This is a service worth paying for! I do not like bugs or pests, of any kind. I also wanted a treatment that was safe for kids and pets. Chad the Bug Guy met all of my expectations, and exceeded them! His services are wonderful and are highly effective. The treatment works immediately and lasts for several months. Typically I get my house and yard sprayed about twice a year and this has been very effective for me. I have been using his services for 3+ years now. I have used so many pest control companies over the years and had come to terms that I was never going to find a good one and my house would forever have spiders and ants. Then I started at a new job where they used Chad as their exterminator and was shocked that, not only were there no contracts required, but the place was actually bug free when he was done! I quickly booked an appointment for him to come to my house and we haven't seen one ant or spider in the years since he has been spraying our home. We started getting some roaches creeping into our house a couple weeks ago so he sprayed and, besides the few dead ones the next day, we are bug free once again. His quality and professionalism are top notch, but the big reason we go with him is his expertise in animal and child safe pesticides. His formulas are always made based on the most current research in natural and non-toxic pesticides. It's safe for our pets to go into sprayed areas in just 20 minutes and we've never seen native animals like roadrunners or lizards harmed by touching sprayed areas or even eating the dying bugs. We have Chad spray our property twice a year and it keeps us mostly free of roaches and other nuisance insects. Any we see are in the process of dying and we never have that "roaches scurrying when you turn on a light" experience anymore. Worth it for that alone!

I don't hate bugs, but I don't like them either. Outside bugs, that's their world, but in my house, that's my space. When I found 2 scorpians in my house I felt the need for a professional. I can't remember how I found Chad, The Bug Guy. Not to be confused with the other bug guy. You are gonna want Chad. He's wonderful, professional and part comedian. I only see him twice a year but when I get his reminder text that it is bug time I am very happy to see him. Not only to get rid of my unwelcomed visitors but because he is just a pleasure to be around. Both my husband and I are hoping one day he stays to just hang out but he is always off to his next customer. Oh well. Maybe next time.

So here’s the real deal! Needed a bug guy. Called during non-working hours as per his listed business hours and he picked up. Not only did he pick up, but was able to fit me into his schedule that was good timing for me too. Everything that everyone wrote in their reviews are true. Personable, professional, fair prices, etc., etc., etc. It’s only been a few days and no bugs so far. I hope it stays that way. If so, the this guy will be my new go-to bug guy! It’s hard to find hard working honest people that charge a fair price in ABQ. I’d recommend him to all family and friends.
