I had a very positive experience with Pet Pros and would not hesitate to use them again. They did a great job, were on time, professional and got the job done right the first time. I was worried they would try to bait-and-switch me and overcharge but they did not. They were true to their estimate given when I sent them a photo of the hornets nest I needed removed. You can tell that she really cares about any pest problem you might have and wants to help. On Pest Pros first visit a month ago their tech did not do a thorough professional job; so I contacted the office and they offered to send someone else right away and did everything in their power to make it right. We were having an issue with critters in our attic and George and Signin went above and beyond for us. On Friday night, I was alerted to a hornet's nest on my front porch. I found My Pest Pros after doing a general search for hornet extermination and decided to give them a try due to their many wonderful reviews. I'm so glad I did! I spoke with Crystal first thing Monday morning, who was polite and incredibly efficient in setting up my account and scheduling us for an appointment. Our tech Chris H. arrived this morning promptly at 9 am, and he couldn't have been more delightful. We chatted about the process for a couple of minutes, and with a warning to avoid the area for a little while, he got to work. He was finished in a very short amount of time, and because My Pest Pros had all of my info on file, he was able to head out without even needing to speak with me a second time. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for a pest issue, and I plan to recommend them widely as needed!

He was very kind and knowledgeable, and identified our issue was carpenter bees immediately. From outstanding customer service provided by Kala (Kayla?) to expert technical and customer service provided by George, I cannot recommend My Pest Pro's more! As someone who rarely writes reviews, without hesitation, I need to express my gratitude and appreciation for the excellent services received. Having recently moved into a corner townhouse with a beautiful, lush forest behind us, I noted quite a bit of spider and critter activity in our garage, lower back patio and bushes. With a 7 y/o and pets, I wanted to ensure our total comfort and safety ASAP. Kala allowed me to vent with great professionalism, empathy and compassion. She clearly and concisely articulated my plan and treatment options, which was promptly followed by her scheduling a phenomenal technician to come assist within less than 48 hours! As I was DoD Pesticide Applicator Certified for 8 years, upon George's arrival, I immediately began to question his methods, application and dewebbing process. George provided expert answers along with objectives, plan of action and milestones. While he conveyed they're should be no issues following treatment, George reassured me that with my Pro Plan, if pest related issues occur between my quarterly treatments, all I need to do is reach out to My Pest Pro and he or another technician would return at soonest. 10/10 service all around - Thank you My Pest Pro!

My Pest Pros picked a great name, because they are pros at treating pests. I use them for my home and a building that I own as well. I have never worked with a company with such great customer service. I spoke with Krystal today one of the customer service representatives and she was very helpful. She immediately found the answers I needed and emailed me with information I requested as soon as we ended our phone call. Also, a shout out for George our technician. Our new home had a lot of stinging insects roaming around and plenty of wasp nests being formed around the perimeter. It was a burden to go outside! My Pest Pros came out and thoroughly investigated the property and removed a considerable amount of nests for wasps, hornets and other stinging insects. Our technician George M. was amazing. When we saw a few wasps return, we called My Pest Pros again and they honored their satisfaction guarantee. George came back out, at no charge, to re-examine the property and re-treat the perimeter once more to help reduce/eliminate the issue. He was friendly, professional and thorough. Thank you George!

He has gone above and beyond to recommend ways to help with our various pest issues, from recommending we insulate the crawl space above our room in our new house, to where to move the carpenter bee trap we had bought. This is the second pest control company we have used and they look to be the last.

I called here after checking the reviews and can say that I made a great choice. Mice took over my house out of nowhere and with 5 kids, 4 dogs and a man… that would simply not do LOL They came out right away and started the process. Its been a few short months and the mice problem is gone and it was due to the strategic scheduling and follow up. I would call crying EVERY TIME I saw a mouse and followed up with our tech Jeremy about every little thing. Mark, came yesterday and completed some work I was waiting on and did an outstanding job. I most admit I was very nervous about calling a pest control company. Orkin had been coming to my home with no real solution to my problem so I was afraid of the same non-resolution. When George called that he was 20 minutes away, I briefly explained to him what my issue was and what I had been dealing with to give him a heads up on what to expect. He took everything I said in stride and when he entered the property began looking around reviewing and inspecting many area throughout the property without me having to say a word. He truly knew what he was doing. HE WAS able to find out faults within the property where the issues were, he was also able to explain why and where the problems were coming from and how it was at an extensive level. George broke down a plan for me that would mitigate/remove my concern and problem with my property. He also explained how this condition was unhealthy and unsanitary and made my living conditions much worse then they needed to be and found faults where Orkin was wrong. I am so appreciative of George and his knowledge. He knew so much and was so professional in his explanation to me. I am so thankful for My Pest Pros.

It has been several months since my first treatment with my pest pros. I Before my pest pros, I used to have find baby roaches at least twice per day in my kitchen. As soon as they put their treatment down, the roaches disappeared! It has been a miracle and peace of mind. I've been loving my place again and feel safe in my home! My first experience with My Pest Pros was last year. Great experience, they inspected my house and worked wonders. This year, unfortunately, tiny mice came back again. I contacted My Pest Pros over the weekend by chat. First thing Monday, they called and set up an appointment for the next day. Chrish was here today during the time frame they anticipated. He was honest and professional, even though he mentioned he was fully vaccinated was considerate enough to wear a mask when I explained my kids under 12 are not. He checked surroundings and unfinished areas. Saw droppings that were invisible to my eyes. Helped with recommendations and did not try to sell something that maybe it is not necessary at this point. Great and kind service. Highly recommended!!!

We found mice poop in the house and started using mouse traps and called My Pest Pros. We had Chris come out for 4 "intensive treatments" for rodent extermination. He helped lay out mouse traps around the house and found some openings between outside into the garage. Their contracts states that they will only fix anything under 4 inches in diameter, therefore he could not fix it under the company's policy. After four visits, we still found fresh mice poop, so now we have to ask a different company, because their contract clearly states that they do not guarantee fixing the rodent problem.

I have been using My Pest Pros for several years and have not had a camel back cricket or wolf spider sighting in my house since! I especially appreciate the fall service where they treat my covered porch and back yard deck for spiders by de-webbing and then treating to keep new spiders from taking up residence in my “safe space”. I also like the automated reminder call for my appointments. Today I was inspired to leave a review because Chris, our technician, was especially friendly and eager to assist with all of our pest concerns. A 2020 update to an old review (below): We returned from a 2 week vacation to find that a mouse had made himself comfortable in our home. The most incredible tech, Dane, and saved the day. He found our mouse that we had we had sighted in our piano room and removed him for us, then throughly went inside and outside our house sealing any possible entry points. My Pest Pros always delivers the best customer service, for which we are so grateful. ___ We have been using My Pest Pros for over three years now and we are so grateful for their outstanding service. My spouse has a pretty significant bug phobia, so even the sighting of the smallest bug can cause anxiety. The owner, Brett Lieberman, has personally come to our home to problem solve for us. When we had a mouse in our house (leftover from new home construction), he worked with us to vacate our visitor and protect our home from any future guests. Our personal tech, Frank, has been wonderful and notified me when he saw action at our outside bait station, even identifying a hole that he thought might be a home. Sure enough, I found a dead rat in our yard the day after he filled the bait station. They don't hesitate to come out even for the smallest sighting of ants or silverfish. It's not easy living with a bug-phobic spouse. My Pest Pros is like family. They take care of us so we can live at home in peace!

Made an appointment to have a bald-faced hornet's nest removed. Sales and office staff was organized, thorough and professional. Driver arrived a little later than my reserved window but he and his staff were communicative and I had no problem with that. My only small issue was that once the tech arrived, it was only then that I learned there wasn't an intent to physically remove the nest, only exterminate them. I was a bit disappointed to hear that. After some discussion my tech Chris explained that he'd treat the nest, give it a few days to die out and return to remove it next week. I felt that was fair and definitely didn't want to see him getting lit up 18 feet off the ground. If they actually follow through next week without prompting (TBD) I will update my rating to 5 stars. Based on previous reviews and my own experience, I would confidently recommend. As expected, My Pest Pro's contacted me promptly after the initial service and returned to remove the nest. During the selling process of our house we had to get a termite inspection done, first company that long and foster recommended (I won't mention them here because I don't want to hurt their business) was less than stellar. They came out and did the inspection but I knew I didn't want to use them for treatment. I decided to look for another more reputable company and came across My pest pros. They had a ton of good reviews in the Springfield, VA area so I decided to have them come out and do an inspection. The tech who came out, Luis was very, very good, and even though pestpros treatment option was a little more expensive than the cut rate company, it was well worth it. The treatment technician who came out, Winston was extremely professional and trust me this guy really knows his stuff when it comes to pest treatment. A lot of people think its a mudane job or whatever but can never appreciate it until you actually need it done. If you need termite treatment to buy or sell a house, or ANY kind of pest treatment, use this company. Trust me, when it comes to stuff like this don't cheap out. Don't just go with the cheapest company because it won't solve your pest problem and you're basically paying for nothing. We have a creek running through our yard and the lawn tends to be very wet providing an ideal mosquito breeding environment. The bugs don't stand a chance against My Pest Pros. I absolutely love working with My Pest Pros. I have been using My Pest Pros for almost 2 years and could not be happier. Our home and yard are pest free, the treatments used are safe for my family and our dog, and the customer service is great. This is a family owned business that cares about its customers - each one of us - and you feel that when you work with them. Before switching to them, we used one company for pests and termites and another for mosquitoes. The pest and termite services were provided by different divisions of one company, but it might as well have been 2 different companies. Nothing was coordinated and I paid 3 different sets of bills. I also had ants that would not go away. They would come back out and treat, but within a few weeks, the ants would be back. Had a small amount of evidence of mice in our finished basement near the french doors. Despite setting traps with peanut butter, evidence kept showing up. Called and my Technician, George, showed up the next morning on time. Within a few minutes, he identified two settlement cracks on the outside of the door sill. He filled the gaps in the foundation with caulk and also below the baseboard on the inside, set traps, added bait boxes, and thoroughly explained what he did. When he came back about 10 days later (part of the service), the traps were empty, but we haven't seen evidence since. If we do, George said to call and they'll come back to address as part of their warranty. I appreciated the text notifications, the online invoice/payment, and solid service. Thanks again!

I asked if I needed him to come in for the issue I had and he was actually honest enough to say no! From that moment, I knew I would only use this company for my pest needs. Months later, when I finally did schedule an appointment, Brent arranged to personally do the spraying himself even though it wasn't an especially attractive time (Friday early evening). A final bonus is that they will respray for free within a month of the initial appointment (or within any timeframe if you sign up for their annual plan).
