Buddy, Tana, and the entire Summit Pest Solutions team are the most professional folks around! They are meticulous about being on time and every single person that has come to our house over the past year or two has been super friendly, patient, and informative. Living in the mountains, we are always going to deal with pests big and small, but I can honestly say that in the 2.5 years we've lived here, we have had zero ant, termite, wasp, mice, etc. issues, even in our unfinished basement. They put in a discrete outdoor termite system and check it regularly and their quarterly services at the house are pet and baby-friendly (they have to be, for our house LOL!). I've also emailed them out of the blue a few times to ask random questions about creatures found in my garden to make sure I had nothing to worry about, and they always respond super quickly with great attention to detail. That is not a service they need to provide, but have always been great about going the extra mile for us. Summit is the best combination of affordable and competent in the Asheville area - can't recommend them highly enough!

Dylan was extremely punctual, professional, efficient & knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable. He took also extra time the time to knock out wasp nests on the roof, spray carpenter bee holes and get rid of cobwebs in the basement. Buddy Herring, the Owner, was very professional and personable. It was obvious he had experience in dealing with these European Hornets and was prepared to tackle the challenge. The location of the infestation required both men to be critical of how they were to approach the Hornets. We were very happy with their work and efficiency. We subscribe to their annual termite prevention service, quarterly general pest inspection/prevention service, and they have managed to get our carpenter bee infestation under control. SPS is dependable, thorough, professional, responsive, and pricing seems to be competitive. These guys Rock! I just moved to Brevard, I saw their truck, called them and they came out the next week. They are professional, knowledgeable and even better . . The mice and bugs are dead. So I put them on a quarterly program. Then I see some really big flying bugs at night and realized they are living under the eaves in the wall on the second story. Turns out they are European Hornets. Summit came out and exterminated them at no extra charge. Summit Rocks!

Summit Pest Solutions has been fantastic to work with. We talked to and got quotes from quite a few different companies when selecting our termite system. Summit came out as the best mix of professionalism, knowledge/experience, affordability, and customer service. We just had our first annual inspection, and were very impressed with the performance of the system and the service provided by Summit Pest Solutions. Buddy's inspections are very thorough, and he has also been very responsive and helpful in answering my pest-related questions throughout the year between inspections, to help us determine when an issue needs to be addressed, when it can wait until our next inspection, and if/when we can address it ourselves or should schedule service sooner. Highly recommend!

When Buddy came out to our home we were only expecting pest control estimates. He took pictures of the horrible 6000 sq. Ft crawl space and gave us an estimate to fix this. I was in the middle of getting estimates from 3 other companies for the moisture under the house.. Summit not only came in with the most affordable estimate but it was the most thorough. Can not say enough good things about Summit. Buddy is easy to talk to, patiently answered all of my questions, and explained what was going on. I do not live on the property yet. Being from New England I needed to be educated about the strange creatures that were eating the cabins.We had spent a small fortune replacing the termite damage and needed to make sure the new wood didn't suffer the same fate. We have them come quarterly, have never had a problem reaching them, very reasonably priced, and no upselling.

Our home was very damp to wet under the crawl space. They treated and removed any mold they found. They removed old insulation and incapsulated the crawl space . They installed a dehumidifier and sump pump. Now it is dry in the crawl space and the wood will not rot or attract termites.
