Our technician, Mr. Jamie Hill, has been doing the inspection on our property for approx 15 years. He knows it well and knows what to look for and where to look for potential issues. He is punctual, professional, very experienced, and efficient. We trust him 100%! In addition to Mr. Hill's professionalism and experience with termite inspections, we also appreciate his kindness and his sincere level of interest and care for the wellbeing of our family - there has never been one visit when Mr. Hill didn't ask about how every one was doing. Alexander Termite & Pest Control - you have a gem in this man. An experienced technician, but most importantly, an outstanding human. I highly recommend this company!

They came out on time, and was very efficient and informative. The company has always been responsive to my irregular schedule and James has always been on time and very helpful in answering my questions. I so rarely write reviews, but this is one company that felt needed some attention. The previous owners of our house used Alexander Pest Control and so we just kept them on when we moved in about 9 years ago! Living with a wooded backyard, we needed some protection from critters finding their way inside. Our bug guy Jamie, truly is the best you could ask for. He is so honest, considerate, caring and professional, even my dog remembers and loves him when he comes every 3 months! Jamie takes his time to explain the things he is going to do and asks if we have any problems, which we so rarely do. I've never encountered customer service like Jamie's and I have no reason to look elsewhere as long as he continues to treat our home! Thank you!

Alexander Pestco are very professional & timely as an organization. Also, the same technician Mr. Dean, has been visiting our house, each year, all along. He too is always on time, calls well before he arrives, apart from the office reminder a day or 2 ahead. The termite inspection is thorough & the treatment (every 10 years) is meticulous. We've had no problems detected at our property, so far. However, they give us confidence, that, they will take good care, if at all, we have a problem. Finally, the annual fee increase has been affordable for us, and hasn't been unreasonable. We recommend Alexander Termite & Pestco strongly for their professionalism.

Wayne is my technician and he is a bug controlling rock star. He has kept ants and spiders and other bugs totally out of the house, and roaches are down 90% this summer. I'll be real this is the south are roaches seem to be part of summer. Keep them outside. This was just visit #1. He just completed visit 2. I was given a very good education on the products they use and it's safety. Depending on the weather, I sometimes will have ants that come into the kitchen through a kitchen window. My serviceman, Melvin, returned to treat them for me and found how they accessed the window. After that, I had no more problems with them. Melvin is superb. He has always been friendly and professional. He has always shown up on time and service is prompt and thorough. Beverly, in the main office, is pleasant to talk with when she calls to schedule the quarterly treatments. I've been quite pleased with this company, and I highly recommend them.

It’s not too often that a visit from your pest control service brightens your day, but that has been our experience every time Jamie comes to our house. He is super friendly and knows his stuff. We moved into a rental that had been vacant for a while, so the roach situation was not ideal. Alexander squeezed us in and got Jamie out the day after I called them. He was thorough and told me that we might still see a few, but they should be clear after a week or so. Sure enough, he cleared them out, which made the move in a lot more pleasant :) Alexander is really good about free visits in between scheduled services to take care of any bug issues. I’ve done one in between service. After a two week summer vacation, we had a few bugs making their way in. Jamie was out quickly, and eradicated the problem. I am happy to have found Alexander. I usually kind of dread having service calls at our house, but with Jamie it just feels like having a family friend over.

I initially hired Alexander after seeking recommendations for companies that are careful about the chemicals they use, especially because we had a newborn baby. James has been treating our house quarterly since 1998 through 2 different renovations, so he knows our house top to bottom and the problem areas. After every visit he provides me with a printout of what product, method and amount he has used in the different areas in and around my home. He is always great - knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient.
