Both techs that visited our house were sincerely nice, professional and knowledgeable. First visit was the assessment by Matt W. There was no high pressured sales or scare tactics. Price seemed reasonable. We signed up for service for 1 year. Service was done by another tech, Evan, who did a knock out job with prevention, traps and educating us. Looking forward to a reduced mice and bug population (sorry mice!).

Both Dillon and Malford showed up on time, answered my questions patiently, worked efficiently, and left after polite and friendly goodbyes. Exactly what one wants for an on site visit. Both technicians who came today were terrific. This is a company that hires the right people and trains them well.

We had a black ant problem inside the home. Brian managed to get rid of them all without even coming into the house; he pasted a mixture around a deck support and over the next week or so we swept up the dead ants. Wonderful job, thank you.

Not sure this technician has been to our house before but he missed a small crawl space area that must be entered from inside the house. I'm sure he thought the large crawl space that has an outside entry door was all there was to be done. Have no reason to believe checking the smaller space needs to be done before the next scheduled inspection. Thx.
