I signed up for the service, and had an experience similar to what another review said. The tech did not come to my house on the scheduled day of inspection. This left me a bit hesitant, since we were new customers and there were already issues. So my wife called, and rescheduled. Our tech Raul just left, and I have to say he was great. Very personable and helpful. He was thorough and did not rush through the process. Despite my hesitations, I am satisfied after the first treatment, and am interested to see the results.

I have had Greenway coming to my house for a year now and they are great! My neighborhood has had a lot of roaches, and I don't ever see any around my property anymore. If I do see one, it is rare and it is dead. The technicians are great. I have only had one issue, and they got it resolved right away! They will come back out to respray at no extra cost if there are still pests around. I recommend to everyone!

We are up in the Paradise Hills area and we see a lot of pests, especially ants, which is our biggest pest issue. Symbrei was very attentive to our issues! She inspected the areas we were having issues with and went about treating the affected areas thoroughly. Because of the rains she spoke to us about possibly rescheduling treating the outside area, I appreciated that; and we choose to have the outside treated after the rains so we would get a better result. This is our first time using GPS and the guys they sent, Noah and Hunter, are great! They’re very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient (I had several questions). They were thorough in the inspection of our property, explained what to expect over the next couple weeks, found things we didn’t know were there, and finished spraying in about 20 minutes. All in all, it was a much warmer, friendlier, informative experience than I was expecting from a pest control appointment. Highly recommend!

From my initial visit to the present all of the technician have been polite and professional ,not something I had experienced with other companies. Since you pay quarterly I understand how people might feel it is expensive, but given that they not only service your home quarterly but will come out anytime you call with no added fees, and you are not charged monthly like other services their prices are actually less than many of their competitors, yet their service is superior.

A gentleman by the name of Vincente came out this time. He is such a wonderful person and very thorough. Mostly, Greenway has truly good workers who get the job done and you trust them. Now and again, you'll find a mess up... but no one is perfect and they do make up for their mistakes - you don't find THIS much anywhere anymore. Overall, I have found them to have honesty and good work.

These guys are awesome, seriously. They spray outside whether or not you're home (with permission of course) and anywhere in the house you'd like. I just got my home sprayed today. I saw a high level of professionalism, and respect for the health of himself, other customers and me. He wore a mask and gloves and ensured me it was no offense, which I wouldn't have been offended anyway, but very polite and we held a great conversation while he worked. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I recommend Greenway to those looking for pest control. He also said it won't harm my geckos once dry. Very happy customer!

Had a great experience with Greenway on June 11th. Edwin was incredibly professional and competent. He did his job quickly. He also noticed that cobwebs and old mud dauber debris along the soffit of my house hadn't been removed (something the company had previously said they would do, but a few technicians before Edwin had missed completely). Upon seeing the debris, it was clear from his reaction that he could tell it hadn't been done. He apologized for other technicians' mistakes, then explained how he was going to fix it, and proceeded to. Even though it wasn't his personal mistake, he nevertheless took responsibility for it, and fixed it.... which is *exactly* what a competent and professional representative of a company should do. It was impressive and noteworthy, which is why I'm leaving this review. Greenway needs more guys like Edwin... He exemplified professionalism and competence, which is what every customer paying for this type of service wants, but doesn't always get. Give Greenway a try and ask for Edwin!

I’ve been using Greenway for 4 years now and I have never had a problem with them. I like that what they spray inside is safe for my animals after 10-15 minutes instead of an hour. I’ve only had to have one respray and it’s free. The technicians are always very polite and quick. Great company.

This was my first time using my this service so we'll see how well it actually works for getting rid of my ant infestation, but I have high hopes based on the tech's performance during this first visit. Raul was very friendly and offered a lot of detailed information about what he was doing. He treated inside the walls, and moved and cleaned behind all of my appliances. (See my update below, Andrew Garcia is the right person for this type of service!!) I got annoyed because aggressive and unprofessional practices of a young man selling for Greenway, knocking at my door last night (at 9pm!) in Santa Fe, NM. I think it was the same young fellow who other people are reporting. What he did is not only coming so late to knock my door, without proper mask wearing and without proper social distancing, but also proceed to aggressively push for a 2 year commitment of pest control (to get rid of some ants in my kitchen) and wanting me to hand him a "void check" (???) apparently to guarantee future payments. Today I called the company to complain and a responsive and courteous manager (Andrew) explained to me that a contractor was not managing the sales properly and that they would talk to this contractor about stopping such aggressive sales practices that are bothering many Santa Fe neighbors. The response seemed appropriate and I am willing to try the service for one time, and if the service is good, I could then continue scheduling maintenance. Once this takes place, and if everything goes well, I will come to edit my review and rating accordingly. UPDATE: As promised, Andrew Garcia came to treat my property and everything was as it is supposed to be: good service, good pricing, not hard locked contracts, and no more ants!. I am happy. I think this shows the two sides of this type of business. They can do great work and develop long term relationship with happy customers. But they also have some door to door hard sellers who fast talk and inappropriately push for long term locked contracts. The good thing is that once I got in touch with the company, I was taken care of by Mr. Garcia, who is an excellent professional with great people skills. Very knowledgeable and to the point. He is thorough with his work and honest in his sales approach. I loved that he did not try to force a locked two year contract on my, but rather he was so confident about his service and the quality of the products he uses, that he understands that doing a good job and treating people with courtesy and respect, is a better way to keep customers in a long time relationship, rather than pressing them into long contracts for a service they have not even tried, as a previous sales person from Greenway tried to force on me. I am happy with the results and my house is very clean of ants, inside and outside. My wife is very happy too!. I look forward to keep doing business with you guys.

All my experiences to date with Greenway Pest Solutions have been wonderful. They send really good Technicians and i especially like Angel who does an outstanding job. His attitude and thoroughness do impress me. He also asks if i need anything additional before he leaves. There is no pressure. The 1st tech was in and out in 5 minutes and made excuses why he could not do certain things on the contract. Greenway has superior products, nice technicians and cost less than I was paying previously. Most importantly, other than the initial treatment, I have been able to have them apply their products outside only and the barrier they leave has kept the bugs out of the house. As I am very sensitive to chemicals, this has been a huge advantage. Greenway comes quarterly, charging the same amount per visit as I was previously paying every other month. And they will return, at no extra charge, if problem areas or species don’t clear up after treatment has been applied. After coming from an excellent company at my old residence, I had certain expectations from my new pest control company and I can say that Greenway has met all of them. They are always cordial and take care of everything in a timely manner. Trevor was my door salesman and was very professional and to the point. My first appointment was scheduled 2 days after signing the contract which was convenient because I had seen pests around my house and I was needing to call a specialist. My technician specialist was Vince Espinoza and he was not only on time, but was professional and practiced excellent social distancing and wore a mask while inside my home. Vince also explained the 24 month contract again to make sure I knew the expectation of GreenWay and what services they provide during membership. This is the first pest control service I have signed up for and even though it seems a bit expensive, the monthly payments make it easier. The spray takes between 2-3 weeks to fully exterminate any pests lingering around your property and is animal safe. However if you do see more pests inside or outside your house before your quarterly visit, GreenWay will send a technician specialist, free of charge, to spray your property again to ensure the pests stay away! So far I am satisfied with GreenWay and I hope it continues to be a positive experience.

I’ve been using Greenway for about three years. They spray quarterly and are responsive to individual issues. I have turtles so they’re careful to watch for them. Initially they spray inside and out the house but after that they just spray the outside and that works fine for us. I’ve only had one problem with inside pests (sugar ants) and they came out the day after I called and resolved the issue.

I have had this service for approximately 3 months as of this post. The techs and staff are friendly, it's a paperless experience, and overall I would say it's not bad. However, I cannot honestly say that I notice less pests than when I treated the home myself. Pest service is a convenience more than anything. The literature I was shown, and the receipt of service following a visit lists many items (treatment of wall voids, eves, and behind electrical outlets, and more) that have not been done once since I signed the "contract". I watch...then I report. One guy even told me he doesn't understand "why they even print that stuff." I have many, many more months of contractual obligation to Greenway, and I look forward to the opportunity to give them 5 stars. It's a work in progress.

I have been a customer of Greenway Pest Control for a couple of years they will spray the outside and inside of my house every 3 months, during that 3 months if I see any bugs they will come out and spray again for free. When I became a customer I had ants that were taking over my house. They got me an appt right away and took care of them. It took a couple of free visits but since then I have had no ants inside. I had a salesperson come to our door--and at first I was annoyed at having yet another solicitor within a few days of moving in to our new house. I took his card and put it in a drawer. A few days later we found hundreds of ants in my 2 yr old daughter's room, several spiders and roaches...and millions of swarming ants in our yard! I sent Jerry a frantic text message at 8pm on a Sunday night, and he responded!!!!! Imagine my shock when he called and set up a technician to visit our house first thing Monday morning! He sprayed our house inside and out, dropped bait, and explained that we have carpenter ants. They'll come again in 2-3 weeks free of charge if we still see ants in the house. Since he was here, we're finding dead ants, dead spiders, and fleeing bugs left and right. I had no idea so many bugs were in our home. Ever since I started having Greenway Pest Solutions come out to spray for ants that I and my husband have been fighting with for years I am happy that the ant problem is gone. I have spent time and money on my own trying all kinds of ant baits, sprays and mixtures that I found online to battle the infestation of ants that were in every room of my house and in the front and back yards I was getting no relief. Finally told my husband that I have had enough we have to find a way to pay for someone to help us. I found a flyer in my front porch one day for Greenway and I called. A guy came out and set gel in my kitchen, but the next visit was a wonderful young man named Angel who I am so thankful for and he has successfully done what I couldn't do. Ever since Angel has treated the inside and the outside of my house and comes regularly to maintain the infestation is gone both inside and out. Very professional and friendly. We used to have a serious cockroach problem, now it is very rare to see one running around. After about 2 years of service they continue to do a super job, and are very careful about harming features in your yard that you do not want sprayed. We just had an unusual problem of an ant colony living inside the foundation of our house and they took care of this problem very easily, with 2 tiny bait stations that stay out of sight.

Greenway was in my neighborhood spraying other houses. A representative came to my house to offer a special price to have them spray my home since they were allready in the neighborhood. I was on a very quick lunch break from work and didn't have time to talk so he left me his card and asked if I could call them later to discuss options. He was a little pushy and I really didn't appreciate being disturbed during my quick lunch, however I definately needed the service due to an ant infestation in the home and yard along with many spiders in the yard. I called him back after work and set up the service which included a contact for quarterly servicing. A few days later the initial service was performed. The gentleman who came out was Dasawn, he was quite pleasant and did a very nice job. He made sure not to put ant bait in any areas where my doggie could come in contact with it, he also took down and disposed of an old wasp nest, the icing on the cake was that he even removed all of the spiderwebs in the yard. I'm only giving a 4 star review due to frustration of the initial abrupt contact from the representative. I would much rather have had some sort of prior notice of their services. Perhaps a postcard or pamphlet several days in advance with the details of their services and contract options letting people know they would be in the area on a certain date to sign up new customers? Or maybe a posting on the nextdoor site from them would have been much more appriciated.

The associate who serviced our home was listened to what we had to say about cockroaches being found in both bathrooms. Even though they were dead, he agreed it shows that they are getting into the inner dwelling area of the house. He thoroughly applied the insecticide inside the entire house, then thoroughly sprayed all around the soil/dwelling contact areas of the house. I was a little put off by door to door salesmen as I hate telling people 'no', but even so I did actually need a pest service. Happily it works out, good and quick service and very accommodating technicians. I don't know the chemical composition of the spray they use so I can't comment on that, but I was getting dead roaches in the kitchen floor that crawled out to die at night, and the driveway with bugs kicking their last in the morning. I haven't seen any since. They seem willing to come any time free of charge if I do, which is nice. The cost seems reasonable, especially since I'd be buying the chemicals at retail prices, which would obliviate saving anything with DIY.

I am so happy that I switched to Greenway instead of Proactive Pest Solutions. I had issues with rodents and had done what I could to alleviate the problem by reinsulating our entire home and filling and patching any entrance points when we bought our home. When we got Proactive they set up bait boxes but not traps that would catch or kill these large rats that we were dealing with. The rodent problem got much worse because there was bait, not a trap or killing mechanism. I also had them for weed control and that was a joke, after having them out twice and needing them a third time that's when I switched to Greenway. However they don't do weeds so I just hired someone to come every other week to just upkeep our yard. Anyways, Greenway has gone above and beyond to solve my rodent problem, by crawling up all my attics, setting traps, filling every new hole these pests have made to the exterior of our home and caulking anything else seen in the attics. In my previous address I found a few roaches here and there and asked the landlord about servicing. They happened to stop by shortly after and the landlord agreed to pest control services with them. Well, after that first spray it was like a roach genocide had occurred! Outside of our home were scores of dead and dying roaches--and it stayed that way every morning for a week, gradually seeing less and less. When they came for maintenance sprays you could tell because there would be a handful of dying roaches outside here and there. We've since moved, but they moved with us and in a similar fashion they continue to provide consistent, quality service. Evergreen Pest Solutions is great. I have had a problem with centipedes in my home and sometimes scorpions and a lot of spiders. They came by last month with a great deal and I didn't see any bugs for a few weeks. Then I had two centipedes in my house, so I called for a re-service. They just came and sprayed this morning and explained to me why they thought I was getting those centipedes after spraying. They inspected my foundation and saw a few cracks that was most likely where they were coming in from. They get an A+ in my book for friendliness, speed of service, and of course quality of service.

Greenway took care of a Roach infestation that we had after we replaced our Plumbing Pipes. We had used a Pest Company in Santa Fe and they were spraying every month.
