Faster Fitness is fantastic!! Words cannot fully describe how much I enjoy this gym! From the dynamic fitness approach to the coaches, the classes, the music - the overall vibe is unlike any other gym. I've lost over 8% body fat in 7 months and I owe it to FF. If you're looking for a gym to challenge you, get you in the best shape of your life and also have some fun while doing it - this is your gym!

Great place to workout I’ve never done a group workout until now and I love it. The staff is amazing and is always there to help you reach your goals. The other members are also friendly and help when you have questions. If you want to workout in a great environment I would definitely recommend checking out Faster Fitness!

I’m the owner Of Honey’s Child Boutique and I joined Faster Fitness to get in shape, learn to eat better and have an overall healthy lifestyle! I never wanted to be skinny, but I did want to lose weight and feel better in my own skin. The trainers are phenomenal! Although you’re in a group setting, we still get personalized attention, alternative move options (bc baby I just can’t do burpees yet 😝) all in a high energy and fun atmosphere!
The other attendees are like a family! They cheer you on and even help you if you get lost. To all of my St. Louis curvy cuties, this place is for us sis! I am back in my heels, I am looking better in my clothes and have so much more confidence and energy!

I've been going to FF for going on 4 years now. When I started, I was a blob of no accountability, a stroke waiting to happen. I needed a gym with specific class times, workouts that are thoughtfully put together for people with many different goals, and an accountability partner. This place is it. Marshall, David, Ali, Mack, Vanessa, and every coach that I've worked with there, are absolute tops of their game. They are supportive, personal, knowledgeable, and just downright good people. Whatever your fitness goals are, this fam will help you achieve them, and have a great time doing it...although you will be tired, probably, at least if you're old like me. Give this place a shot. Seriously.

The programs here are structured and the trainers show you how to properly do each exercise, as well as encouraging you to push yourself further than before. I can’t say enough good things about Faster! I have been working out here since September and look forward to every class I come to. The actual classes are challenging yet very enjoyable (no running!) and the coaches go above and beyond to encourage you to add more weight, fix your positioning, and just genuinely get to know you. I will be sad if I ever move one day because I won’t be able to find something that is as good as FF.

I love this gym, but it’s much more than that. If you’re like me and struggle to workout consistently on your own without a schedule, coach, or group of people who share similar goals, then this place is perfect for you. The group classes are fun (w/ good music), challenging, convenient, and offer a good variety of workouts (weights and metcon). It helps having their awesome coaches show you the exercises, teach good form, and push you through to the end. They also have meal plans that come with the memberships and outdoor workouts occasionally. It’s really easy to schedule and track your goals and output with the apps too. The workouts do move fast (hence the name) but become more comfortable and familiar after the first session or two and you can still move at your own pace if needed. The cost is obviously more than a standard gym, but you get what you pay for and more at FF and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get in shape quickly or just have a fun place to workout!

I started Faster Fitness back in November. I had heard great things about the gym but never tried it myself. I met Savanna Ray through social media and she invited me in. Immediately I felt welcome! Everyone was so nice, welcoming, and knowledgable. The workouts are tough. I love that it’s strength based and HIIT incorporated workouts. The movements that are done will actually help you with every day life. I’m not a huge cardio lover but my heart gets the exercise it needs at Faster. The workouts and program setup are something I haven’t seen in any other gym and I’ve tried several different places. But really the community that surrounds faster is amazing. Everyone there wants to better themselves in one way or another. It’s amazing to see everyone working hard to be better. I can’t recommend Faster Fitness enough! If you’re looking to level up, looking for something different, look no further! Plus they give the first session for free!

I started with the Faster family in January of 2019 with a 6 week challenge. I was able to lose 7.2% body fat and an additional 15 pounds in that time! The workouts are intimate, challenging, and fun. The trainers are also truly invested in each members’ development and can modify workouts, assist with meal plans, and set goals to suit each individual. I have now been a member for nearly 6 months and am beyond happy that I joined. Fast Fitness is a way of life for me and I am healthier and happier than I have ever been. Well worth the investment!

The atmosphere, trainers and staff, and guidance they provide is the best value I have found. Wish I would have joined Faster Fitness sooner! Seriously go check it out. I'm moving away from STL after living here for 2 years and heard about this gym about 6 months of living just down the road.
I can't say enough positive things about Faster Fitness. The team is very good at helping assess where you are at and giving guidance as you go through the group workouts. After a 1.5 years of being a member of FF, I felt more athletic, lost body fat and gained muscle through the workouts.
The team:
Each day the instructors do a great job of showing what movements you'll be doing, working alongside you to help you if you need assistance and motivating you to keep up the good work. Don't be surprised if the FF team greets you with a smile, asks how your day is going or what you've been up to. (The team truly cares about you!!)
Workouts:
The workouts are challenging, but still suitable for all ages. I truly enjoy the "A" (Monday/Tuesday) and "B" days (Thursday/Friday) when you emphasis building strength through lifts like squats, deadlifts and benchpress, while mixing in cardio exercises. If you're not ready for the strength exercises, the team also provides plenty of alternatives as well.
If you are interested in giving this gym a try, it doesn't hurt to take advantage of one of their free drop in classes!

Joining Faster Fitness was singlehandedly the best thing I could have done for my physical and mental health. Moving to a new state during Covid and then working from home - I was a shell of myself. Getting to workout and meet new people has been wonderful. The workouts feel quick - it’s 45 min of Tabata style sets. You have 3 different stations that each have their own set of workouts. Each day is different and you can set the weight or movements to be as easy or as difficult as you want them to be. I feel amazing after each class and I literally look forward to working out - even at 6am! I highly recommend giving Faster Fitness a try.

I was told about Faster Fitness by a friend who is currently an active member and had done the 6 week challenge before and she showed me the results and I was immediately interested. I do not like going to the gym by myself because I don't know enough about lifting weights and I never really saw any results. Faster Fitness's 6 Week challenge provides you with weekly meal plans and daily newsletter with different lessons about different topics (nutrition, excercice, etc). What i loved about Faster Fitness are the relatively small group classes and the attention that the trainers there give you at each class. I followed the meal plan to a tee and went to every single class that i signed up for (4 times a week) and the results were amazing. I lost 13. 7lbs of body fat and lost 7% body fat. I am hooked, especially after seeing the results! I recommend this to anyone who is trying to improve their lifestyle and their image. Great place and great people!

I joined this particular gym because I wanted a place with set schedule. That meant I had to be there at a certain time.
I also wanted something with a defined program. Not just a room of weights and machines that I wonder around and checky phone.
The classes are around 45 min. A good mix of strength and cardio. I leave soaked every time.

I appreciate this gym and the trainers so much, there are truly no words to properly express it. I am especially grateful for them since the Pandemic started. They have been so accommodating in making this the cleanest safest place possible! The worst part of the quarantine by far was not having this gym to keep me going! I appreciate the accountability and the trainers kept working and doing zoom workouts daily for us so we could keep going when they could have just taken some time off for themselves. Ali took extra time with me today to help me understanding how to count macros and even gave me a built bar to try which I promptly ordered! I was so disappointed when David stopped teaching the 9 am classes because he is so much fun but Ali is wonderful and I appreciate and enjoy her sparkling personality and it has been a very easy transition for me. Mack is incredibly friendly new addition as well! They really have a special gift for finding such wonderful people to work at Faster Fitness and I appreciate them more and more every day. I joined Faster Fitness for a 6-Week Challenge and had an amazing experience. Every class has an amazing combination of cardio and strength training workouts led by very knowledgeable and approachable trainers, who enthusiastically work with you (regardless of your skill level) and push you to be better. There is a good range of available times for group training sessions, so I enjoyed the flexibility of being able to go before or after work and on the weekends. Also, the nutritional information sent each week is a great bonus that really helps get your health on track.
The only caveat to this great program is the price - way more a month than your average gym membership. However, you see results. So if you can afford it, it's worth it.

I spent years joining crazy over priced gyms that I always ended up hating going to. Finally after hitting the heaviest I have been I kept hearing people talk about Faster Fitness- This is the first time I have LOVED going to a gym. The staff, the energy, the tools they give you to succeed are truly incredible. I did the 4 sessions a week package and use one of the meal companies they recommend. They make it as simple as they can for you - just do the work. I never thought I would enjoy getting up to be at a class a 6:50 in the morning but here I am and feeling great. They actually show you how to do the exercises as well which for me was huge. If you are looking for an incredible gym where you can finally feel supported, have all the tools to succeed and a staff that is actually excited to have you there- This is it.

Faster Fitness has brought that back with people of all walks of life that lean on one another and make workouts fun and challenging again. I have never been a "fit" person, even when I was playing sports in high school and college. I've always hated traditional workouts - put me on a treadmill and I'm bored within a few minutes. In my search of finding SOMETHING that I'd stick with, I was referred to Faster Fitness by another instructor. I was hesitant to try it out but figured since they gave two weeks free to try it, I didn't have anything to lose.
Almost a year later and I'm still there, so clearly they're doing something right. Gyms (and trainers) can sometimes be intimidating but that's not the case at Faster Fitness. Greg immediately made me feel like a regular (he's big on nicknames - everyone has one) and the small classes (max 12) he's always able to check my form and correct it, if needed, or push me to do more than I probably would on my own.
Faster Fitness isn't just a gym/training center, though. Marshall has helped me figure out the best way to see the most progress (through diet, sleep, supplements, whatever else you might need) and is always available if I have questions or issues. Between the workout and nutritional help, I've seen a significant improvement in my other fitness areas and have gotten leaner and fitter and feel better about myself overall.
I've done both the group personal training classes with Greg and the one-on-one personal training with Rob and cannot say enough positive things about either. Seriously. I've turned into one of those people who talks about FF all the time because I want all my friends to have similar, positive results.

Faster Fitness was everything I needed and more. There are so many things that make this program so incredible but I'll only list a few. First, the trainers; Marshall, Greg and David are amazing. They know what they're doing, they know why you're there, and all they want to do is help you get to where you want to be. They'll never look at you the wrong way when you don't know how to do something or when you have a question to ask.....they are literally there to help you and motivate you every single day. Beyond the trainers, the entire Faster Fitness family is amazing. Everyone is there for the same reasons, so everyone's there to help motivate each other to reach those goals and it's the most positive atmosphere which makes it so much better. The flexibility FF offers is what makes it so awesome too. It's so nice to be able to schedule my classes on a day to day basis through one simple app. Sometimes I can go in the morning, sometimes late evening, sometimes in the middle of the day....whatever works best for me works for them which is so great to have so many options. Last, I don't know how anyone couldn't succeed with this program. I did the six week challenge, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Not only am I down in weight, 5.6 pounds down in JUST fat, and up in muscle....but that all happened in just 6 weeks!!!! The mean plans and nutrition coaching are just as awesome as the sessions and the sessions are NO JOKE! Happy to officially be a member so I can continue my fitness journey at Faster Fitness!

Over the last several years my weight remained about the same but I was losing muscle tone, my clothes no longer fit the same and it seemed no matter how much I ran or exercised, I was not seeing any improvement, and because of my over the hill age, I thought this was as good as it will get.
Until I happened upon Faster Fitness. Marshall Ray taught me the importance of adding additional protein in my mostly plant based diet. Combining the strength training two times a week at Faster Fitness and the improvement to my diet, I have lost 6.2% of body fat! Faster Fitness has an instructor, Greg, who teaches each small group session. He DOES NOT do the exercises along with us,rather he visits each person, critiquing and encouraging while we perform each exercise. This is one of the features Faster Fitness offers which I think is most beneficial for a productive workout. The Faster Fitness crew are friendly, helpful and always available to answer your questions. If you are interested in working out and getting the results you want, I suggest visiting Faster Fitness. And as Greg reminds us after each workout, only a matter of days to swimsuit season, so come now and get results.

I have been working out here for about 2 months now and it has been great! Really love the environment and the atmosphere! The trainers are knowledgeable in that they know what makes you tick personally and try to stick to that. They pretty much cater to every body type so that there is little distinction between who has what goals and the normal gym one up stereotype.

If your baffled about what to do at the gym this is the place to be. I started faster fitness in March 2019 with the idea of trying to find a gym that would help me learn what to do when it came time to working out and help with meal preparation. It’s July and I’m still here because they help you along the way to do things that work best for your body and I don’t have to spend 4 hours at the gym to get an effective workout. And they provide meal plans for you. Awesome love it

I've been with this gym and have seen their program evolve since 2012. This is the only workout I've ever stuck with consistently. I've always had a gym membership and once in awhile had a personal trainer, but I've never been in good shape until joining Faster Fitness. I even tried to quit once in 2013 when work got busy and I was met with encouragement and a gentle nudge that giving up at the gym was not going to help my ability to deal with work stress (I got another job instead). This is truly a supportive and fun environment to get healthy, not just work out. They have assessments and accountability worked into the program, so you can track your progress and set goals to stay on track. Seeing Greg, Marshall and David in the morning is a game changer!! I can't say enough about Greg and how much his personality and support add to the program. He's someone I want to work hard for! By nature, he's upbeat and positive and you can't manufacture that. These guys know what they're doing and if you're serious about working on your overall fitness and health, this is the place to do it!

Anyone looking to jump start their health & fitness routine or maybe just take it up a notch should definitely check out FF. All of the trainers care about their clientele and give undivided attention to make sure you are getting results. They have figured out how to do something so well that many other gyms of this style fail at. At FF they are always coming up with new challenges and exciting ways to motivate their clientele. I struggled to find a place that offers fitness and nutrition as a wholistic approach until Faster Fitness. I like that workouts are planned and I don’t have to think about anything other than working hard on the workout. The MyZone heart rate technology keeps me on pace and I love the encouraging and competitive spirit that it all brings. The trainers are knowledgeable, practice what they preach and willing to help with anything. I do especially appreciate all of the precautions and procedures to keep everyone safe from COVID.

Great staff and location. You'll notice something different when you first go to Faster Fitness, it's in an industrial area, but for good reason. This isn't your typical workout center, it's a strength building FACILITY!
Pros:
Awesome trainers who are dedicated to not only improving you - they are also constantly working on themselves and their programs. So you won't get the generic and universal treatment.
Real one on one training. Even if you're in a group, you'll feel like Faster Fitness is primarily focusing on you.
Cleanliness, sanitized equipment.
Relationships, I've walked into other gyms and felt disconnected (which was okay at the time) but when you walk in and leave Faster Fitness, you don't just feel physically great, but emotionally. It feels like friendship, but it's really family.
Cons:
This isn't a health club or spa, they don't have steam rooms and Jacuzzi. When you walk through the door, it's work, enjoyable, challenging. They take their training seriously, so you won't find a TV to watch you favorite sitcoms on.
Um... no TV's.
You might hurt when you walk out the door, but fortunately, they know what they are doing and it will prove positive results.

My wife and I took part in the GPT Challenge. It was a 6 week fat loss challenge. My wife has been going to the gym for over a year and convinced me to join the challenge. I couldn't be happier with the program and of course, my results.
The group classes are smaller and intense. The compact workout style works great for my schedule as well. All 3 coaches are great to work with and push each person for their best.
If you are looking for a local gym that will challenge you for achieving your best results, I would recommend checking Faster Fitness out.

I joined the Faster Fitness 6-week challenge to see what all the hype was about – my friend had nothing but great things to say about it, so I had to see for myself! Most of my adult life, cardio was my exercise of choice, and I was convinced nothing else could get me a better, more effective, all-body work out – Boy was I wrong! I found out through the challenge that I could get just as amazing (and sweaty!) of a work out doing the Faster Fitness training (if not better!) and in LESS time than it took with running/cardio. Now don’t get me wrong – Faster Fitness incorporates plenty of cardio related exercises, but I learned that I can do so much more than that, and I could see myself building strength and endurance with each passing week! The thing I love the most about the class is the constant change of workouts, to ensure nothing gets stale or repetitive. The workouts go by so fast. By the time you are just about out of breath, the workout is almost complete! The trainers are amazing to say the least – passionate, educated, friendly, and push us harder than we would push ourselves! The program is not based solely on the workout – a big part of it is encouraging healthy eating habits, which is another area that I had lacked understanding. I now eat what my body needs, and I have so much more natural energy and feel amazing!
I am excited to say that I signed up for a membership with Faster Fitness and look forward to my 3-workouts a week!

If you think you have tried everything but still can’t lose that extra weight FF is the place to be. Get right into it with a transformation challenge with practically guaranteed results! The trainers are super hands on with their small class sizes. Small enough to not feel overwhelmed but large enough to not feel like everyone’s watching you. Their body fat/lean muscle InBody machine will tell you where your body is at the ideal point and the trainers will help get you there.

“You look great, for having three kids,” If I heard it one more time I thought I just might punch the well intended person in the face. I hated a disclaimer on the end of that compliment. I wanted to look great period.
I had worked out for years! I had my people I worked out with. I worked out post baby-pregnant-post baby. I woke up before the sun, while the rest of my family slept and dragged myself to an exercise class 5-6 days per week. (I was NOT getting enough sleep). I worked hard and enjoyed the workouts, but I was getting nowhere, no real results.
Then I found Faster Fitness. This place was like nothing I had tried before. Members set goals and coaches help in reaching them. There are heavy weights and high intensity metabolic drills. Training here means less time in the gym with better results. They are simply more efficient and effective!
Then this fall all three of my kids started school, the same school, all in full day. It was GO time. I affectionately referred to it as my “Mommy New Year Challenge.” My coaches knew my plan. The answered all my questions along the way and provided a ton of support and encouragement. I lost 8 lbs body fat mass (5% bodyfat) over 7 weeks. …...Then I turned 40 (don’t tell anyone). I wanted to give it one more big push over the next 3 weeks. I lost an additional 3+ lbs body fat while simultaneously adding weight to all my major lifts.
I am leaner and stronger than I have been in my life. And it feels Great!!
Could I have done it alone? Not a chance. Having the support of my FasterFam was critical.
Fellow mothers--my comrades and sisters--I love you all. What we do day in and day out it not easy! I see you going to the gym, taking classes and even working out with trainers with NO results. Are you fitter? Are you healthier? Are you where you want to be or simply where you have accepted? Why haven’t you got results from the time you are putting in? Some of you I know are spending more time exercising than I am and having little to show for it. I know because I was there! Can't recommend this place highly enough, honestly. From day 1, I was impressed with the gym and how much Greg and Marshall (Gym owners & trainers) invest into their clients. They are genuinely solely concerned with helping you hit your goals.
What sold me was the wide client base. You can tell a lot by a gym when they are able to appeal and create insanely beneficial programs for clients of all backgrounds and physical activity levels. Don't know what I would do without this place. I'm continually more impressed. Check them out for a two week trial, you won't regret it.

If you're looking to mindlessly stare at a T.V. screen while squeezing in a cardio workout using a treadmill or other machine, Faster Fitness is not the place for you. If you're looking to work closely with top-notch trainers while supporting a locally-run STL business, you have to check it out!
As a person who's easily intimidated by overcrowded big box gyms, I can tell you the support and individual attention you receive at Faster Fitness makes it incredibly easy to keep going back for more. I began Group Personal Training at Faster Fitness a couple of years ago and thought I'd never be able to do things I was seeing other members do. Despite knee, back, and weight issues I've been able to make great progress due to the trainers' ability and willingness to tweak and modify the workouts if needed.
Marshall, Greg, and Rob really know what they're doing and are passionate about sharing that knowledge. Weight loss, fat loss, weight gain, strength training, metabolic conditioning, nutritional coaching...whatever your goal is, these guys will absolutely help you get there. (Bonus: Membership fees are incredibly reasonable!)

If you are looking to work your butt off, and have a great time doing it - this is the place to be! I have to say I was intimidated at first to join FF, but the moment I stepped through the door it was nothing but welcoming. Doing an initial assessment and review of your goals was a great start. Marshall was great in explaining the program as well as importance of being accountable to yourself with everything from exercise, food consumption, and sleep - as they all have to be in sync to see results.
Training with Greg has been an awesome experience. As you see in other reviews, he does not do the exercises with you, but instead walks though and helps everyone during the sets. This has been integral in getting the correct form and feeling confident while doing it- he is a wonderful teacher: knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and motivating right down to those killer finisher exercises!

Joining Faster Fitness a year ago was one of the best decisions I have made for my health, fitness, and overall lifestyle. Aside from receiving incredible results, there are many other characteristics that I love about this gym. Having someone constantly making sure I am doing the excersises correctly, with the right form and weight, assures me that I did quality work for my body each day I walk out their door. I never get bored with the workouts because of the change in routine each cycle. Marshall and Brad's expertise in corrective exercises have strengthened my knees incredibly; something I never thought possible after what my doctor told me post knee surgery. Lastly, for the sake of not writing a book on google, I have two fun, motivating, and very knowledgeable trainers who are willing to answer any questions I have each day I am at the gym. Thanks to them I am stronger than ever and feel fantastic!

A great place to go! I have experienced kind staff who are willing to show me proper form for working out. The music and energy when you walk in is sure to get you pumped! It’s a challenging workout for sure - but one that will help you grow mentally and physically. The heart rate myzone tracking system and monthly body scans are really helpful tangible items to help keep me on track. The sense of community is awesome as well. 😊

The workouts have a great mixture of resistance training and cardio and will focus all parts of your body (many times during the same exercise). If you're going to the gym and lifting weights, strolling past the mirror, casually going to the elliptical machine or treadmill and trying to figure out why you're not getting the results you want.....stop doing that and JOIN FASTER FITNESS. I have been going to Faster Fitness for about 4 months now and I couldn't be happier the experience and the results. A little over a year ago I was in the best shape of my life...then I got pregnant. I actually gained more post partum than I did during the pregnancy. Either way I needed to get back into shape and after reading the reviews and meeting with Marshall, I decided to join. The group classes are convenient for my new mom schedule, which is a HUGE plus. With the help of the meal plans and class 3X per week I was able to lose 18.5lbs and 5.8% Body Fat...in just 12 weeks!!! Whether you are a seasoned athlete/trainer, someone's who has never picked up a weight or a new mom looking to lose the "Baby Weight", the guys at Faster Fitness will make you feel comfortable and confident in your journey. I still have a little ways to go but I know I'll get there soon with Faster Fitness.

I went to Faster Fitness for a charity event they were having. It was a single Saturday workout and by the end of it I knew I had not been in the shape I had used to be. I used to be strictly 5-6 days a week with my workouts but I had been slipping. So the next week I came back to Marshall and signed up. Within 3 months I was not only back in shape I had been in before but i was the most lean that I had been since my wrestling days in high school. With Greg pushing me every training day and by changing the way I chose my meals, I was able to lose that unwanted fat and even gain a great amount of muscle in a short time. I had expressed in the begging that I was having back problems from my job. They had altered my program to strengthen my back and correct my posture. As a result my back couldn't feel better. I'm happy to say they really made a difference in my everyday life. Thanks guys!

This is hands down the most motivational gym I've ever been to and I've been "gymming" on and off for the last 15 years. I've tried it all but each time I get bored or just lose motivation after a while. This gym is different. The workouts are quick bursts of 45min and they're fun, different each time, high paced & VERY challenging. You'll learn to love the 'push'. When you think you have nothing left to give, somehow these incredible coaches draw more out of you that you didn't know you had.
Personally what's worked for me is that they keep you accountable. If you sign up for a slot, you have to go.. cancellation can be done within 4hrs of the class and if you do it after that, you get a txt saying 'we understand but next time cancel before 4hrs' and you'll lose that session for the week. It's not the end of the world but it's enough to keep you accountable. So if you get close to workout time and you think 'eehhh i'm exhausted' or 'I just need to finish this thing at work'... tough.. you're getting your sneakers on and pushing through those walls giving it your everything and feeling proud and satisfied on the other side of it.
They have meal plans which admittedly I haven't got fully into yet but that's the next step on my healthy lifestyle journey.
If you're struggling with motivation and need a change in your workouts, I'd at the very least, try this gym out :)

Before joining Faster Fitness back in February I was bouncing from place to place trying to find where I best fit for what I was wanting to do with out success then I was referred to Faster Fitness I went in met Marshall and Greg and found that this was my place best gym ever ! This place is amazing and I recommend it to anyone who is serious about losing weight and getting healthy. Marshall and Brad really take the time to get to know each client and understand what your fitness goals and needs are. They access you each month to determine your limiting factors and change the workout to fit you. In addition, they offer nutritional plans and supplements to help you get on the right track. I was diagnosed with hypothyroid and with their help I was able to correct the problem and lose 42 pounds!

I have been going to Faster Fitness for a year and can't say enough good things about them! They are the best trainers I have ever worked with! I went to a different boot camp in 2010 where it was not run as professionally and actually injured myself. That was the beginning of my Piriformis Syndrome. Previous to coming to Faster Fitness I worked in an office where I literally sat 9 hrs a day! Some days I could barely walk when I got up from that chair. So, needless to say....I was a mess when I came to Faster Fitness. Now I have lost nearly 20 lbs and can do most of the exercises. I am still improving and plan to continue. Coming to FasterFitness, I knew Marshall Ray was known for unbelievable weight loss testimonials. My main goals were very specific and borderline picky. I wanted to strengthen my knees (due to previous injuries), gain a reasonable amount of muscle to "tone" everything , improve my posture, and lose a small amount of body fat (which was the last thing keeping me from looking how I wanted to). From the first day, my program was tailored to meet every goal I had and more. The trainers were so knowledgable they gained my complete trust on Day 1. The program designer is a world class strength coach and is internationally certified. The trainers learn with functional medicine doctors, consult with physical therapists, and base all supplement recommendations off of research based evidence advised by a PharmD. I could not believe the value of this gym and how much knowledge the program designer had from world class strength training to adequately treating hypothyroidism. Faster Fitness is the real deal! I would not consider training anywhere else.

The gentlemen who run the place are incredibly passionate, knowledgeable and always happy to answer questions. They strive for a strong sense of belonging and courage for each one of their members, making sure that everyone knows it is TRULY a judgement-free zone with constant emphasis on doing YOUR best, whatever that is for you on any given day. It is PERSONALIZED (based on strength, flexibility, injury etc) no muss, no fuss, pat yourself on the back work, and it WORKS. I have biceps now :-) My only complaint is that they are not located in my back yard. YOU DESERVE TO FEEL GOOD!!! GO CHECK THEM OUT!!!!

I love Faster Fitness! The results I've seen by working out just three days a week top any results I've had in the past working out at least 5 days a week for an hour at a time. Marshall and Brad are awesome trainers who truly get to know what you specifically need to focus on when working out or making modifications to benefit you personally. The small group sessions really lets the trainers focus on each person. Being around a great environment where everyone is as passionate about working out as I am is motivating inside as well as outside the gym. It is much easier to maintain the healthy lifestyle outside the gym with such a supporting staff and fellow gym members.
