I'm very pleased with Brian's service each month. He wears a mask and stands 6 feet apart. He checks with us about what we'd like him to pay special attention to around the house. He takes time before he leaves to tell us what he's done and what his plans are for the next visit. But most of all, I look forward to Brian's positive attitude and to his informed, professional answers to my questions. I like it that he recommends environmentally safe solutions. 5 stars!

The technician that came to our home was very professional informative and kind. The quality of the service is top-notch, thorough and placement of traps was very well done. And the price is fantastic! And as far as covid goes he was also very professional and there were no worries about exposure to us.

Stephen was punctual and professional. He was able to identify and treat our bathroom drain flies. He also recommended that a plumber check for a leak in our outgoing pipes as these flies feed on sewage. He also offered follow-up services if needed. Very satisfied customer.

Stephan our technician is knowledgeable, prompt, pleasant and thorough. Since he has taken over our quarterly pest service we are confident to keep any issue from ants, wasps, hornets, spiders, mice or other rodents to be under control. He has been honest in giving us his advice and personal take on keeping our home free of outside visitors. Stephan is a prime example of "excellent" customer service in representing Pisgah Pest Control Inc. With COVID 19 precautions it is worth mentioning that Pisgah follows CDC recommendations when in our home with mask and social distancing. Please be aware Pisgah is educated about mountain pests and utilizes "safe" methods for pets and humans. All of the staff at Pisgah Pest Control have been helpful to us. If you are considering Pest Control please give them a try.

I called on Friday and by Tuesday they had accommodated me as my concrete man was pouring concrete on Wednesday.
