I absolutely loved these guys!! I'm a first time homebuyer and they did the inspection on my possible new residence. I was able to be there during the whole thing and asked a bunch of questions. They were so friendly and knowledgeable when answering them. If I had a concern that I'd noticed they explained it to me and showed me what they were talking about. I truly appreciate them helping me become more knowledgeable with this whole process. They also had the report to me super fast! I highly recommend these guys. Thanks again Mike Sr for coming out. Buying a home can be intimidating. Not knowing what exactly to expect. Not knowing who to expect as far as people coming into your home (purchasing our rental property). Mike and Michael came to do our home inspection and were a couple of people I was so glad to meet. Both very professional and delightful to work with! Explained things well! I had a hard time finding a home inspection company that took care of both a home and pest inspection (which they include free of charge, I mean, c'mon!). It was great being able to hire one company for both, they provided a detailed report which included big items that need attention, but also lots of detail to some of the less noticeable. When reviewing the report, I could tell they really took the time and effort to do a thorough inspection, which I greatly appreciate. Super awesome people!!! Very thorough inspection. I’ve seen other guys do a home inspection in 20 minutes which is a no no. Blue sky did an amazing job. It took them 2 hours to do a whole inspection with two guys which is how it should be. Very nice and pleasant guys to work with. The inspection was scheduled for 9am. Mike pulled into the driveway about 10 minutes early. I left for about 10 minutes since the lock box couldn't be opened until 9am. When I returned Mike was on the roof already inspecting. My agent had gotten the door open and the rest of the team was inside checking everything. The report was in my email the very next morning. There were a couple of items found that I was not aware of during the inspection that were noted on the report. With multiple persons inspecting I wasn't with each inspector at all times. One of the items found was hot and cold reversed on a couple of faucets. I didn't even think to check that myself while looking at the house. Overall, I would have to recommend Blue Sky Inspections. My brother in law is in this business in another state, and he recommended an inspector that is certified in the same organizations that he is, and Mike is. That was another peace of mind aspect of working with Blue Sky, and he is a fellow veteran, which I appreciate. Overall - punctual; great inspection; really good price (according to my sister, in relation to what is charged in another state without the termite inspection as part of the package); timely, professional looking report. Very satisfied with Blue Sky and highly recommend their services.

Honest and helpful, these guys are true professionals. We got to the house to start the inspection and could not get a hold of our realtor to open the home. Michael and his son called around to different realtors in the area and actually retrieved the door code so we didn't have to reschedule. They were extremely thorough and walked through the house with me afterwards to explain every repair necessary to the house. Great rates and they kicked in termite and dry rot inspection for free. You would be making a mistake to go with any other home inspector.
