We had a basketball sized hornet's nest up in the peak of our roof that had been there for some months and was concerning. In fact, those hornets had stung a gutter technician who had been working on our roof to clean out our gutters. We first requested that our regular exterminating service take care of this problem but they refused to go up on our roof which was going to be required to fully get rid this nest. Then I contacted Noble Pest Service. They arrived exactly on time and they had no back-off on getting up there. Logan completely handled the nest in less than 10 minutes. Noble Pest has been consistent and available to help with the typical pest problems of living in the woodsy mountains of WNC. We have a lot of wood-borers up in this shiz, and you don't want carpenter ants and bees getting out of hand. Plus I gotta say the hornets are getting worse and worse every year--all the locals swear to it--more aggressive. I appreciate Noble's help and expertise--handling neurotoxins w/o the right gear isn't my jam being an intelligent life form and all--thanks y'all for taking the time to protect our home so I don't have to DIY on this stuff.

I've been using Noble Pest since I purchased my home a couple years ago. Currently paying $50 for mosquitos, and $80 quarterly. I called this morning after noticing that the prices on their website were cheaper than what I was currently paying ($55 per month or $80 per month). Both of the prices included mosquito sprays. Spoke to a lady on the phone, and she said that the prices on the website were wrong, and the site has not be updated. That's a bummer. Guess I will shop around and see what's out there

Scott from Noble Pest Solutions came out to my house today at the appointed time and was friendly and super understanding to my problem. We have bats living below the roofline on the outside of our house and would definitely like them to relocate. Unfortunately, although sympathetic to our problem, Scott did not have a solution or quick fix for us. I asked if he thought putting up a bat house might be a good solution and he recommended that we try that. He was regretful that he couldn't help in this case, but I respected his input and will definitely try the bat house solution. I would definitely recommend Noble Pest Solutions and will definitely use them again when the need arises.

After dealing with some of the big names and not getting the service we paid for and being lied to that service was completed we talked with Noble on a friend’s recommendation. We’ve had great service, great communication and great care for our pets. They are respectful of our time and are easy to schedule. Our pricing is great for the level of service and we didn’t get the hard sell for services we don’t need. Great local people who have the technical knowledge and the customer service skills that set them apart. If you’re looking for service you have to try Noble first.

He treated our home for spiders, termites, wasps, and mice. He also installed a termite protection system in the yard. Recently, I noticed that I had evidence in my yard of some visiting moles and/or voles. I talked to Cody, my technician, about it at my routine service. He had the office schedule a special service for me to treat the problem. We had to set up a special treatment because I have a dog and she could not be in the yard while this service was being performed. At the time of the service, Cody knocked on my door and asked several times about my dog and if she was gone. He told me how long she would have to be out of the yard and that it would be safe for her in just a few hours. Although he was not able to remediate our issue regarding a bat "hanging around" inside our porch roof, he was able to provide us with a possible solution of installing a bat house on our property, which may entice the bat to take up residence in the bat house instead of our back porch.

Cody arrived promptly at scheduled time. He was very professional and fully inspected the entire exterior of the house before starting his exterminating process, actually finding two additional wasp's nests at the rear of the house. He explained their different plans and i chose the one time treatment. He proceeded with the dusting process and repeated it on the areas near the front entrance. After completion he fully explained how the Alpine Dust would work and what to expect over the next 24-48 hours. Since this was a one time application I'm hoping it will do the trick and erradicate,the problem. My overall rating of Noble's petrformance is based on the assumption they will stand behind their service and do what ever it takes to correct any on going issues if the inital treatment doesn't correct the problem.

For several weeks we heard chewing noises on an upper wall of our home which was probably flying squirrels. The area was over 30 feet up and difficult to access. Noble's technicians used ladders and safety ropes to access and seal up that area and all other potential areas of our home where wildlife could enter. They even found some loose fascia on that part of our roof that they nailed down while up there. They were very professional and explained what they intended to accomplish before they started and what they completed once finished. We are very pleased with their work.
