Timely response and always coming up with a solution when I need it. The Bimonthly service is the solution to seasonal pests. I only need one interior inspection yearly. My annual inspection brings peace of mind. Annual termite inspections are key. We decided a few years back to treat our home proactively for Termites. The expense upfront made total sense when they shared how much damage termites do and how quickly it happens. The average home in Northern Virginia is 800K makes sense to protect it! Better Termite and Pest Control has been with us since this home was built in 1998. We have purchased contacts over the years from them for pest control services which has been a blessing. When we had the ant invasion they helped eliminate the pesky things and gave solid advise about outside needs to keep the ants out. When the roach invasion happened in 2020-2021 (nothing like neighboring walls to get the bugs) they were quick to respond and we saw less and less of the roaches immediately. I have no complaints with, or about this company.

I have been using better termites and pest control since 1995 when I was recommended to them by the builder that built my home back then. Since then I moved and I went into a townhouse development where you have neighbors and those neighbors affect how you care for your property. Better termites and pest control has been providing me yearly termite inspections, I do exterior treatments for all sorts of different pests six times a year and if I ever have a problem, which I have not, they will come out and identify the problem and tend to it. George the owner is responsive, and caring and I wouldn't go anywhere else. This is an industry where you really have to know what is being provided, the chemicals that are being used, and that services are being done, especially if you're not home for every visit. Better termites and pest control is also quite fair in their pricing and it's a small family-run business. I recommend them highly.

We found a mouse and eliminated it ourselves but still wanted our home looked at. After calling around and getting estimates from a couple places in alexandria, our neighbor recommended Better Termite. I have zero regrets. First off, those other places were trying to sell us their buisness. One place kept mentioning articles over and over and even though it sounded smart, they wanted us to pay $650 for five months of coverage not including an inspection fee and kept saying we are infested even though we were explaining there are zero signs of mice. Another place said it would be $350 to patch up holes and lay traps but even if they found nothing, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE $350 FOR HAVING SOMEONE COME LOOK AT MY HOUSE. We had Better Termite come out, the technician Daryl was thurough and gave us a free inspection. He didnt try to sell us coverage because there was zero signs of mice since ours hitchhiked its way home with us from a hospital. Im very satisfied with how Better Termite handled the situation, were very honest, were not looking for a sale, and definitely are not a company that wants your money.
