Scott and Fred came to do a first time treatment on a brand new home build in Graniteville, SC for me yesterday on 10/10/22. They were very professional and treated inside the home and sprayed outside the home perimeter approx 4 feet or so. The following day there were approx 7 dead roaches outside the home, 2 crickets and what appears to be 1 small southern black widow. So far so good. Since the neighborhood is newly built and continuing new builds along our street, im hoping the high number of pests outside will be temporary as things get settled and that they never get inside the home. Overall I'm pleased with the professionalism of both Scott and Fred.

Just started my termite protection with Aiken Pest Control and I am very happy with their service and their techs. Bill is really the best pest control person you could ask for! Very professional and truly cares about his clients and protecting their home. He is passionate about what he does and I really appreciate him making the extra effort to help with our issue. Everyone we have encountered so far has been great. Bill, Josh, Branson, and even the people answering the phone were all very polite and helpful. Wouldn't go with any other pest control company!

We moved to the area 3 yrs ago and when the discussion of Pest Control would come up, Aiken Pest Control's name always came up as the one to use. We have been using them now for the past 3 yrs and we are impressed every single time! This time was no different. Blane, our Tech (#134) was so very thorough and he saw we have multiple pets. Dogs, cats, chickens and horses. Being an animal lover himself, he made sure that he discussed ALL our options on what was safe and how and where he was going to apply it. I'm also a Vet Tech, so I was even more pleased that he was so considerate and cautious with our animals. I recommend Aiken Pest Control to whomever wants great quality and professional services. They are always on time and even call prior to coming, as we have some dogs that aren't so friendly to let anyone in, so we get the head's up to put them away. They are prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable! It's a 10 from us!! Please keep up your great customer service, as that seems to be a dying art these days!

I want to give a shout out to our technician, Marco! He comes every month to do our mosquito protection. He always call ahead and arrives on time. He is so polite, friendly, and professional and the service is always great! Twice, I forgot about the service and Marco was so patient. Once we were having yard work done that prevented his work and another recent time the gate was locked. He called and was so patient. He told me we could reschedule and had the office call me to do so. His time and schedule was important too, but he was so kind and accommodating. A few months ago there had been a bad storm, the next day he was scheduled to treat. He sent me a text of pictures of large limbs on our roof and against our house. Scott Davis done a great job. The service he provided went beyond my expectations. My wife and I was expecting for a technician to come out walk through the house casually looking then go outside and do the same and then spray for bugs and insects. Definitely not the case. Scott arrived on time, introduced himself, thoroughly inspected the kitchen, and bathrooms. I thought that was all. Nope went into the attic and done a thorough inspection. Then went into the crawl space under the house and inspected it as well. Then went around the entire house getting rid of cobwebs and knocking down wasp nest thoroughly cleaning everything. We recently had a moth infestation. We noticed them first in the house and then later in the garage in greater numbers. Nate sprayed in all the logical places and we thought we had the problem solved. Not too long after, we noticed the moths more and more in the garage. He already mentioned, several times, that if I see pests between treatments, that they will come right over, free of charge, and rectify the problem. The home is only a few months old, and more than likely does not need to be treated for pests right now, but I didn't want to wait until there was a problem. Do not wait until there is a problem! Get with the program! Spending a little now, may very well save you a lot later, in repairing the damage that pests can cause. Not too mention the frustrations involved with have to deal with pests in your home.

He dealt with an issue I was having with squirrels in my attic very quickly and efficiently. It was a real pleasure interacting with him.
