Best pest control company I have personally ever worked with. Joseph is extremely friendly and personable but also very professional and knowledgeable in his field. They did their job efficiently and they did it well!! They came at times that were most convenient for us. They contacted us every month for treatments, I never once had to call them to come. I felt very reassured the problem would be resolved because of their attentiveness. They were also available at any time if we needed immediate assistance. Their prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend for commercial or residential pest control.

Great staff and customer service! Along with supporting a locally and owned family business, these guys do truly care to get your needs taken care of and in a quick timely manner along with fitting right into a reasonable budget! I wouldn't ever hesitate to have them be my first call next time I need them. You wont get a better thorough service anywhere else to rid you of any issues you may have.

Used B & Y's services for over a year. One day the service tech called to cancel our appointment due to a family emergency. I had no problem and awaited his return call for a new appointment. I never heard another word from this company or the technician to whom I had been extremely forgiving. This company has deals on Groupon, yet I don't think their level of service was that great.

I used B&Y years ago when I was a supervisor in an office building and needed to keep bugs out of our professional space. Now, as an AirBnB host, I use them to keep bugs out of my beautiful AirBnBs! They've responded in emergency situations and I now have a schedule for routine care. I've known this family for 10+ years and they're just absolutely precious people. My most recent experience with Justin was amazing. He went above and beyond...sent me photos through text of problem areas (I wasn't there with him) and even made sure I knew that the front door was coming off the hinges! That's not a bug issue...but he didn't care. He made sure I knew. I can't say enough about how amazing this company is. Any interaction I've had with any of them has exceeded expectations and I will absolutely use them for years to come for ALL of my pest control needs. This is the company you want to be working with! I promise! Thanks, guys...you've saved me and saved my Superhost status with AirBnB. Side note: guests DO NOT like bugs!

These guys are excellent. I called every company in Albuquerque to get someone out and B & Y Pest Control was the only one who was available. The customer service on the phone was excellent and the gentlemen who came to spray his name is Joseph was beyond awesome. I thought most pest control would just come and spray and leave. Not these guys.. Joseph took his time to make sure ever part was sprayed and the bait was in place not only that he took the time to explain what each chemical does. EXCELLENT!!!

Based on its positive reviews, we contacted B & Y Pest Control to inspect a problem in our home. We had discovered a honeycomb-like hole in our wall that was crawling with tiny insects. Their certified termite specialist, Robert, arrived within 10 minutes to inspect the damage. We were relieved to learn that our voracious invaders were sheetrock-munching ants! Robert applied a treatment to the damaged area, and we made arrangements for a more thorough ant-eradication service a few days later. We will schedule regular preventive treatments around the property, as well. Our interactions with both the owner and Robert were very positive, reflecting their professionalism, expertise, friendliness, fair pricing, convenience and promptness. Had we faced a termite infestation, we would have confidently hired them to take care of that problem instead. We look forward to having a long-term relationship with B & Y Pest Control, and eagerly recommend them to anyone with an insect infestation of any kind.

It was very amazing that they came out on super short notice and accepted a delayed in payment. I definitely recommend B & Y Pest Control :)

I had a mean horde of yellow jackets living in the ground, under a railroad tie so couldn't get to them. They attacked a family member with a vengeance! Orkin Pest Control came out & did not do anything but make them angrier! I called several other companies who only had cell phones, no land line, no receptionist, they didn't call me back. I called B & Y Pest and got a real person on the phone! They came out within hours of the call and took care of the problem. Bob was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am so grateful to the people @ B & Y Pest Control.
