Everyone I talked to on the phone was so professional! Min Choi was my service technician and he wasn’t supposed to be here until 1-4PM window. I asked if he could come at the beginning of that window and he came BEFORE!!! He took time to walk the property with me and listen to all my questions and educate me on the products and the insects. He was extremely nice and professional. Overall I’ve had an excellent experience with this company. Thank you to everyone who helped me!

I had a 12 month contract cancelled I was told it would end in June but automatic payment was drawn again in July! I called to find out why and they had some kind of excuse so I asked if they could come spray for ants but it would be a full charge! Not included because i cancelled ? So they continue to take money but wanted more to provide service!! I then told them to refund my money.

My tech Kaseem Carey did an outstanding job on my property. He was very attentive to the needs of my property and very detailed oriented. I had ant mounds in front of my home near the mailbox and he noticed that immediately upon arrival. I wasn't sure if he had noticed and I went out to address it and as I spoke with him, he informed me that he was aware and was addressing that issue as we spoke. I am very pleased with his work. Thank you for sending him to my home. He did an outstanding job. The cost pee month is awesome, because I only pay 29.00 a month and thats the cost every month. So affordable that you can't possibly say no! There was no start up fee, or any of the usual things you encounter with pest control businesses. I have recommended them to my church family and military friends also. You definitely will be pleased with their services. Ypu can also call on between their visits if you have any other issues that arise and they will come out at that time as well, in between your service calls.

Al is a GREAT tech. I have literally had techs come out multiple times for ants and come to find out they are termites. I had no clue. He took the time to figure out what the problem was without rushing. He is definitely knowledgeable in what he does and an asset to the company.

I had such a great experience today! They were very quick to respond initially and the man who came out today to spray and inspect my house was very nice and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and even showed me problem areas in my home. I was able to go right after the appointment and seal up those spots which gives me an even better peace of mind. I worked with another company to handle our extermination and they were mediocre. They were quite inflexible. But not Solstys. They listen, flex and most importantly have a fabulous pet friendly allergy friendly non toxic formulation they use. Ko as a service member arrived on time called before he came. I haven't yet received a treatment but the evaluation and free inspection was extensive. The first person I talked to yesterday explained why our previous service provider was not solving our issue. About two years ago we had a guest in our home that brought several boxes. After their departure we started seeing roaches. After battling them for six months we finally called a Professional. After almost $400 we had a bigger infestation. No one bothered to explain why we couldn't rid our home of these tiny monsters! After talking with Solstys yesterday we now understand the treatment plan. The technician was very professional and zeroed in on where the issues are. We are waiting for a call to set up our first treatment. If their treatment is a good as their service has been so far, I am confident they will resolve our issues.

I tried to rid my home of ants and or cockroaches in my kitchen and bathrooms. No matter what I bought, nothing worked. I purchased the yearly service and within a month of their interior and exterior treatment, my problem was resolved. It's not easy to broadcast you had a pest problem, people assume you're neglectful or dirty. I'm neither but I came to the conclusion sometimes you can't solve a problem by yourself, at times you need assistance. My service contract was needed and I appreciate the professionalism and punctuality of every service technician that attend to my contract. The money spent has been worth the effort of ridding my home of unwelcomed guests. Recently I replaced the filter in my air conditioning unit. I found droppings and the stale smell of urine. I also noticed duct installation coming on the crawlspace floor. I called Solstys Environment about my problem. A gentleman by the name of Cody came to inspect and give advice regarding the situation. He listened and could tell I was distressed. He assured me the problem was correctable and also detailed the services Solstys offers. I told him he was brave. He reminded me of a son who has concern for their parent. I appreciated his assistance and I'm sure with Solsty's help the problem will be fixed in a few weeks if not days. I have used this service for about a year. All the technicians have been professional, adhere to Covid guidelines, call before they arrive, and willing to answer any questions or concerns. Today a gentleman by the name of Keenan serviced my home. He was polite and answered questions regarding my current problem of weevils in my kitchen. I am overall satisfied with the service and I'm glad I went ahead and purchased the contract because my original problem with German roaches has been eradicated. I am really happy with the results because before I started the treatment I was concerned if someone came to my home, a roach would suddenly appear out of nowhere to say hello too!

We have used Solstys for a few years now. What initially sold us was that they clean cob webs on the outside of the house when they come for treatment. They are friendly, responsive, and usually on time. They have come out for additional treatment when requested, which isn’t often. People in the office are wonderful. I was delighted with every aspect of the termite inspection . The inspector was polite and clearly very knowledgeable about her work. She finished a careful examination of the exterior of the house and gave me a detailed verbal report and reminded me to call for the interior inspection once we closed escrow. I was especially pleased that the inspector called ahead To let me know tha5 she was running a few minutes late...very helpful! Still in the process of ridding the mice in the attic. David, the technician, was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and even offered to return to collect the dead mice. We could go into the attic and remove them ourselves but, frankly I don't want to; it was a relief when he offered to come back anytime. Additionally, we've used Solstys for spider removal. The service person always comes to the door and asks if there is any special need to be addressed. He answers our questions and the company will cancel the visit if the weather is not conducive with their treatment. The reason we parted ways with the former company is their lack of interest in the quality of their service. They seemed more interested in getting paid. We had an occasion where the previous company sprayed their product when it was raining heavily and we had to call the office and were told they should not have done that and had them reapply. That's when we decided to change providers and we are very glad we did.

This is a customer service review for Lucia, a representative I spoke with over the phone. Lucia's customer service is very commendable. I wanted to find a solution for elder bugs. I already have a pest control guy however, even with his strong treatment they end up coming back. I would have been willing to use this company for outdoor pest control because of the great customer service from Lucia however, I did not want to get into a contract when I know I will be facing furlough days on my job due to covid 19 and I only wanted outdoors to be treated. I havent officially used their service but I am transitioning to take over from the current homeowners who are and have been long time customers. One of the reasons I was fine with staying with Solstys were the reasonable prices. I came from Texas were they charge almost 3 times the amount for basic pest control service and do not treat half of what Solstys treats, so that means I'm getting more bang for my buck!!!! Lucia was an absolute pleasure to talk to/work with. She got us all set up with service and explained what I should expect. So far I am VERY pleased with my experience with Solstys.

He made helpful recommendations that a homeowner can take to help combat insect issues that went above and beyond simply spraying or spreading pesticides which was also done. He talked about clogged gutters being a potential breeding ground and refuge for roaches which I hadn’t previously known. I would recommend Solstys to others for their residential pest control.

Be sure to get EVERYTHING (all promised services) in writing. I was promised 4 mosquito services and when then came out, they said it was too wet so they couldn’t do it. Also, I was told they would service my attic and garage. When they came out, I was told no need to do attic since I don’t have tees & I assume he did the garage, I didn’t check. I did see him toss a few grains of something in the yard do it could have been for ants but he didn’t treat the entire yard!! I’m beginning to think I should have stayed with arrow... but I signed the 1 year contract so we’ll see how the next one goes.
