We've used A-Extreme Services for years and we love them. The family is great and the services have always done the job. They are great on answering questions which is important to me. One thing I really like is the product they use which isn't supposed to be dangerous for humans or pets. We are happy about that since we have a small, elderly dog. We will continue being loyal customers.

I'm not usually conscientious about posting a review, in fact I usually need to be prompted, but this company is worth taking the time to review! They've been fantastic to work with! I called them because of their advertisement to treat green; I was especially was concerned about having dogs around treated areas. Even after only one conversation with Danny, I knew they knew their stuff about pest control (I have friends in another state in the business). They are incredibly responsive, especially when I'm panicked about having centipedes/roaches in or around my home and extremely helpful when I pepper them with questions. To say their customer service is impeccable is an understatement! I couldn't be happier with doing business with them and highly recommend them to anyone wanting quality customer service-which is really rare these days!

We moved to ABQ over a year ago, and I am not sure how I found them but glad I did. They are very friendly and professional. I have never had to call them back to add more spray or pellets. Whatever they put down in the home and outside works! They are the only pest control service we have used here in ABQ, so I cannot compare them to other companies in the area.

They know by this time that I sometimes get busy at work and forget they are treating the house that day and they are kind enough to call so I won't miss a treatment. I switch to using A-Extreme this summer because I wasn't happy with my previous exterminators ability to eradicate the large centipedes that we get coming into our house. So far they've been greatly reduced. They seem to have a better understanding of what needs to be done. And they are super-responsive. I would highly recommend them.

They’re very flexible with scheduling and give reminder magnets for each upcoming service. Plus they call in advance to confirm appointments. They’re extremely punctual and friendly—our 3 year-old daughter LOVES Tanya!!! If we notice any activity in between treatments, they immediately come to address it—often the same day we called, and it’s included in the service contract at no additional fee. We used to have issues with ants and haven’t seen any since we switched to this company. Bonus: I never feel like they’re trying to up-sell or push additional, unnecessary services like some other companies do.

A-Extreme Services has been the most impressive service company I have worked with yet in Albuquerque. They are always prompt and on time for the scheduled appointments so you don’t have to end up waiting around. Before I had them spray, my yards were covered in ants and roaches but after using their service, I didn’t see a single roach for months – it’s amazing! We just had our second service and I can’t be more pleased. For our first visit we were quickly fit into the schedule. They serviced our home in the morning and within 24 hours our back porch was full of dead ants. We haven’t seen ants since.
