Recently I’ve been looking for a new pest control company to help me with Ants. I happened to run into Kurtis and noticed his company name on his shirt. I asked him about his company and he was so kind and polite and full of information. He immediately represented his company well and with pride. I decided to schedule with his company, ClearDefense Pest Control. Jason and Kurtis came out to my home and spent nearly an hour and a half cleaning webs, setting out granular, going under the crawl space, through my yard, spraying wasps nests….they truly left no stone unturned. This was shocking to me because any other company I had ever used was not at my house for more than 10 minutes. Other companies could clearly see ant hill mounds and didn’t even spray them, where Jason and Kurtis were on a mission. Both men were extremely nice and pleasant to work with. I am truly grateful for the time they took to ensure my home will be free of pests. They take their job seriously and I appreciate their dedication to their company…that’s rare to see these days. It goes without saying (even more) that I highly recommend clear defense pest control!

Ours experience with Clear Defense Pest Control has been all positive! The spider webs on our porch and patio have all disappeared, and spiders and earwigs inside our home have been eliminated with inside and outside treatments. Termite baits are regularly checked with each visit, and we feel well protected. This is the best company we’ve had and highly recommend them! They deserve five stars out of five!

John was my technician, not only did he show up early, but he also waited until I arrived because I had a previously scheduled arrangement. He called to let us know he was on the way, and then took extra care after he arrived to make sure he had addressed all of our concerns. I explained some of the issues we had been seeing (spiders, roaches) and he then completed a through treatment of the interior and exterior of our home. Earlier today I posted a complaint about this morning's service as the technicians left our fence gate open. We unknowingly let the dogs back into the yard after their service. The eldest dog saw the opportunity and ran away. She is ill and wandered far before we found her. We were not happy. However, the manager of the local franchise saw my review and called me personally to discuss his concern for our dog and his commitment to further technician training to avoid this mistake in the future. I greatly appreciated the personal contact. Clear Defense has done a great job in pest control for us and now we should see a great job in keeping our pets where they're supposed to be! Update Aug 2022: We have been using ClearDefense for several months now. Kurtis has put an end to our ant problem inside and the ant army that encircled the house outside. Several weeks later, a new problem developed after our cat of 18 yrs passed away. Within 2 weeks a mouse showed up and Dylan from ClearDefense came out. He found where the mouse came up from the basement, he blocked the access, he checked the areas I had seen droppings and other parts of the house. He laid down the coolest (easy to use) traps ever! He also put a large bait trap outside. The first night the traps were down...SNAP...mouse be gone! We have not had another mouse since. Dylan came out again, added more gel to the inside traps and checked the bait trap outside (no activity). He also took care of a trail of ants around our pool and cleaned the spider webs around the house. We appreciate these guys so much. It won't be much longer before the dreaded invasion of Asian lady bugs and stink bugs find their way inside. This will be the true test for ClearDefense! I hope y'all are ready for fall. May 2022- Living in a older log home in a rural area has its challenges. One being ants...lots of ants. Kurtis and Zach from ClearDefense Pest Control came to our rescue. After showing them the problem areas inside and out they went to work. They took care of spider webs outside that we have never been able to reach. They sprayed, used a gel and granular bait, now we wait. They guys did a great job explaining what they did and what to expect. Looking forward to giving another update in 30 days.

Clear Defense set up traps and a bait station for our home after a family of rats found there way into our crawlspace. After a few days we we called to see if someone could come out and check the traps. Our tech Kentrayl Tipton came out promptly, checked and removed 4 of them and disposed of them for us. When proper de-webbing and service is performed, I see good results. Unfortunately, this is dependent upon the technician you receive. I’ve been using Clear Defense for approximately 2 years, and more often than not, the techs are lazy/do a poor job. I continue to use them because they offer a “web free” guarantee, and will re-service the home as many times as needed at no additional cost. However, multiple re-services can be inconvenient. A proper job can greatly reduce frequency, and improve results. My advice would be to ask for ZAQ! . Zaq did a great job! He actually took the time to remove all of the spider webs/eggs and spray down every surface. I’m very happy with my quarterly service this time, thanks to Zaq!

My new technician, Samuel Mahelona, from ClearDefense Pest Control, came out for my quarterly service. I let him know that I had a spider problem and he knocked all the webs down and used something to control that situation as well. While knocking the webs down, he came across a large wasp nest on my deck. Samuel sprayed it, knocked it down and removed it. The technicians from ClearDefense Pest Control always give you clear explanations of the services that they are going to perform, as well as their applications. Several ClearDefense workers were servicing a neighbor’s home. One of them, Taven Barry, was surveying the homes in the area and noticed the abundance of spider webs on the front of my home. He rang the doorbell and introduced himself and told us about ClearDefense and the service they provide. Taven was very knowledgeable about the service and plans and explained everything in a clear and concise way. We signed up and our house was treated inside and out. Only a few webs have reformed but that was to be expected. They will be back this week to do the second application. You don’t come across too many companies with over 800 reviews and a perfect five star rating. Looking forward to a long term business relationship with ClearDefense.

We have used Clear Defense since we bought our current home in 2018. There was already an ant problem while moving in and they scheduled us a service for the next day, safely treated the entire inside and we haven't had a problem since! We still use them for routine outdoor treatments for mosquitoes, wasps, and spider/ant prevention. Every member has been very friendly, eager to help with any issues, and knowledgeable! Most recently, Brandon came out for our routine mosquito treatment and interacted with my 2 boys (3 and 1) as they showed him their hot wheels. He treated them to a bug ABC book. He was so kind!

Received service from the “New Zach.” After my tenants moved out, the house was infested with roaches, even coming up it of the refrigerator. Once they understood the severity of the situation, they came out immediately. After spraying the garbage outside and inside thoroughly, Zach explained that with the year service I signed up for, they would come every 3 months after the initial visit. AND, to make sure that we’re on the right path, they’re returning in 2 weeks. ClearDefense is a great company. I found them in Google randomly, but I’m so glad that I did. I spoke with Zak on the phone, and he was able to schedule a technician to come to my house that day. He also clearly explained the payment options. When our technician (Morgan) arrived, he took notes on our pest issues (primarily bees and ants) and thoroughly explained what he would do to get rid of them. (I would also like to note that Morgan was wearing a mask and shoe coverings when he came in, which is important during the pandemic.) Corey Tipton came out the following day and serviced everything, we even added on the mosquito service when he was out. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. I am really looking forward to a bug free summer all thanks to Clear Defense!

I've been using CDPC for about 3 years now and we have had nothing but excellent experiences with them. I'm usually not home when they stop by but I see them on the cameras and they do their job just as they would if I were home. Today I actually was home when they arrived and the technician, Kurtis, was super polite, professional, and willing to help. He offered to spray inside the house but due to our several animals we have I declined. But even with only the spray on the outside the most we ever see in the house is silverfish every now an then. Hardly ever see any spiders and never anything else.

I signed up for ClearDefense Pest Control to get rid of an ant problem. The ants were all over the yard and getting in the house. They had already done an initial treatment, but there were still some ants in our pool area. I called about the remaining ants and two days later Zac came out to retreat the area at no extra charge. Zac was professional, called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. I also need to mention Corey and Kurtis as they completed our other treatments. Corey and Kurtis were both professional and arrived as scheduled. Very happy with the service and the employees.
