I like the environment and the equipment selection. The Frontdesk people are always friendly. People who run this place definitely knows about training. However it’s really, really dirty, the dumbbells left stains on my shirt. Some of the equipments are already falling apart(see the picture). This gym is also too crowded, the equipments are already mostly bare iron, and they place them too close to each other which is dangerous. I hurt myself multiple times in this gym. In conclusion it’s overall a good gym, but they need to do better.

If you are looking for an AWESOME 24/7 gym this is the place. The staff here is exceptional. Always there to help if you have any questions regarding health, form or certain exercises. No matter if you are just starting out or have been lifting for years this gym has EVERYTHING you need. Like is said before the staff is phenomenal and even the members are all respectful and willing to help!

This is a really great gym. Very affordable and it has a lot of equipment. the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and there are trainers available. Keep in mind this is a serious gym where people are there to lift heavy and are serious about their exercise, which is really great because it inspires you to do more and get in the shape you want. I can't stand the Planet Fitness vibe so this works for me

This gym represents everything I love about bodybuilding, strength training, fitness, etc! The energy is contagious and always someone there with the know how to get you to that next level. And yes, its a place where people take training VERY seriously, but dont take themselves too seriously. As long as I live in the Tri-State there is no other gym for me. Here's to 30 more years.

The gym has good equipment but not always clean. Bathrooms are not in the best condition and some of the staff not all but some are disrespectful. They only play one type of music but again the equipment is good

Great old school gym with plenty of free-weights and machines, it also has good variety of cardio equipment. The only downsides are the equipment needs to be updated and the locker rooms are really small.

Excellent 24 hour gym for those serious about powerlifting or bodybuilding, or anyone just looking for a decent locally owned gym to get a good workout in. Monthly cost is not expensive at all for what you're getting, although it can get crowded at times (specifically the after-work crowd on weekdays, although I go in the mornings usually to work around that and it's fine). People that go here are generally friendly, dedicated, hard-working and know one another. Plenty of barbells, specialty barbells, squat racks, machines and benches as well as a dedicated deadlifting platform. Cardio machines and a stretching room as well. Basically, if you're looking for the opposite of a Planet Fitness, this is it. And that's a good thing!

The Training Center is a great gym. The only problems are the government mandated face masks and the people who don't like us enough so they try to shut us down from the inside.

If you want a serious, no nonsense gym, this is the place. Plenty of people from all ages, genders, and walks of life. Never had a problem here and the staff are very welcoming
