I love the energy you feel when you enter the gym. I love all the trainers and they always help with form and constantly watch to ensure everyone is doing it correctly. I have been enjoying both gyms to help with my every other week in office schedule. I look forward to waking up in the morning to go to the gym to see what the stations will be like! Love it here!!

I have been going to Fitbody for over 5 years and I absolutely love it! With the West Side opening up recently, it provides the same high energy, excellent quality workouts as the main location. All of the coaches are fantastic! Fun, lovable, motivating, friendly. And all of the members are there to support you and build you up as well. I've made so many lifelong friendships here. Historically, I have never enjoyed exercise because I would spend an hour or two in the gym not really knowing what I was doing and thus would lose interest and stop going. As one that never leaves ratings I will for Fitbody Boot Camp Sioux Falls!! This place is AMAZING!! Not having been to a gym for many years I knew after the first day this was what I was looking for. You’re greeted at the door with very friendly staff weather is at 5 am or 5pm. The coaches each have their own personal fitness journeys that match anybody’s struggles with fitness. That personal connection makes coming to the gym have more of a purpose than just the workout itself. You are treated like a person and not a number like other gyms. The workouts are a quick 30 minutes of full body “fun” the fellow members are inspiring. The music is upbeat and the atmosphere is awesome. You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results no question!! It’s a life changing gym experience and I highly recommend it. FBBC Sioux Falls also gives back to the local community by donating to different organizations each quarter!!!

First session was about as I expected Intense, fast, encouraging, and actually pretty quick. Reminds me of high burst intensity in the military but way way better than your standard uncomfortable GYM experience. Staff is very friendly and owner CJ seems very genuine and passionate about his craft, I went with my wife and we actually liked it so much we are commiting to a lifestyle journey at fit body! I recommend anyone give themselves the chance to make their lives and health better.
