I’ve used Gibson for a while now and have always been satisfied with the work they do and the knowledge they have. Tony was the technician this time and he has been here before. He was punctual, professional and helpful. More importantly though, he was friendly. I was actually late and he was understanding. He took time to talk to my young kids and answer some of their questions and was not awkward about - they thought he was there to spray for the Coronavirus. Michael did a though job as always. He's a very pleasant fellow and wore an N95 mask without being asked, which I appreciated. He also put on shoe covers. We have an annual service contract with Gibson's Pest Control and are always very pleased with their excellent staff and professional service.

We have had Gibson service our home for over 10 years. Michael just completed a quarterly service for us today. He was great. Happy to spray, check traps and bait stations. From attic to crawlspace our house is protected. Other houses in the neighborhood have problems with mice, but not us. You will have to go out in the yard to find ants and other insects. They have always knocked out hanging wasp nests and ground nests for us (my husband has a fear of bees and wasps plus we have a neighborhood full of kids that play in the yard) which gives us piece of mind. Give them a call and have them take a look at your home and see what protection fits your needs.

Gibson was great, we had carpenter bees and evidence of past termites in a damp crawl space. We reached out to Gibson, they have great customer service with Jennifer in the office who is always quick to respond to questions and their team of techs are great and friendly and do a great job. We did have a return of some carpenter bees this year as they were especially bad at our house and they sent techs out right away. That is what I call service. I highly recommend this company.

Aside from the fact that we haven't seen a mouse or ants since day of our contract in July 2021, both these guys were VERY thorough, helpful and super courteous answering all my questions. Great customer service. Individually, the person on the phone who helped schedule my appointment, the guy who came out to see the house, and the guy who sprayed my house were all very nice, professional, and friendly. It's also a plus that everybody is very dog friendly!

We have a large homestead and have occasionally had problems with yellow jackets, but this summer we realized we actually had an infestation. After doing some research we called Gibson and signed up for the premium package. Our service technician Justin arrived promptly and took time to field numerous questions from me about strategies for getting rid of the yellow jacket nests without harming the bears and other wildlife here on the mountain. In short order Justin put on his bee suit and took care of the yellow jacket nests. We also had him remove wasp nests in two locations closer to the house. We were so pleased with Justin's technical know-how and professionalism, as well as his kindness, we requested that he be our technician from now on. It reflects well on Gibson Pest Control to have such great staff.
