He fit us in for remediation/pest control services very quickly - we are impressed with the other staff too! This was one month ago and we have not had any issues - HIGHLY recommend ! They came out immediately and gave us a reasonable quote for vapor barrier installation, crawl space mold removal and basement dehumidifier installation, removing rodents and sealing entry points and general pest control. Agent did a walk around that took about 5 minutes at the most. Also left a large jumbo coke container on one of the outside electrical boxes. I believe he was pleasant but had no opportunity to find out. We want another treatment and to start the cycle over again as when someone from there called to make a discounted offer since we had already paid for the inspection.

Ordered service for Carpenter Bee’s. The gentleman who showed up was terrific! Very polite and professional had a good sense of humor. He did not mind waiting a few minutes for some painters to finish up. He serviced both the house and garage. Service charge seemed a little high but what is not today. I have not seen any bee’s around since the service…that’s what the service was supposed to do. Additionally the serviceman cleaned any small nests that were in my eve’s, a very nice touch!

I called Rick from a referral and unfortunately our conversation was cut short as he was on the road, however Rick pulled off the road and returned my call immediately. He was able to give me a general quote over the phone about my "Carpenter bee" issue with a detailed explanation. Within a week he had sent out Joe who was on time as the schedule had said. Very pleasant and informative conversation explained exactly what was to be done and why. Joe went to work and literally was there 3 hours working, looking over the entire 2 story house and pointing out details of any damage etc. Even before he left there were multiple bees on the ground. In the coming days after I couldn't believe the results. It was money well spent and I would highly recommend Cleggs for any pest elimination needs. Their number will be within my reach for any further needs shall try come up.

I was losing my mind trying to battle the fleas my 2 indoor cats somehow got. Sprays, pills, shampoos, topical spot treatments, vacuuming, vacuuming and more vacuuming. Laundry laundry and more laundry. Daily. Several times a day. I finally realized I’d spent way more on products than what I would have spent on an exterminator and laid down my arms. The day after Clegg’s came, I noticed dying fleas squirming on the floor. It took one visit. They came back several times just to make sure, and now I have them monthly because they discovered mouse droppings (where the fleas came from!). They treat inside my house and outside, and 2-pronged approach. I highly recommend them. They saved my sanity and my ankles.

We have used Cleggs since we moved onto this property 6 years ago. They set up termite bait stations all around the house, and come regularly to inspect for signs of an infestation. They also come out (for no additional charge!) whenever I (usually imagine) have seen signs of swarming. Responsible, professional, reasonably-priced, and pleasant to have on the property. I recommend them highly.

Cleggs was such a blessing. Our home became infested with carpet beetles and drugstore beetles while under contract with a previous pest company. Despite months of trying to warn the company of bites and bugs, we were told we were being overly anxious, were only ignored and not properly treated to prevent a problem. After being bitten numerous times and developing health issues, it was obvious we had a problem. We dropped the previous company and contacted Cleggs. Cody did a very thorough inspection of the chair, and found the glue trap behind the chair had several bugs. After inspecting all beds, carpeting, and the house he was able to tell us we had carpet beetles and drugstore beetles. He treated the whole house. Not once did he treat us as being overly anxious. He was very professional, attentive, and listened to our many concerns. We are so grateful to have their help, and to be contracted with them for regular service.

Cleggs’ service man came to check our dehumidifier. said he thought he smelled a little bit of natural gas in the crawlspace. I called Dominion and their guy came and checked and said there was a small leak outside the house before you get to the meter. Not critical, they’ll fix it in a week or two, but Cleggs guy was really sharp to pick up on this and I truly appreciate it —Clegg’s gets a big kudo!

He was thorough and explained the solution carefully and with complete transparency. Pricing was significantly lower than other companies, AND came with a better warranty. After 6 months, technicians came back to inspect traps and found no activity. Inspections will be performed every 6 months. Highly recommended.
