When I first started at Go Time, I was apprehensive and didn't think I could do the work. But very quickly into my time, I found out that not only could I do the work, but the community of people were so much better. Everyone is each others fan on this journey!
In my time of working with Caleb and Andrew, I've noticed that I have more stamina than I did before I started, and I can do things I used to do in my younger days. I owe all my success to them and Jennifer, the nutritionist, for putting me on the right path to success.
If you're on the fence about whether to join Go Time...don't be. It really is a family of people trying to make each other better. That attitude starts with your assessment and continues through your last workout. Everyone wants to see you succeed!

Over the last several years I had been putting on weight and I started to feel sluggish and tired and even the little things were becoming more difficult to accomplish. I knew I needed to do something and I had run out of excuses as my kids we both off to college. I ended up at Go Time Training and was a great decision. I knew nothing about training but the team has walked me thru every step of the way and everyone makes you feel comfortable. The entire staff knew my name in the first week and are great in ensuring the right form, making adjustments and providing encouragement. I lost 2% body fat and gained 3 lbs of muscle in the first 6 weeks. I’m still early in my journey but already have more energy and I now enjoy and look forward to going to training. I would encourage anyone looking for a no judgement, encouraging, professional environment to go check Go Time out. You wont regret it.

For years, I had a regular workout routine and I enjoyed having a workout "buddy". As I aged, I had some joint replacements, injuries, etc which ruined my motivation and I found myself finding excuses to skip workouts and eventually started other unhealthy dietary habits. Through a friend, I decided to visit GoTimeTraining and I was really excited with the concepts, the facility, and the people I met almost instantly.
When I first started, I had to modify literally EVERY exercise. This was done with help from the trainers and I soon learned what I could and couldn't do easily. As I started getting stronger, I noticed a huge difference in the way I felt, how I slept, and the daily decisions I made (mostly around diet). Although I am only working out twice a week, I have gained significant muscle mass and I continue to lose pounds of fat. Although I am far from "liking" myself in the mirror, I am surprised at what 8 weeks has done so far.
I find that I don't look for excuses to NOT workout, but I crave more. I have found I can make healthy eating (and drinking) choices and I don't feel hungry. I haven't had to give up things I like to eat either. I love the way I am sleeping and waking up. I look forward to a long relationship with GoTimeTraining and I would encourage anyone who is skeptical to simply visit the facility and talk with the trainers.

I knew I needed to make some nutrition and activity level changes in my life. After moving our family 3 hours away to a new community last summer and losing my mom suddenly last fall, my physical health was not a priority. After seeing my husband having great success with GoTime, I was so excited for him but also a tad jealous. While I’ve worked out with cardio, I just didn’t see results I wanted. So I was hesitant to join another gym. Strength training is very approachable! After just a few sessions at the gym, I found myself getting exciting to go work out! Who thinks that?! I appreciate having a workout customized to my goals and body needs. I appreciate the constant feedback from the coaches throughout the sessions. I have really appreciated the Health Coaching I have been a part of at Go Time. They have helped me set goals and achieve them until they become a new part of my life. At 57, I knew I wanted to make some changes in my physical well-being. A friend suggested Go Time Training, and I am so glad she did. Great people, great trainers, great facilities, and great, personalized programs to help me reach the goals I have set for myself.
Because of this, in my first six weeks, I have lost 11.7 lbs of body fat, dropping my percent body fat by 4.2%, and lost 2 inches off my waist. I have gained 3 lbs of muscle, increased my flexibility, and have made very noticeable improvements in my strength, flexibility, and balance.

I hadn’t been to a gym in years and I was searching for a place to get fit/lose weight when my chiropractor recommended GoTime. I had been having a lot of aches and pains, plus I needed to take a few pounds off. This seriously is the easiest program I have ever done to drop some pounds and keep it off. I go to semi private training 2 times/week, group classes every now and then and nutrition counseling. I used to work out (hard cardio) 6 days/week years ago to get results, but 2 days/wk at GoTime, plus watching what I eat is all I need. I have been going there about 10 months and have lost weight/inches/body fat and am lifting more than I ever thought I could. I have been maintaining my goal weight for several months using the tools Jennifer taught me (not needing to chart food anymore). Kelsey and the other trainers are amazing at pushing us right when we need it! They do assessments every 6 weeks and really listen to what you want and adjust your program to your latest goals. My abs are sore from my new program this week, but I told Kelsey I wanted to tone up my midsection- be careful what you ask for😂. The atmosphere at GT is so positive and the staff is the best!

I started at GoTime in June 2022. I travel for work so I am out of town 3-4 days a week, the schedule at GoTime is perfect for me. In the short time I have been a client I have noticed that my balance is improved, I have more energy and I just feel better in general. Meeting with Jennifer, the nutrition coach, has been beneficial in many aspects of my life, including implementing healthy eating habits, healthy sleep habits and understanding how foods and nutrients affect my body. Trainer Angelica (Jelly) did an incredible job personalizing my workouts, and always knew exactly what I needed working with past injuries. I was a client at GoTime Training about 6 years ago and enjoyed positive results but a new job, busy life and lack of motivation took me away. I have tried SO many "diets" and even built a small work out area in my home during COVID but found I lacked the motivation to be accountable. With a history of one knee replacement and a back injury three years ago I was concerned for safety as well. That's when I remembered GoTime training. I love the semi-private training- it's a small group (6-7 people max) with individual work out plans designed specifically for their needs and goals under a trainer's supervision. These trainers are watching and coaching for proper form while encouraging and adapting along the way to keep you motivated and safe. They offer individual nutrition coaching as the other half of the program to help identify and direct healthy eating for a lifetime and not just a "diet" including recipes and menus with REAL foods. At the end of my first six weeks I only lost 1/2 lb per the scale but I lost 4% body fat and gained 4 lbs of muscle 😊 so, an absolute WIN-WIN and turns out I had to actually eat MORE to get here. At 57 years young I want my senior years to be the healthiest years yet and with GoTime I believe I will accomplish this!

I just finished the Lifestyle Design program. It’s a health coaching program that helped me establish good habits, specific to my needs. I learned skills I can apply to future situations throughout my life. Coach Jelly was great at addressing my concerns week to week, pivoting effortlessly when my needs changed and constantly proving positive feedback. She was so upbeat and fun! I normally dread “setting goals” and establishing steps to get there. Jelly made the whole process painless and fun. I so appreciate her!

We joined GoTime right after the restrictions were lifted in May. We had gotten out of our routine, and like everyone else in 2020 were needing some return to normalcy.
We do private training with Caleb 2 to 3 times per week. He listens to what our goals and needs are and will incorporate those into the workouts. It has been great to see our strength, endurance, and confidence increase since May.
If your looking to loose weight, build muscle, or overall improve your health this a great training center to join. They have several different options to choose from, but we have really enjoyed the private training sessions.

I came to Go Time already running half marathons. But I had hit a plateau with weight loss and decreasing my mile time. Within my first 6 weeks I have dropped near 10lbs, improved my running time by almost 1 minute. I am so glad I have gone with Go Time. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful on all levels of fitness. They listen then come up with work out solutions. The work outs are very effective and easy to follow. The trainers are also motivating and follow through with their work.
The place itself is spacious, equipped with the right stuff to handle all kind of workouts. The staff are friendly. I would totally recommend GoTimeTraining to all my friends and family. There are many gyms out there but GoTimeTraining is absolutely brings excellent results.

When I first started at GoTime I was always tired, my back hurt and had arms that were as strong as cooked spaghetti. I had no idea what the heck I was doing.
With their guidance over the last four months, I have way more energy! My back pain has lessened and I've gotten better sleep because of it. I'm SIGNIFICANTLY stronger than I was before, and I dropped two pant sizes to boot with Sean, Kasey, and Jennifer's advice!

When I started at GoTime, I had low energy throughout the day and was probably in the worst physical shape of my life. After completing a 12 week program, I had the following results:
- Higher energy levels
- Increased range of motion in my shoulders and legs
- Weight loss of around 25 pounds
- Reduced visceral fat levels (especially in my stomach area)
All of the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to be around which makes workouts very enjoyable. Workouts are also designed specifically for you if you sign up for semi-private or private lessons which I found to be nice as I got customized workouts without the hassle of having to plan them myself. Overall, I would 10/10 recommend this gym to anyone looking for a challenging and fun workout environment.

The trainers are very patient and help make sure you are working hard but staying safe. The nutrition coaching has been great! The facilities are nice and clean. When I started I could barely do any core exercises, and now I can do them without breaks. The trainers meet you where you are! Such a great team.

When I came back to GoTime, it was like a never left. The trainers are highly qualified, friendly and knowledgeable. I've been to gyms where the "meatheads" takeover the equipment. I've been to the newest fad "cult" gyms. Both have their place and that place is far away from me. Go Time is the perfect gym for those who want a good workout without judgment but encouragment. The trainers are also very personable.Regardless of physical abilities, the trainers and members motivate and help each other to achieve our goals.

I was hesitant to join "another gym" but this is NOT just a gym. The GoTime staff focuses on individual's needs and the attention I have received is above and beyond anything I've experienced in other health club facilities. In just a few months I have not only become stronger and more flexible but I actually look forward to working out and pushing myself to become better. The nutritional guidance I've received through Jennifer has been fantastic and she's helped me understand what my body needs. All classes are scheduled with safe distancing in mind and the facility is very clean and organized. I love the semi-private workouts because my program is developed for me and adjusted as I progress. All the trainers are fantastic, especially Anjelica "Jelly" who motivates me by setting realistic goals and acknowledges even the smallest victories. I truly can say I love GoTime!

My husband and I followed our trainer (Caleb) to GoTime when he was hired on in May 2019.
GoTimes training facility impressed us for multiple reasons. As a physician during the pandemic safety was an important factor. This facility is very conscience about wiping down everything you touch and wearing masks if your not working out. The facility is large so there is plenty of room to social distance. The trainers are all well and educated and certified in personal training. They will push you to improve yourself and make you accountable. There is also a nutritionist on staff.
There are different categories of memberships based on your needs. They offer larger classes to one on one personal training. Our personal favorite is the personal training.
After being a member for 9 months we couldn’t be happier with our decision to join this training facility. It’s clean and bright with a very personable and energetic staff.

I started at GoTime after completion of my physical therapy for an injury and wanted to get back to my pre-injured state of movement, strength, and fitness. I decided to do semi-private training where GoTime trainers developed programs for me to achieve my goals. Just like any fitness goals it is not going to happen over night but I saw results not only at a faster pace than expected but also at a steady pace. I am 6months in and I’m still seeing improvements in strength, body fat loss, and technique at all of my assessments. As long as you schedule those times and show up, the trainers will push you to the level that is right for you. To sum up, I am very happy with my experience at GoTime.

When I first began at Go Time I was excited to see what the future held and excited to see what this gym had to offer! My results have been great so far in the program. It's comfortable for all ages, and really keeps it tight knit. The contracts can be a little daunting however if you aren't looking for long term membership or flexibility. However when I told them I had a 2 month internship they were more than understanding and simply paused the pay for two months so that I wouldn't lose out on that money!

Started semi private training here about 8 weeks ago and so far love it. I’ve tried working out at other gyms but was frustrated by Not knowing how I should use the equipment available and feeling I spend most of my time waiting for equipment to be available.
At GoTime, trainers evaluate your current fitness level and specific problem areas then build individualized programs to help you improve. It’s so nice to not have to figure out what to do on my own and have friendly and professional trainers right there to answer questions and ensure I am doing the moves properly for maximum effect and to prevent injury. The nutrition coaching is also excellent and has helped me stay on track to meet my goals.
This is the first time in years I actually have enjoyed going to the gym and I am looking forward to continue my journey to fitness.

I have been going to GoTime for almost 6 months and have really enjoyed working with the trainers as well as having the nutrition coaching! The trainers and my nutrition coach are not only very personable but very knowledgeable. The workouts are always different and there are a variety of workout times to choose from. My nutrition coach keeps me motivated and is a great help with planning healthy meals. I could not have gotten this far in my strength training and weight loss without the guidance and motivation from the GoTime team!

I've been active most of my life, working out on my own without the help of any professionals. However, I plateaued and needed help getting to that next stage of my fitness goals. I finally decided to take the plunge and get professional help. I toured several facilities and knew pretty quick that GoTime was the right place for me; it's nothing like a traditional gym. I've been attending for six weeks and have participated in Group sessions, Semi-Private sessions, and Personal Training. The atmosphere is fantastic; like one big family. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and motivational. Anjelica (Jelly) creates (and continues to modify) fantastic personalized plans based on my goals that is already clearly showing results. Cole, Steven, Skylor and Raymond have also been fantastic. I certainly can't finish this review without talking about Casey (nutrition coach). I honestly did not believe nutrition was an issue for me, but tracking my eating with her has shown me my weaknesses and where I can improve. She's given me some great ideas on alternative healthy options that is within my nutrition goals. GoTime is all about helping you, based on your personal goals, and will help you get wherever it is you want to go in your fitness and nutrition journey. I have really enjoyed my time at GoTime so far! I have been looking to get back into better shape through exercise and nutrition. GoTime has done a very good job at building a workout plan specific to my body along with explaining why I’m doing what I’m doing.
The nutrition plan as well has informed me so much about what our bodies need, how it works, and what to look for with the lens of a lifetime of fitness perspective.

This program is by far my favorite. It is tailored specifically to me and to my goals. I recently completed the 12-Week Lifestyle Transformation program and have so many great things to say about it! The program is well-structured and provides a lot of accountability/check-ins to keep you motivated. Their nutritionist was so great at setting up a reasonable plan for me to follow so that I didn't feel like I was being deprived and I still managed to lose 5.6% body fat in just those 12 weeks! Their trainers are also great at listening to what you do and do not want in your workouts. It's obvious that GoTime really cares about custom-tailoring a program that will push you enough to get the results you want but not so much that you hate it or can't stick to it. The program was manageable enough and the results good enough that I decided to continue working with them. I highly recommend this studio!

All of the trainers are really helpful. Sean made me a personalized workout for the YMCA that helped me find out what to do and work on my own and helped me figure how to properly maintain my diet and is very knowledgeable in the workouts. Jelly is very energetic and fun to be around and pushes you to your limits so you can get stronger. Caleb is who I started with and he helps a lot and is very fun to be around and sets a good atmosphere.

I have been at GoTime now for a few years. I had no idea how much strength Training would help me, I had been doing light weights and mostly cardio for years. I most appreciate how much the trainers focus on form and ensuring I don’t get hurt. They really make the workouts fun. And I have met many new friends through the group training classes there. The staff is wonderful. I have multiple health issues and they are very cautious and considerate of my limits. Shannon was great getting me signed up and explaining everything. Cole, my trainer is the best! He watches over me to make sure I'm doing everything correctly. I have not met an employee who isn't smiling and friendly. The facility is clean, fun and inviting. I usually don't like to go to the gym because of my size, but I feel at home here. Give them a try, you will be pleased. ❤️
UPDATE: I wrote that review when I started out at GoTime. I have been going here for a couple of years and my opinion has not changed. The staff makes me feel like one of the family. They always have a smile and seem genuinely happy to see me. They are caring and considerate of my feelings and my health issues. I recommend GoTime to everyone. ❤️❤️

Over the years I have tried to get healthy. I tried all the talked about diets. I always put the weight back on and starved on expensive diet food. Also, none of these diets incorporated working out or showed me how to properly workout. When I started looking into getting a personal trainer my requirements were to find someone who didn’t judge, was encouraging, motivating, and would take the time to properly show me how to workout. I also wanted assistance with nutrition.
I found GoTime and after spending several minutes on their website I decided what the heck! I sent in a inquiry and was contacted within a day. I had an awesome tour and meet/greet. After seeing the gym and staff I felt this was were I needed to be. I joined and am now 4 weeks into my individualized program.
They take the time to assess you now, hear your goals and then create, train, and support you on your individualized program. I do the semi-private sessions 2x a week. They are small in size and everyone is doing their own workout. There is a trainer there to encourage, support and assist as needed.
Nutrition meetings are one-on-one. We create a individualized nutrition plan. The best part is you can still eat normal food and your don’t starve!
I have lost 20 pounds as of today. I feel more confident in working out and actually enjoy going to the gym. Definitely recommend GoTime!

Nick at Go Time Training is hands down best personal trainer EVER. But seriously. Nick is not only exceedingly good at what any quality trainer is supposed to be good at (knowledge in fitness, health, and exercise not only from a formal education but also through personal experience) but he’s also crazy good at making you feel comfortable, capable, and heard/understood when coming to the gym where most people instead feel intimidated, vulnerable, and judged. When I told Nick I didn’t want to focus on the number on the scale and just go off of how I looked and felt, He was 100% on board and even encouraged it regardless of the fact that it doesn’t necessarily give him the best opportunity to show his progress in training me. I really appreciate that the end goal for us both is that I’m in a good place with myself not just boosting his resume as a personal trainer. I also really appreciate that he continuously pushes me in my workouts. Every set he’s checking in with me on how it felt, where the weight is hitting, what muscle I feel it in, and then adding weight or reps accordingly. I don’t feel like I’m ever not progressing with my workouts because I know he’s making sure I’m doing the most I can every set every time. Nick is incredibly knowledgable with his experience in exercise and lifting but then he takes that and hears what your goals are, pays attention to your limits and capabilities, and then creates a positive space for you to achieve those goals.

I have nothing but a fabulous experience at Go Time. I am in my mid-forties and hadn't exercised in many years. I am also overweight and have a health problem that can cause difficulty with exercising. I knew I needed to work with someone who really knew what they are doing, including knowledge about the body and how it works, nutrition, and how to work with my health issue. I started with a personal trainer - Raymond - and worked with him for about 6 months and I was incredibly impressed with his wealth of knowledge and the way he tailored my workouts just for my needs. I eventually felt I was strong enough to give the boot camp classes a try and nearly a year later I am still going regularly.
It has been one year and four months since I first started at Go Time and I am actually ENJOYING working out! I never, ever thought that would happen. All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and are incredibly positive and encouraging. I could have never made it through those first very challenging months without Raymond's guidance, encouragement, and sense of humor to keep me going. I truly feel that everyone there, including the other clients, are rooting for each other. I love that when someone is struggling with a particular exercise during boot camp another person will start cheering them on. This is such a NICE place! I started at GoTime about a year and a half after a horrific accident nearly severed my right foot. For several months prior to me entering their gym, I was trying with very little success to rebuild strength in my right leg. I had no idea what I was doing. It was pretty clear that I needed help from a professional that could guide me through that process without the danger of re-injuring myself or causing some sort of other damage.
I was very impressed with the in-depth interview process. The staff at GoTime wanted to know a lot about my injury and my goals and were genuinely concerned with providing the best tools for recovery as possible. I was then paired up with my new trainer. Sean had taken a very methodical approach to my training. In my initial sessions, I was evaluated and had a hard time with most movements involving my legs, and since I couldn’t support much more than my body weight, I also had a hard lifting in general. Even simple squats without weight posed a problem and I couldn’t do it without holding onto something for stability. Sean designed workouts that began very rudimentary and progressed over time. He attentively coached me through as well as providing me with plans that I could work on at home, between my in-person training sessions. Since joining the GoTime family, I’ve been able to do things that I thought wouldn’t be possible for me again. Aside from achieving greater strength and mobility in my bad leg, I’ve gotten stronger all the way around. I’ve made impressive gains in muscle mass and still lost over 15lbs. to date.
I would recommend GoTime to anyone. The staff is knowledgeable, personable, and in tune with the members. I would especially recommend the clean and well equipped facility and services to those in physical recovery and in need of guidance to reach or go beyond their goals. It’s been a great experience!

I am working on my 4th year at Go Time. I keep going because when I walked in the first time I was advancing into middle age and felt like I was 80. Now I am stronger than I was in my 20s. My weight is under control other than the increasing weight on my lifts. I keep going because I am challenged every visit to keep moving and progressing and I never want to go back to what I felt like when I first met Jake in January 2015. Maintaining or even increasing muscle mass as we all age is key to aging and preventing falls and things like loss of balance. Every trainer is excellent and effective in groups as well as focused on the needs of each individual client. I've loved my time here and really miss it when I can't be there. So far I have really enjoyed the 1 on 1 attention to detail. It seemed the staff really cared about my goals and the work I wanted to do on myself. The nutrition/body analysis portion seemed scary, but was not overwhelming. Once I sat down with Jennifer and we discussed my habits and goals, it all seemed very attainable.
Small group sessions are fun and motivating. Corrections to form and emphasis on getting the most out of the time together is motivation to keep going back.

When I first started at GoTime it was almost three years ago. I was enrolled in one of there FitStart programs, I was 225 and felt horrible. By the time I ended the challenge I was 205 and felt great.
I left the gym due to overseas employment and gained all of it back and then some. But thankfully Shannon Dykman kept sending me emails about the different challenges that were coming up. I returned back to GoTime in May of this year. I was 240 and had bad knees and no energy. After years of cardio and Zumba I found that I needed to add more general body and core stabilization along with weight training into my routine. I went back to to GoTime after some personal time off in October 2019, my main focus was to increase my golf game, flexibility and mobility. Skylor and I really developed a plan to help with my core function, lower body and a lot of hips to really implement into my golf game. In October 2019 my 7-iron swing speed was 81mph, fast forward 3 months to January 2020, I went and got fitted for new irons, my new 7-iron swing speed was 88mph, and in June 2020 at a recent lesson, my current 7-iron swing speed was 92mph. If anyone knows me, I hardly ever write reviews on ANY places unless they exceed my expectations, and GoTimeTraining has done that. I heard about them a year ago but decided to take the leap this year to jump start a healthier lifestyle with a couple friends. I have always been someone who started diets and exercise routines but within a week, I would quit. It's been 3 weeks so far and I honestly do not dread coming here for my bootcamps. By the end of each bootcamps, I feel like I'm getting stronger! The trainers have been very helpful, friendly, and wonderful. They are also supportive and you get a lot of encouragement! Not only do they offer private training to group workouts, they help with your nutritional intake. I've learned a lot in the last 3 weeks and have been making better food choices since starting their TakeDownChallenge. Though my results are not as big as some since I've started, I am looking forward to just being healthier and being at a weight that is best for my body. Started with GoTime 2 months ago. I can honestly say it is the best decision that I could have ever made. After spending hundreds of dollars on a YMCA membership that I never used, I needed some accountability in my life. GoTime is the place for that! I just celebrated my one year anniversary at GoTime Training. Before GoTime, I lacked confidence in my ability to lose weight and get healthy on my own. All that changed when I begin working with Kelsey, John and Casey at GoTime! GoTime encouraged me to learn about getting healthy by providing a great nutrition program that uses real food. Casey taught me to be patient and enjoy the journey of getting healthy. We worked together and figured out how I could make balanced food choices and establish healthier eating patterns. I also began structured work- outs with Kelsey and John that were geared to my current physical abilities. They showed me how to do many of the exercises which tells me they were interested in my technique and safety. They would even modify an exercise right on the spot if I needed it. What I love about this place is that they care about each of their clients, I start coming to this place for nutritionist advice this area show me how important is eat everything but right (right amount of carbs, fats, protein) I am still visiting a nutritionist after almost two years because you always need the advice and the support and because life sometimes take you away from your tracks and that’s ok but the support to back in track is important and this people are awesome to help you with that.they don’t judge you. But now let’s talk about group exercise and personal exercise is the best. I never thought how bad I was doing my exercises by my self until I start working out here. Personal at this moment I enjoy the personal training because their trainers help you like no others, the time they dedicate just for you is amazing; I had a injury on my shoulder right now and I will have surgery in January and I thought I have to stop exercising and for my surprise they told me “no you can still come and keep exercising” they told me that they can create exercises for the rest of my body and not even use my injury arm/shoulder. I was a little scary about that but I still coming and do my exercise and every time I go and finish a sesión I feel amazing because I accomplished another day in this journey. The time they take to send you a message in ask you if you are ok when they don’t see you in the gym in your regular basis for me is good make me want to keep going. Love the reminder messages they send you when you have appointments. For me is worth it my money to go to GoTime Training.

Being physically active was something that I have enjoyed most of my life, but stress and challenging circumstances always threw me off my game. When I started at GoTime I was the most out of shape (and biggest) I’ve ever been. My resting heart rate was high and I could feel the need to be active again. Not for physical appearance or societal expectations, but because I wanted to feel better, treat my body well, and give myself the experiences in life I deserve.
I’ve been going about 3months now with no plans of stopping. I attend semi-private training 3x a week and do nutrition coaching. Every moment, from the first conversation on the phone, to the first time I set foot in the door, to just now (finished a great workout!) I have felt seen, validated, and cared about by the staff at GoTime.
It was an incredibly vulnerable thing for me to reach for help in an area I felt I should have been able to do myself. I had understandable layers of shame about my size and health, but I have never felt any of that reflected back at me at GoTime.
None of my fears came true, but many of my goals already have, and then some. My heart rate has dropped by 25, I can bench press 135lbs (and still going!) and I don’t make grunting noises when I have to stand up, lol. The confidence and strength I’ve received by going to GoTime has helped me in my business, my romantic life, AND given me the ability to do things I’ve always wanted to do (like take kickboxing classes in January!)
Even if you’re feeling afraid, if you have the hint of desire to get strong and feel great in your body, I highly recommend GoTime. Like the trainers here always say “You just get here, and we’ll take care of the rest.”

I've been an athlete through high school, college and post graduate. However, after my second child I became lost. I wanted to work out but didn't want a typical gym. I like direction and a positive atmosphere but was afraid to jump into "bootcamp" with other fitness fanatics who were in shape and I couldn't keep up with. What I found was friendship, positive focus and go at your own pace. The bootcamps are great, the small group options are phenomenal and one on one training when put forth effort is the best you could ask for. Everyone who works here is beyond attentive to client needs, whatever they may be in your journey. Cant go wrong!

Members are in their teens, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s and form a tight, motivating group. Struggling with nutrition? Casey can help. Are you training for a sport? If you’re just starting, I recommend guidance. I train one-on-one with Anjelica and that has made all of the difference. I’ve seen improvements in my muscle tone, weight, shape, and bone density. Was super apprehensive about commiting to GT at first but after working with the stellar staff and trainers I've certainly found a new home away from home. Just over 3 months ago, I felt like I had hit a dead end. My weight continued to climb and diet after diet, nothing was working. I had tried everything. My husband could tell I had hit rock bottom and was desperately trying to find ways to help. He decided some type of personal training would be the way to go. We had tried the personal training offered by local gyms and he knew we needed more than what they offered. During one of his many internet searches he stumbled upon Go Time Training and found the Lifestyle Transformation Program. We agreed that it was something worth looking into, so I instantly filled out the form and asked someone to contact me. I set up the meeting for the following morning. I went alone and knew after speaking with Shannon, that the lifestyle transformation program was going to be the help that I needed all along. I was so excited to find a glimmer of hope, that my husband quickly decided that he would like to do the 12 week transformation along side me. Here it is 3 months later, and we've completed our 12 week program. Together my husband and I lost over 45 pounds! I am proud to say that Shannon has helped us not only lose weight but learn to eat healthier not only for ourselves, but our young son as well. We feel so much better, both mentally and physically, than we did just a few short months ago and we have more energy than we could have ever dreamed of! In the end, Go Time has been the light at the end of the tunnel that I struggled to find for so long. This is not some fad diet and will be something we continue to work on each and every day for the rest of our lives. I came to GoTime at 46years old because I needed a skilled, professional personal trainer that understood how to work within my limitations. I was born with a heart defect and have very little cardio endurance, additionally an arthritic hip left me with limited range of motion. Yet I needed to lose weight and build strength so that I didn’t end up spending my retirement years in a wheelchair. The staff at GoTime are personable and knowledgeable - their goal is to help you reach your goal in a reasonable timeframe and without injury and to help you maintain your goal once you reach it with accountability and encouragement. I started last fall after a neck injury. They worked with my healthcare team to make sure that my recovery was going as planned. Since then I have made HUGE improvements in my strength and endurance. Skylor does a great job of knowing when to push me and when I need to work on my form before increasing. In addition, I have learned a lot. For the most part I only did cardio workouts so everything was very new. I still have a lot to learn, but I know that Skylor will continue to teach me with every new workout.

Deciding to set up a consultation at GoTime Training was one of the most difficult things I have recently done because the potential threat of judgment over my poor physical condition loomed in the back of mind. However, from the moment I spoke with Andrea--the administrative assistant--I began to feel more at ease. From my first meeting with Shannon, I knew that GoTime was something entirely different. I recently joined GoTime Training and I am working with two personal trainers, Anjelica and Nick. A few weeks into my training, I injured my back at home. Anjelica immediately identified the problem area and customized my workouts to target the area in ways that helped it heal while modifying exercises that might aggravate the injury. I have been provided with great strength training and nutrition/meal options and have seen great results so far (10 lbs and about 10 inches in 2 months). The trainers have worked with me to create a plan that works for ME. It's not about dieting - it's about making a life style change. My nutrition coach encourages me to approach my nutrition plan as something that works into my normal routine instead of trying to limit the types of food I can eat or cutting certain things out completely. It's all about moderation. The trainers can also easily accommodate any injuries (none of my injuries have been caused by doing something at GoTime) and can help with a quicker recovery. I would highly recommend GoTime to help you get on the right track, no matter what your goals are.
