services they offer which are relevant, they are never pushy. They also do their own inspections while they are here, and this time our service provider Ryan found a yellow jacket's nest that I had no idea about (right on our front porch!). He let me know since it would require a different kind of spray and we have mentioned we have a small child so we want to pay attention to what chemicals he would potentially be exposed to. I had a little mouse problem and had them come out. Ryan D. came out and was very knowledgeable and nice. We ended up catching a few mice soon after he came and set up traps and bait stations. I haven't seen any since then. So overall I am happy with the service they provided and my technician. Only complaint is that the service was fairly expensive. It was $295 and the technician was only there for probably a half an hour to an hour. I get the technician is trained and has a skill/knowledge base of where to put things and what to look for but it seems like a high price to pay to basically just put out some traps and bait.

Definitely recommend Pest Czar! We came back from vacation to some mice invading our townhouse. After mostly failing to catch them myself for a week, I contacted pest czar for some professional help. They responded very quickly and our technician, Tim, was great. He searched the whole house for the root of the problem and gave me a fair and upfront price, and then immediately started treating the issue. Within a day or two we were very relieved to stopped seeing any signs of the mice. We also have peace of mind with a 90 day warranty if they try to come back. Update: Years later we are still very happy with Pest Czar. The technician Joe was excellent and went above and beyond today. Very satisfied with the service.

He identified an outside entry point for pests today and promptly sealed it to prevent future issues. He apologized for not catching it earlier. The Pest Czar is owner operated which made me feel more comfortable. I was given same day service. The owner was very professional - He slipped booties over his shoes to protect my flooring. He answered all of my questions. His mouse traps were much better than the ones I purchased at the store. I had a wasp nest on my front porch and I tried to spray it myself but it didn't work. Also 2 about 30ft high. Found Pest Czar on Google and saw the high ratings. Gave them a call and from the first conversation I knew it was the correct choice!! They came today less than 30 min after the starting window.Tim and his partner were so nice and very knowledgeable, answering ALL my questions and letting me know that I had yellow jackets and paper wasps. They knocked down the 2 nests on my top floor and took the nests with them and sprayed all 3 areas. Then when it came to charge me they took some money off because it wasn't that complicated. Pest Czar is great! I had made tons of inquiries with no response and had phone calls with empty promises to get right back to me from other companies. But Erika emailed me (which for me is so much easier at work) right away and set something up. Sasa was on time and they email and call with updates on exact timing so you aren't just wasting your day waiting. He thoroughly checked the entire house along with outdoors, gave me a quote with options and didn't try to sell me anything unnessary. He told me exactly what he was doing and why (very knowledgeable) and they take notes so you don't have to explain the situation during a follow up. They actually reminded me to schedule the follow up (which is free of charge) and someone else came 2 weeks later that was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Most recently I got a kitten and and was very worried about possible traps or poison hurting her. Even though they put everything in areas that likely can't be accessed by pets, Erika again got back to me immediately and arranged the very next day to send Sasa back out on a Saturday which is supposed to be a day off because I was worried. They are professional, personable, honest, and reasonable. I can't really even think of any way a frustrating experience such as rodent issues could have been handled any better - I have zero suggestions or complaints, and to be honest I'm not exactly a laid back unpicky person. Do not waste your time with larger companies, you won't find anyone better and I highly recommend!

Sasa, the owner, is very knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working and passionate about his work. It took him three visits to treat our carpenter bee problem. He first thoroughly examined our house and quickly identified the affected areas. He identified the problem not just from our complained area, but more areas that we were not aware of. Then he communicated with us about his assessment and explained to us how he would treat the problem. He even went out of his way to our attic to apply the treatment. After two visits of treatment to be sure that there were no bee activities anymore, he came back to seal all the holes that were penetrated by the bees. He also educated us on how to look for signs of infection from other pests. Their price is so reasonable and their services are exceptional! Pest Czar is a company that I trust and I highly recommend it to those who have pest problems.

I called Pest Czar when I couldn't handle the skittering and gnawing sounds that I heard in my attic. Turns out it was a good thing I called because i had squirrels in my attic. Sasha and Tim showed up on a Monday and explained the service completely and then began setting traps. The week went as follows...Tuesday: squirrel caught, Wednesday: squirrel caught, Thursday: nothing, and Friday: the final squirrel caught!! That's right folks, Tim and Sasha came in and caught 3 squirrels in my attic. They also pointed out where the squirrels were coming in, and some damage that the squirrels had caused that would be needing to be repaired.
